Hotell Comfort Inn & Suites - Memphis

Hallway carpets were dirty and stained. Room was ok, but fire alarm in room would sound randomly.

The hotel was great. Loved our room, the price and the waffles for breakfast! One negative aspect was the extremely loud music. There was a DJ staying at the hotel and in the middle of the afternoon decided to test out his music....extremely walls were shaking and it was not pleasant to hear. Was very nice the room was comfortable slightly dated but very nice. Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot. Waffles were great.

Rude attendant! And even after calling to make sure they were available, after checking in was told we weren't allowed in the indoor pool or hot tub which was THE ONLY reason we booked this hotel! I even assured it would be available before traveling to the hotel! The attendent was very rude and didn't even try to accomodate us. There was nothing wrong […] with the hot tup but no one was allowed in it because they didn't want to have to keep people out of the pool. I PAID money to sit in a room and use the facility for no more than 8 hours and it was suppose to be a FUNFILLED night of swimming and hot tub before sending my daughter to Belize on a 6 am flight on a medical mission trip. Did I mention I called to confirm the indoor pool and hot tub were open and available??? Otherwise I would have book a different hotel that offered the pool and hot tub. Our room had old socks left in the window and chips on the night stand. The indoor pool area didn't have towels and the light in the pool was floating in the water by the power cord. The tv remote only worked the channels and not the power or volume. The main lobby was clean and the front desk had good service when you found someone there.

The employees of this hotel were so friendly and helpful they made our stay so nice - every morning making us smile at breakfast. The hotel was so clean I felt like home, it was very wonderful. The location was convient to everything we wanted to do but not in the middle of the "hub bub" so that the night was quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay at […] Memphis. Läs mer

The location was great! the room was clean and the staff was nice. The only problem was the staff was noisy at night which made it hard to sleep after a long day of sight seeing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, it shows some signs of aging here and there, but it definitely makes up for it with the amenities and service. The indoor pool and spa were very nice, as was a much nicer continental breakfast that one would expect. All of the service was polite and pleasant. The hotel was in a nice area. The staff was very friendly. Our air condition went out in our room and the staff immediately moved us to another room and gave us a free night for the inconvience. The manager was very friendly. The House keeping staff makes sure u have what u need everyday with no problems. I will most definitely stay again.

Our experience was an overall good one ,staff usually friendly. Altough the receptionist had his friends hanging out in the lobby for hours the night we came in.The breakfast was alright eggs biscuits and gravy,along with bagels toast and such and cereals. The hotel isn't far from downtown about 5-7miles to almost all big attractions. The neighborhood […] isn't great but we haven't had any problems, there is a Kroger's right down the road to get snacks and such. Indoor pool area is a little small but while colder outside is betters than nothing. Overall we are satisfied with our stay and would look into staying here again if the downtown prices seem too high. Läs mer

Guests in the adjoining room were without a doubt smoking and dealing out of their room. Constant knocking on the door and coughing along with a distinct odor made for a long night. Briefly I thought I should play dumb, tell the clerk I thought the room was on fire and everyone was in danger but figured I would put myself at risk if I did so.

My husband and I were very concerned after reading a couple of the reveiws about this hotel. THE REVIEWS WERE VERY WRONG. the hotel was very clean, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay very nice. they had a bus load of High School basketball players the weekend we were there and we were never once distrubed. The cable went out in my room […] I called the front desk and within Minutes the maintance man was there fixing it. The house keeping was always cleaning and asking if we needed anything. and when we extended our stay the front desk was so helpful. The breakfast were always good and the workers knew how to work the guest to keep them in stitches. They even recommended restaurants that were great. thanks to ALL the staff!!!!! we WILL BE BACK. We went around New Years for a wedding and had a very enjoyable stay. It was a few families there but we never once had to complain about the noise because it was a very respectable place. The beds were very comfortable and the location of the hotel was close to the Oak Court Mall and many delicious places to eat. We will definitely stay there agai […] n. Läs mer

Enjoyed the heated indoor pool. The server for the complimentary breakfast was so attentive to everyone. It was a great stay.

The hotel is worth what I paid. pros: nice beds and pillows. Breakfast was decent. Cons: bed covers were dirty. Whirlpool didn't work correctly. Fitness equipment didn't either.

We thought that the staff was great, and very helpful the beds we just what we needed after our long drive we thought that the breakfast could have been better as far as fruit.

The hotel was nice, the people were friendly, the breakfast was great! The pool needed a little work-water was a little green and smelly, but other than that everything was great--would definately reccommend to others. Great hotel for the price.

Another guest was given a key to my room at 11:00 p.m. on my third night of my stay.

I would not stay here or any other Holiday Inn again! This particular hotel ran out of towels. The room was not fully stocked when we arrived & when we asked for more towels the staff simply said they didn't have any more. The next morning, the hotel still did not have towels. The beds were terribly uncomfortable as were the beds in another Holiday […] Inn that we stayed in the night before (in another city). We're done with H Inn!! Läs mer
