The hotel was great, staff were friendly. When we checked in the room, it was immaculate clean. However, in the next couple of days of our stay, it was not as clean anymore. Our stay was enjoyed at your hotel, the indoor pool was very nice, and the outdoor hot tub. Ability to smoke outside relatively close to our room was appreciated. I was impressed that the staff ensured that the water turbidity problems in Sicamous didn't affect the quality of our stay in the hotel. That's taking care of business.

My two adult sons and I stopped on a trip to Calgary. This is the finest Best Western I have ever stayed in. We were in the new section and the room was very comfortable and much higher quality than the 2 1/2 stars. Also, the Hot Pools were very nice, with a clean and pleasant smell. There are two buildings - one is a lot newer. The first time we stayed here back in 2008, we were in the older building. It was rather drab. The new building is very nice. It was clean and well appointed. My room fee included free breakfast and wi-fi. The breakfast was continental and it wasn't bad. We stayed hereon the wey back to Calgary from Vancouver. We are 6of us.4adult and 2kids.Room are very clean, bath room is huge.Breakfast, they have hot waffle and lots of selection of muffins and breads.Even had local picked strawberrys!! yammy!

Absolutely wonderful staff, each member taking the time to give complete eye contact, wonderful smile and asking as to my comfort in the hotel. At the time of my stay the communities water supply was damaged and although we could not use any water (shower, tooth brushing etc) we were able to flush the toilet and the hotel supplied as much bottled water […] as was required. We enjoyed our overnight stay. Everything was fine. Good value. The only problem was the wAter quality due to flooding, but that was not the fault of the hotel.

Our room was very clean and looked brand new. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. There was a water advisory on due to flooding in the area, and hotel provided bottled water and had trucked in water for pool. Handled the situation very well! Would definitely stay here again.

Of the six hotels we stayed in in Canada, this was one of the most expensive and it was a long way from being one of the best. This was compounded by the fact that the TOTAL price quoted by Hotels.com was not the total price, it was the total price before Tax and Hotel fees, what ever they are, so it ended up being even more expensive. The room was […] fairly good, but we stayed in much better for much less. The breakfast was well below average, even though Doris was lovely. The only protein on offer was hard boiled eggs, very little fruit, and apart from that it was all carbs. The hotel is bordered by the railway on one side and a main duel carriageway on the other, so if one doesn't wake you up, the other will. Having stayed here once before, I knew my room would be clean, the bed would provide a restful sleep and the generous breakfast would be a good start to a day of driving. The staff were as helpful and friendly as they were on my first visit. . I recommend it..

this was my second overnight stay at this motel. great service by the front desk staff. we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. very comfy beds. would recommend to anyone for a night or longer.

I think they should have a better drying rooms for the snowmobile gear we were one of the first groups there on the 2nd and by the4th we had now room for are gear

The breakfast was exceptional. The area was very clean and the hostess hovered over it, maintaining order. Very good. We will come back. We liked this location better than Revelstokes Best Western.

When we booked this hotel on line it shaws taxes are included however when we arrived the hotel a front desk staff charged us extra 12% tax on the top of rate through website. The reason we booked this hotel is because we thought taxes is included. With this price we would stay a better hotel next time.

Very nice, very clean and very friendly staff. Continental breakfast was included with the room and it was one the best breakfast selections I've had. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

They were ready for the bike rally coming to the area and had wash stations and extra rags set up for us, and were available to give us itineraries and recommendations. Very friendly staff and very comfortable rooms.

Our stay was great,located accross from Tim Hortons and we had supper at Joe Smucks accross the parking lot. Great food. Room was very comfortable lots of pillows and decorated extremely nice with,comfortable beds and lots of towels. We will certainly stop there again when travelling.
