Smutsigt och illaluktande hotellrum men väldigt bra centralt läge. Kommer dock välja annat hotell nästa gång vi besöker Bryssel

Små, kalla rum, extremt liten toalett där dörren öppnas o stängs åt fel håll. Korridoren utanför rummen luktar illa (kanske för att det är nymålat). Jag föredrar ett fyr- eller femstjärnigt hotell nästa gång jag åker till Bryssel.

Rena rum, bra betjäning. Perfekt med ett litet kök och rena, frächa rum. Perfekt för oss som backpackers att bo på!

Jag var där med en grupp om 24 personer. Hotellpersonalen var mycket hjälpsamma vid incheckning och annat under vistelsen. Bra och fräscha rum samt gångavstånd till allt.

Okay so I travel to Brussels quite a bit and this review is based after my second stay in this hotel. For th rpice I paid I was not expecting anything major. However, certain things I do expect, clean room, comfortable beds and a good nights sleep. The walls are thin and the noise was bad, I did complain to reception and the noise stopped for 5 mins. but after the 3rd complaint I gave up. he room itsefl was adequate, though the first time I stayed I would have said quite smart, but after 2nd stay the room was dark and mould was in both corners of the room. great location (St. Catherine metro station) and kitchenette are very convenient. clean. internet connection in room. staff very helpful and professional. would stay again.

The hotel is nice enough. It did what I needed for a one week business trip in Sept 2011. The studio is pretty basic but does the job. Good things to know: - The bed is a single sofa bed. The one I had was fairly comfortable. They are apparently renovating. - the Kitchenette is small but has most things you'll need - cleaning isn't included. You can […] pay extra is you want it. This place is disgusting, it smells like rotten seafood. The carpet is filthy has not been changed in 20 years. The lobby is nice but it is very deceiving, Since the rest of the place is run down. I would not recommend this hotel unless you want to use it as a kennel for your dogs. Nasty!!!

Not bad overall but the pull out sofa bed is a major failure. Watch out, there is an extra charge for many of the services. Decent neighborhood, quiet, but security is tight for some reason...

Hotel easy to find however it stated we would have 2 double beds but instead we got one king and a pull out bed in another room. It was okay but not what we really wanted.

The hotel was situated in a convenient location and was reasonably clean and cheap. The issue we had was with the description of "two sleeper sofas" this was misleading. It was actually one sofa from under a which a matress pulled out. They were reasonably comfortable but when expecting more of an apartment with completely seperate beds this was slightly […] awkward. This hotel is in a great location, and is part of the Citadanes group - but seems to act upon its own rules - which it does not tell others. It is a good price, so if you do go there, make sure they tell you in check in about when and under what conditions they will clean your room or how to get fresh towels, linen and toilet paper. Hotel was very nice, but charging €13 for breakfast is a bit steep. Room was really comfortable, but the sofa could have done with some re-upholstering as it looked a small bit tired and worn out. Overall it was very comfortable and quite reasonable for what we paid for it. The location is great, it's walking distance to tourist sites. There a lot of dining places around. The only complaints I have were first, the carpet was not clean and second, the rooms only have sofa beds and twin beds, soooo different from the US queen/king/double beds.

This isn't a great place: the room was small, the sofa bed was awful, and the hotel was old and dirty. But it's acceptable for a night because of the cheap price and excellent location (across the street from the St. Catherine metro stop.)

Was satisfied with the location and price of the hotel considering I booked last-minute. My room was a studio. The carpets were badly worn and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The concierge was extremely rude and incapable of a smile or greeting but extremely accomplished at glaring. She could not have been less attentive or helpful. Similar behaviour was experienced from other staff too. The futon in one of the rooms was badly ripped up. Was a shame our stay was ruined by things that could have been easily fixed.

Three of us stayed here when we were making our way home after the volcanic ash disruption. Great things: helpful staff, close to metro, luggage storage, all necessary kitchen appliances/dishes available, shower was great. nice views. Things to work on: Floor was a bit stained, tv was tiny, no sink for the bathroom (kitchen or shower only), room seemed […] empty as it was very large (another bed perhaps?), and the free internet never worked despite two cables provided. The hotel was right by the St. Catherine metro stop. The hotel staff was great. They even let us check in early with no difficulties. The rooms were clean and well appointed. There was a small refrigerator, sink, and a 2 burner hot plate. We had a nice walk to the main square and passed a number of restaurants, a grocery store, and shopping. Uitstekend hotel voor een aangename prijs in een leuke buurt. Aanrader.

Lage top, aber mehr als eine Nacht möchte ich dort nicht wohnen. In meinem Zimmer war kein Bett, sondern nur ein ausziehbares Sofa.

Citadines Sainte-Catherine was good quality for a reasonable price booked just a few days in advance. Great things about it is that it is located just at the exit of the subway of the same name, that it has free internet, and a good working table and chair. Great and cosy fish and other restaurants on the same street. The bed and feeling of the room […] is perhaps not exactly a "studio" or luxury, but for that price and location it is OK. 沙发床还是不要住的好，其他房间不知道

Cela faisait 4 ans que nous venions à la même période passer un petit week end à Bruxelles aux Citadines Ste Catherine. Dans des circonstances normales, il vaut mieux demander un studio ou appartement sur la cour car la rue est très bruyante surtout les poubelles qui passent vers 5h du mat ! Mais cette année, nous avons eu de l''exceptionnel : réveil […] le samedi matin par une perçeuse et un bruit infernal.....Nous étions au 5ème étage...les travaux de rénovation sont sur les 3ème et 4ème étage !!! Autant dire que nous nous sommes plainds auprès de la direction ....qui nous a baladé un bon moment avant d'avouer qu'effectivement il y avait bien des travaux..... ILs doivent normalement nous rembourser une nuit d'hotel en dédommagement. Pour le moment je n'ai rien vu....!!!!! Pour info les travaux sont du lundi au samedi de 8h à 18h....jusqu'"en 2012 !!!! Les points faibles sont dus aux travaux de restauration de l'Hôtel.

Points positifs : très bonne situation, accueil serviable et aimable. Points négatifs : studio très défraîchi bien que propre, lit incomfortable, sdb minimaliste et toute petite tv cathodique. En conséquence, niveau de prix excessif au regard de la prestation hôtelière.

Rigtig god placering i forhold til seværdigheder og transport. Mulighed for selv at lave mad. Klart anbefalelsesværdig i forhold til prisen. Fin adgang til morgenmad og fri kaffe/te døgnet rundt.

Très bien pour passer quelques jours à Bruxelle Debut du service du petit déjeuner un peu tard

Lage zum Stadtzentrum ist sehr gut. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmer machen einen etwas abgenutzten Eindruck sind aber grundsätzlich sauber. Das Schlafsofa dürfe auch nicht jedermanns Sache sein, aber für ein paar Nächte tolerierbar. Die Küchenzeile ist sauber und für zwei Personen gut ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine fehlt !! Frühstück […] ist zu teuer. Es besteht aber durch die Küchenzeile die Möglichkeit sich selbst zu versorgen. Der Einkaufsmarkt in der Nähe bietet 7-tägig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
