We had a great 4 day and 3 night stay at your hotel. The suite was very large and clean, the beds were very comfortable. Your hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location was safe and conveinient. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was OK except for the bed. It creaked and groaned with every little movement of me or the wife. Made for 2 very unrestful nights. Other than that the place was fine.

I booked my reservation weeks ahead of time. I booked two rooms and was asked to put the names of the people who were staying. When I went to check in the hotel asked for multiple IDs for room keys even though I had paid for the rooms with my credit card. When we finally got up to where I room was it said non-smoking. It was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was not a lot of noise I rested well and not too many people. I had everything I needed. Breakfast was fine there could have been a little more.

Stayed here mid-October of 2012 with my wife while attending the Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta. My wife commented after our stay that she would definitely consider staying in a Holiday Inn Express again. The overall impression I had was of a Hampton Inn but with more modern appointments in the guest rooms, in large part due to the large, dark headboard […] over the bed, the mini fridge and the microwave. Room was very clean, and I received a courtesy call from the front desk the night before our departure to see if we needed anything before we checked out. Amazing! We had a group of 16 women staying overnight for a conference in the Gwinnett arena and the hotel was clean, the service was awesome, breakfast was plentiful, and the surrounding area was very nice. We plan to come back next year for the same conference and will likely book the same hotel.

This hotel was clean. The staff was great. The location was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was really great. I would def. stay here again and would reccommend it to all my family and friends.

From the point of entrance we were TOTALLY satisfied. The lobby had the most pleasant and inviting scent. We were greeted by a very professional and helpful employee at the front desk. There is nothing spectacular about this hotel, but you know exactly what you are going to get: a clean room & decent amenities. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel was well-maintained. My only complaint is that the breakfast isn't that great quality. There are a bunch of options for breakfast, but many of those options […] are cheap and unappealing. Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Standard breakfast fare, but good. Very friendly staff. In a nice area with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Highly recommend an Italian restaurant, Luciano's. Would definitely stay here again.

Our overall stay was great. The only complaint/problem would be the fact that the food was not out at 7 am on Saturday as the sign stated, the eggs were cold, and there was not any bacon or sausage for those who wanted it. I also do not remember seeing any fruit out.

We have visited family in the immed area for over 10 years, often staying at AmeriSuites, now a Hyatt, on Route 141. This hotel is FAR superior. Less expensive, just as nice, rooms are Excellent, good wireless internet and with a very very good breakfast bar. Plus, if you want a travel breakfast, an IHOP is across the street. Nice accommodations and breakfast. Most rooms recently redecorated. Only complaint is bathroom light switch operates fan as well so fan always on when in bathroom. Lots of road construction in the area but hotel set back from main road.

For years when visiting family we stayed at AmeriSuites, now Hyatt, on Route 141, and as a Hyatt we were vastly disappointed. The Holiday Inn Express on McGinniss Ferry road, right around the corner from the Hyatt, was BETTER in ever sense of the word, less expensive, better breakfast, clean room, JUST A TOTAL IMPROVEMENT and FAR above my less than […] fond memories of 20 years ago of other Holiday Inn chains. For the money this hotel was superb. It was clean well maintained and well presented. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the rooms were a good size, modern and in good condition. I'd definately recommend this hotel to anyone. The area was nice, clean and safe, not far from local amenities.
