We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All of the staff were courteous and attentive- to us, and to our children. We loved that all of the glasses, etc., were actually glass/porcelain, opposed to the plastic alternatives used so often. They had a delicious hot tea assortment, as well! We will surely stay here in the future.

The previous reviews are correct. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting Grand Teton National park. The recently renovated room was large and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff, mostly the same person, were friendly. Breakfast is the usual "help yourself" but the breakfast area is more B&B than the usual sterile hotel area. The hotel room and amenities were excellent. The rooms were decorated with high-end finishes and included antique and vintage furniture instead of the usual hotel furniture. It made for a cozy room. Had to stay for three days for business and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is reconditioned quite nicely, but old which makes the hotel noisy. Breakfast was ok but really enjoyed the utensils, plates, glasses and cups were all washable. It was not a collection for the land fill which is great.

Great location and a nice antique atmosphere. The older generation will enjoy the decor and the younger ones will feel comfortable; like they are visiting grandma for the week. Clean and well-maintained.

We were surprised by the size of the room - not a room, but a 3 room suite. The king bed was a comfy, quilted brass bed. Loved the antique bureaus in the living room and bedroom. Two hot tubs and a 2-lane lap pool in a very clean indoor facility. Sauna, excellent exercise room. Staff was nice. Continental breakfast is pretty basic, and mostly carbs, […] but enjoyed juice, coffee, hard boiled egg and fruit in the morning. I didn't need any more than that. Cute, quaint hotel. Bed was very comfortable and you are within walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Heater in the front room was broken, but the heater in the back room kept the whole place nice and toasty. Two hot tubs were a godsend after a long day on the hill. The Parkway is very close to the Square, walking is easy to restaurants & shopping. Rooms, pool, spa all very nice and clean. Only criticism is breakfast was lacking but included with room and, if you are staying during winter snow season, ask for a room facing the interior courtyard/pool area as the snowplow drivers start at 2:30 a.m.!

I reserved an accessible room for my dad and it was not available. It was very difficult for him to use the very small restroom. I was extremely disappointed that our reservation was not honored and my dad had to navigate such a difficult room

Smaller, older, quiet hotel a block off the main drag through town. Has antique furniture which may be a bit creaky (not beds), but nicer atmosphere than the boring, so called modern look-alikes. Interesting double entrance from either the hallways or rear parking side for some rooms, which is handy for [un]loading the car. Bath/Toilet was small, but […] very efficient, so shower was comfortable for a tall person's use and sink outside bath was reasonable sized w/refrigerator and other small appliances stored below. Breakfast was well stocked even late and other travelers the friendly type. Altogether one of the best experiences on my several day trip, though those who prefer ultra-modern may prefer elsewhere. Great place to start and/or end a trip to Yellowstone/Teton, which was my purpose and that of some others. Läs mer

It was a very quaint hotel near all the down town shops. The hospitality was great. People were very nice and easy to work with. The room was very nice and clean.

The room was adequate and quiet at night. The bathroom was small. Ease of access from car parking was good and the breakfast was better than average. It is an easy walk to the tourist shops. Not great value for money but probably acceptable for this popular town.

i especially loved the room for the two of us. the antiques and the fact we had only a short walk down the hall to the delicious continental breakfast each morning. the coffee in our room was starbucks! how nice was this? 2 blks to the hair/spa salon, to downtown. the gentleman at the desk was professional, helpful. he handles the customer as though […] he has total ownership and obviously his goal is the inn's success for a long time to come! we moved into a suite in the yellow cottage with another couple for two nights. i felt like our room was too dimly lit. it would've been nice to have one bright overhead light if needed. thank you for including a fridge in our rooms. insulin, for one, needs to be kept refrigerated and this convenience is handy versus a bucket of ice or figuring out another means. would love to stay here again when we come back! Immediately on arrival they upgraded our room in this beautiful downtown Jackson Hole Inn. The staff was friendly and gave us great advise on enjoying or stay in Jackson. The room was large, beautifully appointed and comfortable.A very nice breakfast in what felt like a B&B. Located in easy walking distance to all the sites, restaurants and the free […] bus to the National Museum of Wildlife Art, which shouldn't be missed. We didn't have to move our car the whole stay. The hotel staff was fiendly and helpful. The room was attractive and very clean. The bathroom was quite small and older, but was also very clean. I was alone and felt very safe. Would definately stay there again.

Max a 3 star motel with a 5 star price. Old motel with a facelift. Shoebox bathroom. Small rooms hard to maneuver in. Staff not overly friendly. Pool and exercise room in separate building. Seems hotel/motels can charge whatever they want if in a popular location.

Quite enjoyable, but make sure you request a first floor room if you are disabled...NO ELEVATOR--we had to drag our luggage up some very narrow stairs. Our visit was made better by the hotel being across the park from our favorite restaurant...The Blue Lion.

We were literally just needing a place to sleep - in late, out early. For that, it was fine. Reasonably priced. If you're needing to stay in town for a few days, there are probably better places. Upon arrival, the guy at the front was less than welcoming. Room was clean. Ehhh.

Beautiful period decor (late 19th century), super-helpful staff at checkin. Nice pool and jacuzzi (especially for a small hotel). Room was clean, comfortable and spacious - not cheap but good value for money.
