Bra hotell som fungerade för oss som är en familj på 5 personer. Ligger nära motorväg, enkelt att köra av till. Stort utbud av resturanger på samma gata. Frukost lite klen, men ok

"Great stay"
We were in town on a business trip that had us both a little stressed. This place was so relaxing and comfortable, exactly what we needed. The staff is super friendly and we were able to enjoy our stay even though work was crazy. Only good things to be said about this place!Verifierad gästrecension

"manager is prejudice....."
Manager Nicole told us no birthday party or cake while the people that came in behind us had a bunch of kids party supplies and a cake....you be the judge.... there was 18 of us we booked 3 rooms.... we are responsible parents and our kids behave...it was embarrassing to be treated the way she treated us.... the other staff was wonderful such as Sophie […] and the overnight guy::::: the pool is very small and they shut down the hot tub..... "Great Stay!"
Came to Rochester to go to Seneca Zoo and Museum of Play-both places close by. Target right next store! Tops across the street. I found the staff to be very friendly and were always working i.e. mopping hotel lobby, refreshing the breakfast table, cleaning the pool and maintaining the grounds. I think the staff here work really hard. The carpet in the […] room should be replaced-stains, melted in a spot but the room overall was clean. We found our room to be really quiet as well. "Beds Extremely Uncomfortable"
Booked a 1 night stay because I was having surgery at Rochester General Hospital the next day. Loved Holiday Inn Exp Irondequoit, The service, the location, the cleanliness, the amenities were Excellent. THE BEDS WERE HORRIBLE! Usually it takes a couple of nights to feel sore from a too firm or too soft mattress. We were both sore in the morning (and […] we slept on separate beds) The beds were in dire need of replacement. You sank into the bed way too much. You could tell the side of the bed that was most used , because in sank even more than the other side. Will I stay again? "Great location and friendly staff"
The hotel is right next to a Target and a good bunch of restaurants. There is also a giant liquor store within walking distance with a large selection. "Very Nice"
The hotel was quite clean and comfortable. There was a loud, annoying hum/vibration....very strange..I'm not sure where it came from. It eventually went away, but did come back periodically. The employees worked to make the stay pleasurable, but after the first night it was not good stay. If I wanted to stay a a RED ROOF INN I would have booked the for half the price. "Last minute pick"
The hotel from the outside appeared clean, easy to find. However the first room they gave us has a huge plumbing issue and we had to pack up and move. We were tired and went straight to bed. In the morning my husband went to get out if the shower and no towels! No towels, washcloths or even hand towels. Breakfast would have been fine if they had restocked […] the food but you had to go ask and then wait for 10 minutes for them to get it out. "Be prepared to change your own sheets."
When we pulled back the sheets it was obvious that they had not been changed from the previous guests. Since housekeeping was not on duty we has to change them ourselves. Te next morning we informed the manager and she did not seem to be upset or concerned. We expected that because prior to our stay we called her needing help with something and she […] did not return our call for three days and our stay had already started. She did not seem concerned that she let down a customer at that time either. The rooms are filthy, sticky and dusty. Our fridge smelled so bad we could not open it. "Good stay, enjoyed it"
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on our way to Canada. The room was very clean and comfortable. We did not care about other amenities like swimming pool or fitness room, just a clean, safe environment. The hotel fully met our standard and expectations.Verifierad gästrecension
