Ligger perfekt nära hamnen på Queens street och utgör en bra bas för en upptäckt av Auckland..

Nära till all transport, flygbussen stannade precis utanför. Mitt i centrum, nära till hamnen. Mycket bra hotell till det priset, inga klagomål alls på rum eller allmän service. Bra fungerande internet på rummet (extra kostnad). Fick ett bättre rum än vad jag betalat för, så jag hade kök i rummet - mycket praktiskt. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Enda […] nackdelen var att vattnet i duschen var snudd på kallt när jag först anlände; de andra gångerna jag använde duschen var det dock hett vatten. Hade inte heller någon vidare utsikt från rummet, men man är ju hur som helst mest bara på rummet för att vila/sova/äta. Frukostbuffén var dock ej prisvärd, bättre att gå ut och äta frukost på något café, fanns mycket bra frukostserveringar i närheten. My impression of the hotel is that it has a very good location, but it is a little in the shadow of the bigger sister hotel. The service was good and the personell did everything they could to give the best service. The thing I was less impressed about was that I was checked in to a room at the first floor, and was first disturbed by the nightclub next […] door, and when they stopped the builder started to drill the concrete floor instead. excellent location, clean rooms and helpful staff, but they seemed to have a restoration progress going on (a lot of noise from 07.00 in the morning..this was on July 2011) Aside from the noisy part this is an excellent choise.

Hotellet var mycket bra med ett extremt bra läge på Queens street, centralt. Personalen i receptionen var ytterst vänlig, uppmärksam och ett föredöme hur receptionsanställda skall vara, serviceinriktad, trevlig och vänlig. En stor eloge till främst en ung man som hjälpte mig med att byta rum, ett föredöme för receptionspersonal.

I stayed at the Mecure for a few nights while over for a sporting match. It was half what some of my friends paid for the same stay - the room was clean, nothing fancy but perfect for what I needed. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I believe the location is the best part. The hotel is old and the pillows are far away from soft pillows. Price was good, but the other Mercury has the Top Floor 360 View restaurant. Could stay again but prefer the other.

Good hotel if you require being close to queen st and the viaduct. Noise can be a problem, and don't expect too much natural light. If you are just looking for a bed then this is the hotel for you.

I found the Hotel to be very convenient with a great central location in CBD of Auckland, within walking distance of all major attractions, shops & restaurants. The room was very comfortable & clean with a window that opened to get fresh air. I have no complaints about the service as it was just fine, including my wake up call on time. On arrival I was advised I had an upgrade and the condition of the room was better than I had anticipated. Very comfortable.

I spent 2 nights here and would recommend it to any travelling budget conscious visitors. It is comfortable and has all the things necessary to make for asn enjoyable stay. The location is superb for access to the Quay and picking up the the Airport bus afterwards.

we stayed at the windsor hotel. we got virtually no sleep during our first nights sleep because of music being played in the lane at the back of hotel until 7:30 am we brought earplugs for our next two nights and got some sleep - but music was played until 7:30 in the morning. what sleep we did get was ok because the bed was comfortable.

Fridge not working, no tea bags or coffee in room. The carpet in room was disguisting with all stains over, but also the carpet all over the hotel was stained. Thank youhe plus sign was that the staff where excellent, and they went out of there way to put matters right. Location just right t

Remarkably quiet, even though in the busiest area of Auckland shopping precinct. Great sleep.

Excellent location, friendly & helpful staff, boutique type hotel. Enjoyed it much more than staying at the Mercure Auckland (around the corner)

While the valet parking is welcome of a hotel in this location, and the price was reasonable, the impression was spoiled by poor sound proofing in the room (constant whining noise from air conditioning units outside) and the continental breakfast was well below the standard expected for a mercure. Excellent location but rooms were average

In town on business for 1 night. Handy to public transport hub and restaurants. Hotel room a little musty but otherwise all good

Stayed 5 nights here and it was grand, clean, nice bed nice shower. We didn't get breakfast but had a small kitchet which was good. Perfectly fine

We'd stayed there before, and its efficient friendly Management Staff on arrival make you feel very welcome. The site of this Hotel makes it easy to move around Down town Auckland

Excellent location in heart of CBD, easy walk to waterfront restaurant. Room was a bit dark with a window onto brick wall, decor a bit austere, but staff very helpful, looked after bags will lunchtime, etc. Valet parking worked well but quite expensive.

DONT STAY HERE great location ,now i have the good points outta the way ,got to hotel toilet seat was on the ground ,then i got stuck in a lift for 30 mins . Breakfast was horrible .not too helpful when i told them i got stuck in the lift , managed to get a breakfast outta them which see above was not great i would not reccomend this hotel to my worst […] enemy Also went to use the spa and was under renovations was not told of this at all , this was one of the reasons i stayed here Läs mer

This Hotel is not the most modern but it is clean and inexpensive, the rooms were a reasonable size and very comfortable and it was right in the middle of downtown Auckland, so very convenient for what we needed. The staff were also very helpful and friendly - overall very good value for money.

Slightly tired building but clean and fresh room with large bathroom and plenty of light. Typical inner city outlook on adjacent body's.

On the whole we were very happy with our choice. Hotel was very central for walking, trains and buses. Staff very helpful. Room comfortable and adequately cleaned every day.

Nice and clean hotel and helpful stuff, we enjoyed our 5 days stay in Auckland.

Cheap price. Small pokey room w noisy heat pump. Changed room to smaller room. Upgraded myself to karger room. All rooms still smelled of stale smoke. Reception staff v good. Nice to have recent magazines available to read.

very central to everythings but u pay $35 for parking which is still reasonable compared to public parking surcharge + hotel staff very helpfull in taking ur car to their parking and bringing it to the hotel door as u request

this is a nice hotel, the staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and reasonable for the price, if you need an internet connection however get yourself another room, it will cost you 30-40 dollars a night to connect from this one.

While laocation of the hotel was great, at night there was a Karoeke/nightclub next door. And all we could here was the music, 3 nights of very little sleep. We won't be staying again.

It was a decent hotel. Major plus point - fantastic location. It was right smack in the central district, and near to the wharves and buses. Our major complaint was that the room was damp, could see water bubbles travelling down the bathroom walls. Everything else was just average.

Centrally located hotel with great staff, very nice and responsive. Rooms are a good size and very clean although our room smelled like mildew. The downside is that the hotel is located above a bar and it is VERY noisy at night. I was awake all night Friday night because of disco music from the bar which went on until 8 AM.

We arrived early (before midday). We booked straight into our room. Very pleased with the room etc. - not really high class but for us very comfortable & great value for money.
