Mycket bra business hotel jag kommer att återvända till. Det enda att anmärka på är den dåliga kvaliteten och servicen i frukostmatsalen. Kan vara en engångshändelse. Jag kommer absolut att återvända.

till Järnvägsstation, Domen och till Rhen samt shopping med restauranger och övriga sevärdheter. Stilrent hotel med trevlig och välkomnande personal. Snabba besked och med ett leende. Riktigt bra och trevligt hotel, toppklass på allt! Smidigt att parkera i garage direkt under hotellet och 3 min gångavstånd till city och shopping! Det enda man saknar är en pool att relaxa vid, men då får man kanske välja ett annat hotel...bokningen via hotels.com fungerade perfekt, mycket nöjd!

Overall it was an excellent hotel for a weekend in Cologne. Clearly the best bed I've ever slept in! Terribly expensive breakfast (was not included in our reservation). The staff was helpful indeed, although they could not help us with earplugs when the loud airconditioning kept us awake.

It was great. Friendly staff, huge room (very high ceiling, great !), superb location, excellent breakfast buffet, very good maintenance in general. My sleeping room was large and extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal, just one block from the cathedral. I always appreciate a bathroom with separate shower and tub and always enjoy warm towels from heated towel racks. The food in the restaurant is delicious (although pricey) and the service is splendid. The only detractor is internet […] charge. Booked online on a cheap deal including breakfast for a quick weekend get-away. Incredibly happy with my choice as the Hilton was immaculately clean, the staff very friendly, polite and helpful (we forgot a travel adapter and reception were very happy to find one for us to loan and waived the deposit that was meant to be put down - and yes we did return […] it when we left!) We had a Delux room and it was very spacious and the bathroom was spotless. Bed/mattress/bedding beautifully soft and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning plentiful and tasty (although the potato pancakes were a bit cold so perhaps our timing with that wasnt so good) Overall a lovely stay over a weekend (it was raining and very windy so we probably spent a bit more time in our room than originally intended) and the main sights/Dom/train station were no more than a short straight 4 minutes walk away. Any fault I can find? Erm....the shower's soap dish was slightly wonky. Thats it. For the price I paid and the service we received - it was perfect. Some of the other grander 5* hotels in Cologne might offer unobstructed Dom views or sweeping majestic staircases - but they were also double the price. Läs mer

The staff and service in this hotel was supberb - the best we have ever had. The hotel is very nicely appointed and within easy walking distance to the best of the sites. We would certainly go back if visiting Cologne again.

Hotel was quite a find in Europe - big room, big bed, big bathroom. Very comfortable and a great location just a couple of blocks from the train station. One suggestion for hotel - i waited in a line of 20 people to check out, waiting in total close to 25 minutes. We stayed here for the Christmas markets. It was an ideal location &very comfortable. We forgo the breakfast which we thought was very expensive, & found a lovely coffee shop just 2 minutes away, which was ideal. Would definitely stay here again, & recommend to others.

I stayed in a double room room here & got to say was really really pleased with it. Funky, clean, fresh room with a huge bed. Modern fittings, really nice decor, the breakfast was included and was really nice, i ate so much it lasted me till tea time! Super friendly staff, i would stay there again in a heart beat. The hotel is located right in the centre of the city, only a few streets away from the Cathedral and the railway station. The rooms were large, very comfortable and fully air conditioned. There was a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities and the TV had a wide range of channels and pay-as-you go movies. The Cologne Hiltonl was very comfortable and conviently located. Just around the corner from the train station and the Cologne Cathedral. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable and very clean. The buffet breakfast was very good. We would definately return to this hotel.

Very nice hotel, with great location to the city center and an unbelievably professional and helpful front desk staff. Was extremely satisfied. The only issue was the high prices in the restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location if travelling by rail, 2 minutes walk from Cologne Main railway station and 3 minutes walk to the famous Dom Cathedral. Car rental adjacent to the Hotel if required. Watch out for the parking charges if travelling by car!!

The Hilton had all the amenities of a high-class American hotel, including an iron with board. It's hard to find this in Europe. The internet was very expensive in the Business center (35 cents/minute), but overall the hotel was beautiful.

The Hilton is in a fantastic location, a minute walk from the main trainstation, Dom, Alt Stadt and river, you'll never need to use public transport to explore the city. nice welcoming, rooms were delivered 2 hours before formal checkin time. Room was clean and large - huge double bed - indeed king size. this was however a King Deluxe room. Breakfast which was included was great and fresh, rooms were amazingly quiet, nevertheless 3 large windows were inthe room. GYM was a little bit limited and small.

Excellent Hotel. Stayed here for the Christmas Markets and it was ideal. All of the markets were within walking distance. The hotel staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean and modern. excellent accommodation and super breakfast nightmare to find by car, and expensive hotel parking

everything was great. We booked 2 rooms, and they took care of giving us 2 adjacent rooms without having to ask for.

The hotel was spacious, convenient and friendly. Because the World Cup was going on, the bar got crowded and the staff handled it brilliantly. Hilton hotels are always spot on...especially outside the states.

+ Great location, great design. - Filthy spots in the bathroom. Plastic cover over mattress. Wait for 15 to check in. Rude unhelpful receptionists. The hotel personnel just doesn't care about you. Asking about shops in the city, the girl at the reception said "how an I supposed to know" with a face like we were disturbing her. Worst sleep I had in […] ages. And I travel at least 10 days per month. Everything outside your first line of sight will be dirty and untidy. I mean areas like under the bed, behind the door etc. Läs mer

This Hotel is in a great Location beisde the Main Train Station the Cathedral and Shopping area there are some lovely restuarants in the area.. I was a bit disapointed with the Hotel as it is classed as a 5 Star I wiould rate as 3.5 star we stayed on 2 different dates over the weekend and 1 of the rooms we stayed was small and felt cramped and the […] towels in the Bathroom were worn.. Such a pleasant stay after the pretentious and rude people found in Brussels. The staff at the Hilton are so friendly and helpful. The room amazing and the breakfast second to none. Awesome.

駅からも近く部屋も広く清潔なので、前回から続いて２回目の滞在でしたが、今回は、スタッフ達のルーズさが目につき不快になりました。特に１１時以降３時頃までのヒマな時間帯は、一回フロントやコンシェルジュデスクに誰もいないことが多く、いても職員同士で冗談を言い合って仲間内でじゃれ合っている感じでした。傘を借りたのですが、デポジットを２５ユーロもとられ、「お前デポも解らないのか！」というレイシストのような態度で、おまけに外に出て傘を開いてみると壊れているものでした。傘を開いて点検したこともないのかと情けなくなりました。日本のホテルではあり得ません。まぁ、フォーシーズンズやオリエンタルではないのですから、仕方ありませんかね。ただ、私はHiitonHHonorsのメンバーなので他の都市のヒルトンがこうでな […] いことを望むばかりです。 Läs mer

Hotel entree geeft een sombere indruk en zou uitnodigender kunnnr. Mijn vrouw heeft een rolstoel nodig. De invaliden badkamer van kamer 109 is uitstekend ingvericht.Bedieinng tijdens ontbijt.uitstekend.
