Mycket bra hotell men otroligt rena och stora rum till mycket bra pris.

Jag använde endast hotellet för övernattning då jag skulle flyga vidare nästa dag. Hotellet är i mycket bra skick med vänlig personal och det är oftast inga problem att checka in direkt när man anländer utan att behöva vänta till klockan 15:00.

Very nice hotel, good breakfast, etc. What was out of standard was that they fitness facility were $ 15 additional cost if you are a normal HHonors member. Even if they were very nice with large gym, lots of machines, pool, etc, I only wanted to use the treadmill.

Good hotel, with big rooms to a big price. The room was really nice and big, with a great view over the airport. But I think it's very bad that the Hilton hotel don't have the breakfast included. You pay alot of money for the room, and need to pay more money for the expencive (but really good) breakfast.

Hotellet har perfekt läge mitt i flygplatsen och är mycket lätt att nå. Man behöver inte åka buss utan kan gå eller ta det interna flygplats-tåget. Hyfsade restauranger med någorlunda rimliga priser. Ingen frukost ingår men det är lätt att få tag på inne på flygplatsen.

Perfekt läge om man ska mellanlanda i Chicago. Går även ett ctg tåg till City på 40 min som är väldigt smidigt.

All-in-all a pretty good experience. Staff were friendly enough. Huge hotel (approx 1K rooms) which makes sense given the location. My only complaints were the dining options. By the time I schlepped my stuff to my room, it was about 8:00 PM and I was pretty hungry. The restaurant in the hotel is absurdly expensive and there aren't many options. I ordered […] off the bar menu - food was average and still quite expensive. Knowing what I was up against ahead of time I decided to explore the pre-security airport terminals for some food - no dice so I was stuck with the hotel restaurant. Checked in after 11:30 p.m. and out around 6:30 a.m but nice and clean. Very convenient across easy to cross street from our terminal. Room next door VERY loud talking most of night.

Impersonal would not stay here again. Our outward stay at the Hilton garden inn was a complete joy. The bathroom in this hotel was tiny and my husband cut his leg in the bathroom because of it. The Hilton garden city was cheaper and better

This hotel is literally on the grounds of O'Hare airport, steps from the terminals, public transportation, parking ramps and parking tram to the remote lots. Beware of high parking expenses and high food expenses--there are few options other than the hotel if you are staying here. I had to stay one night at the O'Hare Hilton. I arrived at the hotel and the valet was full, and there was no valet anywhere, and no alternatives given as to where to park. I finally just left my car parked out front and checked in. There they told me to park overnight in the airport for $57 / night, which was about a quarter mile away walk in the dark […] back to the hotel. In my hotel room it reeked of cigarette smoke terribly. I called to get another room, but nobody came with a new key, so I left to go to the elevators to go back down to the front desk. However, then the elevators were shut down. After a (very nice) maintenance man came by and saw me helpless, he finally got someone from the front desk to reassign me a room and let me in, after we hauled by heavy suitcases up three flights of stairs to my new room. The new room was not very nice, but at least didn't smell like smoke. The room was old, dusty and there was crud in places like the crevasses in the desk. Management gave me a voucher towards my meal, but when I looked at the menu I was blown away by the EXTREMELY expensive prices. I eat out a lot and understand that eating out at hotels can get expensive, but we're talking about TOTALLY sub-par NY strip with french fries and spare rapini for $53.00. Really? There was also about a 2 inch gap between the door and the floor which didn't make a woman travelling alone feel very safe. I couldn't WAIT to get out of there and I will never stay there again. When I booked this itinerary, I was led to believe that the hotel was within the hotel complex. After wandering about, I found that the hotel was much further away. I had to do a lot of walking with bad feet, and finally found the shuttle that would take me to the Hilton. Once I found the terminal,I still had to walk from the airport to the hotel, outside! […] It was quite cold. Had similar problems getting back to my terminal the next morning. Hotel - great location for short overnight stays for early flights. Staff very professional. However you cannot add your airline points to the Hotel.com booking so you loose your points. Hotel staff WILL NOT add it in. They will say the booking is closed and prepaid, so not available to update. Not happy about this.. But the rooms are clean. Hallways […] noisey and easily heard from room. Overall though good hotel, travel 2 weeks a month. Would recommend this to anyone needing to stay at O'Hare- Hotel.com does a great job !! Thank you !! I was confirmed for a king-sized bed, yet received a full. Aircon/heat in room didn't work & although I tried calling the front desk several times, no one answered ANY of the extensions I tried. People in the adjoining room screamed/banged on walls all night but yet again, no answer at the front desk to help rectify this. First hotel I've been at that […] I felt afraid. Attempted phone check-out in AM, no-one picked up. I travel for biz 3 weeks out of the month and have never experienced unresponsive staff the likes of this. Awful. Läs mer

If you have an early flight out of O'Hare, I highly recommend staying at the Hilton O'Hare. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we only had to cross the street to be in our terminal. We weren't disturbed by airplane noise (but then again we were there between 2am & 6am). In room internet access is a free service provide by most, less expensive hotel chains. I couldn’t believe there was an extra charge for internet, at the most expensive hotel, I have stayed in recently. I will avoid Hilton in the future, due to nickel and dime added charges.

This hotel had a very good nightly rate when pre-booked and it is easy to locate due to the signage all over the airport. Check-in lines were horrendously long, but the room was very clean and there was the possibility of getting food late at night. Hotel is fine, but expensive compared to other options. Only big plus is that its on-airport. Desk staff was very helpful, but took too long for operator or Service Express operator to answer phone to help me get a taxi.

This hotel is shockingly quiet and comfortable in spite of being right at the Chicago ohare airport. Front desk went above and beyond to be accommodating. Rooms and lobby were lovely, clean and well kept. Loved it.
