We spent a few days in Colonia Roma, and this hotel is a clean and decent place that does not have much of a personality, but was good value for money. Staff was really helpful and the rooms were good. There is a Japanese restaurant across the street, MOG that we really liked. All in all we would chose his hotel again if we plan to stay in the same area.

Väldigt bra hotell om man har ett tidigt flyg från Mexico på morgonen. Det finns gratis shuttelservice till teminalerna som fungerade bra. Det är också väldigt enkelt att ta sig till och från city då det finns en tunnelbanestation alldeles intill hotellet inom fem minuters promenadavstånd. Runt hotellet är några stora trafikleder så det är inte något promenadområde.

"good quality for the price"
I stayed at the NH for more than a week. My free wifi worked on and off the whole time. Specially bad in my ipad and iphone... The staff is nice, the room is clean. The gym is old but working. (don't expect more than the few old machines, no mat to do your push ups!!) The neighborhood is ok in the morning, but a little bit too much at night.Verifierad gästrecension

"Pool area was never available for guests to use"
This was a nice hotel, and was conveniently located. My two complaints were: 1) we chose this hotel because it has an outdoor pool, but the hotel held conference events and birthday parties every day we stayed there (three days, Thurs-Sat) and so we were never really able to use the pool facilities. 2) This is a lesser complaint and probably to be expected, […] but the staff pushed us to use an overpriced guide to go see ruins, even to the point of misrepresenting what the costs of alternative forms of transport would be. Otherwise, i enjoyed my stay - clean, comfortable rooms. The in hotel restaurant was over priced and the food was so-so, and I would suggest eating at one of the nice restaurants and cafes nearby. "Great "Green" Hotel"
Great hotel for the recurrent business travel. It has all the main necessary amenities, including swimming pool, gym, restaurant, wifi, etc. Rooms are very good, although they could be a little larger. Mine had a balcony, which was great. The bed could have been a little cushier. Toiletries were all organic. Wifi is expensive at $15/day, but the staff […] is very accommodating in this regard. Location is absolutely fantastic. "Perfect Stay"

"I will not be returning to this hotel in the fores"
Not a good experience. Though Internet connection has an additional charge, the service was permanently interrupted with periods of no service at all. Room service was very poor, 1. – I was unable to call them from my room so had to go to the lobby to place my order. They then called my room to confirm the order and I was told it would be ready in 20 […] minutes. 2. – Twenty minutes turned into 1 hour and when the food finally arrived (just a plain hamburger + fries) it was stone cold. I also had an issue with my bill which was solved the evening before my departure, but when I actually checked out, the issue had not been solved on their side. "Very uncomfortable beds!"

"Pretending to be a good hotel"
In the middle of the Zona Rosa, where drus and prostitution is taking place, they pretend to be an High Class hotel. Expensive service: Taxis, Concierge want to have a commission on all taxi or services offered. Very arrogant Receptionists and totally dis honest policy: they try to get money away from the guests for any little thing. Do not even think […] to light a cigarette in the room, it cost me a message from the management informing about the no smoke policy and $100.00 billed on my credt card. "Nice alternative to Hotel Citadel"
The Hotel and room were very nice, expensive, but then we were travelling at the "peak price period" between Chrismas and New Years. It was very well kept and the beds, which for me are a priority, could not have been more comfortable. "Most convenient location"
The hotel staff was very courteous, and the location near restaurants, banks , crafts market is ideal. The hotel does not have central heating, so that I had to ask for a heater to be brought to my room, as the temperatures would drop to the 30's at night. "Don't choose this hotel unless you really don't have any other choice"
I was extremely disappointed on my trip to Mexico City, and also on the attitude of the staff of this hotel. Except for the waiters at the restaurant for breakfast, all have such an attitude, I would name "Mariana" from the reception, although she seemed very knowledgeable with her job, she is very dry and you can tell from her body language that customer […] service is not her cup of tea. There was also a guy named Alexander from the reception: I came to the business center and there was nobody there, I have paid for my upgrade to have this facility, and was told since it is close and he has to open it, I have to pay for "His" services. Only to find out the following day from one of the concierge staff, that they would usually open the business center especially for the executive guests on the hours they are close. Also, the housekeeping lady, went inside my room twice on the day of my check in for make-up services, I just arrived and I was sleeping, I was so tired from my flight. The rooms are also very susceptible to noise, I can hear everyone walking and talking in the hallways and also the housekeepers doing their rounds. Staying this hotel is a nightmare. I really mean it. I can understand that there is a language issue in Mexico City (unlike Cabos and Cnacun) - but there are simple universal gestures that will do.
