Bästa frukosten hittills i Usa, äggröra skinka med salsa. Det fanns gröt bröd yoghurt frukt osv. Jätte fina rum med ute plats, skön säng och många tv kanaler även soffa och skrivbord. Vi vart glatt överraskade när vi kom över hur trevligt hela stället var. Vi fick även kvällsmat (mån-tors). Ca 10 min biltur med mycket trafik till America airline center. Enda negativa var att det var lite svårt att hitta restaurang på gång avstånd. Men det rekommenderas att bo här!

Bra hotell med fokus på arbete, stora rum rent och snyggt utan att vara lyxigt. Lämpligt för arbete i norra Dallas. Ok gym med fria vikter och maskiner, dock ganska litet men nytt. Frukost enkel men helt ok, ingår i priset. Trevlig personal och en liten shop att handla vatten och annat fixi i receptionen. Bra värde för pengarna om man jobbar.

I needed the room for a couple of nights. The shower was not very good. the pressure was weak. The room had been well used and showed it in the bathroom more than every where else. "Very Dog Friendly"
Although it was not a very *nice* hotel, both of my dogs were allowed to stay with us which saved me a LOT of money on boarding fees, not to mention the heartbreak of having to leave my "babies" in someone else's care :). "Rooms were smoky and noisy."
I booked the hotel for almost a week, I never get cleaned the room, because they say they clean the rooms once a week and unfortunately, I didn't stay until that day....?!. The first night I stayed there I was searching for a clean room because the one assigned was noisy and smell to smoke. It seems like most of the people staying there smoke a lot. […] The guy at the front desk me was nice and helpful. Finally the one I got was ok but I little bit smoky. The noise coming from the highway was acceptable, but I could hear everything coming from next door. The pillows were bulky and hard like a stone. Everything was fine with our accomidations, with the exception to the cleanliness of our room. The shower was rather dingy as if it were only being wiped down with windex one too many times, instead of getting a good cleaning. There was hair on the bathroom floor as well. The dishes and utensils provided in the kitchen were dirty, even though they were […] in the cubbard/drawer. A dead bug was found in one of the beds when trying to crawl in to sleep. Since this is an extended stay hotel, I would think that once an occupant has checked out, the room would get a good cleaning. Instead, it seems our room got new sheets (hopefully), trash liners, and a toilet flush....I guess next time I will shell out the extra $20 per night at a nicer place, instead of fearing that I've brought bedbugs home with me. "Not what an exptended stay should be..."
Although we only stayeed one night, we got an extended stay to be able to have the conveniences of home. There was no icemaker in the freezer and we never found the ice machine. "Paper thin walls"
If you know anything about Plano, TX you know that it's NOT a poor area... so to have to stay in a room w/ paper thin walls was a real surprise and a big disappointment. Unless the AC was on, I heard every last word spoken by the people above me, and I got to listen to them carry on until 2:30 in the morning. The perk of having a kitchenette in my room […] was instantly diminished by this rather poor construction. So instead of the new roof they were having put on at the time, they should have spend that money on at least SOME insulation when the building was constructed. Available space when needing to be alone to gather one's thoughts. Amenities were basic but clean - more than one hand towel available for guests would improve the situation. "Nothing Fancy but Great on a Budget!!!"
I would recommend this hotel to the budget seeking traveler. Nothing fancy, but clean and very efficient. Great location near freeway, restaurants, and entertainment. horrid, air conditioner would not work in the first assigned room...second room worked, but I had to leave for 2 hours for it to cool. The cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. When we walked around the room with socked feet the bottoms would become brown from the floor. "Absolutely Terrible - would not recommend"
I reserve one room for three adult men, as I usually do for business trips. However, even though all they used the room for was to sleep and shower, they were miserable. When I called the first morning to ask about cots, coaches, etc for a third person they didn't have them available. I ended up sending the guys to the store for their own towels and a air mattress. "Terrible Bed"
The Sun Suites in Plano was extremely clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to everything we could have wanted or needed. HOWEVER...the beds are absolutely HORRIBLE. The mattress is wrapped in plastic and loudly crinkles constantly as you're attempting sleep. The support(?) is VERY firm & VERY thin. Both mine & […] my wife's back were hurting so bad after the first night that I seriously considered purchasing an air mattress at the conveniently located Target, Wal-Mart, Costco, etc... Also, you may wish to pack a towel. We checked in on Friday afternoon, showered, and attended a conference. Sat morning we showered and left for the conference. You get the idea, 98 degrees in Dallas Texas in June & the towels are not changed the entire stay. "Available for trade at desk for NOMINAL fee". The walls were paper thin, could hear voices in the other rooms. If you are staying there for one week, there is no housekeeping service. They only re-stock your towels.
