Väldigt bra läge och fina rum, dock såg vi en tidig morgon en kackerlacka i vårat badrum...Servicen vid receptionen var lite sisådär och att man inte ens fick ta med egen vattenflaska till "hotellets egna strand" utan att han som jobbade just det skiftet var ogästvänlig och sur och beordrade oss att gå upp med vår självmedhavda dryck (de andra var trevliga dock) var att överdriva tycker vi som ändå betalade för att använda strandsängarna, för övrigt var vi väldigt nöjda med vårat val av hotell.

Vi är nöjda med vårt val av hotell. Det låg ett stenkast från stranden vilket var vårt mål med bokningen. Fick ett rum med en fantastisk utsikt över havet. Hotellet var ett medelklasshotell, något slitet. Men det var rent och fräscht och personalen var trevlig. Frukosten var en typisk motellfrukost. Framdukad i lobbyn. Inget märkvärdigt. Vi bodde i ett rum med kokmöjligheter o kylskåp så vi valde att hämta lite av frukostutbudet i lobbyn + egen inhandlat och äta frukosten på rummet/balkongen. Det fanns ett stort utbud med restauranger i området som serverade allt från frukost till middag. Om man är morgonpigg så var strandpromenaden härlig för morgonpromenaden!

Var fest både fredag och lördag på hotellet, poolen var full av folk hela helgen. Måndag och tisdag var det jättelungt. 2 fina pooler, en med en lite jazucci och en med vattenfall och poolbar. Minigolfbana inuti hotellet. Väljer man till frukost får man en kupong på 20 dollar att äta för i hotellresturangen, räcker gott till en skaplig frukost, fick ej kupongen vid inchekningen utan fick hämta den när vi blev informerad av kyparen . Barnen åt gratis när vi åt på hotellresturangen. Tog 3-4 minuter att gå till stranden som var jättehärligt. Många matställen kort från hotellet. Rent och snyggt hotell. Bor gärna där igen men om man vill ha lung och ro bör man stå över helgen.

We liked the hotel, the location, and the layout of the room; however, there were two problems. In the separate seating area, which was very nice, the springs on the sofa had given out. We were very pleased with the hotel itself. The room was exceptionally large and roomy for the price. It was a little difficult in exiting the hotel on the main road. When we pulled into the hotel parking lot there were two employees smoking in the parking lot next to the entrance. Since we are both non-smokers this was a turn-off. Excellent hotel and amenities. Friendly staff. Breakfast was okay; had the basics and was well supplied. Located in quiet residential neighborhood. If you don't mind being a few miles from the beach or restaurants/stores, this is a great location. Room was very clean and nicely furnished. Great room with nice sitting area, fridge, and microwave. Outstanding help at the front desk, thanks Anna,and far better breakfast then usual.

"Great room for the money"
Enjoyed the location, our room was very nice and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The pool was sparkling clean and it was a nice area for walking. We will definitely return.

Hotel is on Clearwater Bay with bay view. Clearwater beach is about ten minutes away. Central location for day at beach and for touring Clearwater and Tampa (~20 minutes away). Great breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Free use of computers (2) in lobby. I would stay there again.

Room was clean. Bring your own breakfast food. Waffle was good but not worth the long wait for the one waffle machine. Other food available left much to be desired. Strange odor in the hallway of the 2nd floor. Reminded us of a dentist's office. Don't plan on sleeping on the pullout couch. The whole experience was horrible. our room was hot and stuffy. Fresh air was not an option. Our room key was given to others due to a mistake at the front desk - the manager gave our key out and our room was ransacked by thieves - all caught on the hotels security cameras!! The police were called, the hotel manager took no responsibility. The cleaning […] staff were truly compassionalte and helpful - too bad the general manager was not able to take lessons from her staff. The local police were also truly wonderful and went way above and beyond to retrieve our belongings. We are very sorry for the inconvenience that you had during your stay at our Hotel. We try to do our best and called the Police immediately.All your belongings were recovered. You refused to take any action against the other couple even though the Police offer you to takeaction against them. The Police didn't even make a report because you refuse to take any action against them. The owner was not in the middle east, plus his ethnic background doesn't have anything to do with this problem. Our employees went even beyond their duties just to help and recover your belongings. It was us that find who is the other couple and called the police. We are trying to improve our guest satisfaction so we have new management right now. Located in a residential area facing the water, this clean, comfortable,roomy suite is within a short drive to Clearwater Beach, Dunedin Beach, or you can take the Ferry to Caladesi Island. There is no restaurant on site, but several decent ones within an easy drive. There are lots of fun things to do in the Clearwater area. And the sunset from the […] pool area is spectacular! The breakfast was adequate, entire staff was helpful and courteous. Front desk lady was especially helpful and nice. "Would definitely stay again"
This was a very pleasant surprise. The location is close to everything you need in the area. We found the room very clean, comfortable and spacious, although carpet and sofa are very tired and should be replaced. The staff was very accomodating and went above and beyond the normal courtesy you expect. Although it is located near a questionable area […] that you must drive through there to go to the beach, it is no issue. I definitely wouldn't suggest walking south beyond the bridge, but the walking path that leads north towards the town of Dunedin is spectacular. Clean, safe, uncrowded and with a view along the Intercoastal Waterway you won't find anywhere else in the area. We know the area well, and were very satisfied with our three day stay there. Flott stab, hyggelige mennesker med serviceinnstilling. Fikk rom med lukt da vi kom - ble byttet neste morgen uten problemer. Kjempefin frokost i rene lokaler. Anbefales!

Wir mussten an den äußersten Rand des Zimmer gehen damit wir ins Netzt kamen. Wir hatten ein sehr dunkles Zimmer, es war direkt über dem Eingang. Ok die Bettdecke war nicht die Sauberste, ansonsten war es aber OK, für meinen Geschmack war der Kühlschrank im Zimmer zu laut. Die Ice-Maschine war leider defekt.

"Nichtraucherzimmer roch nach altem Qualm"
Überall war angeschlagen, dass es sich um ein Nichtraucher-Hotel handelt. Ich denke, dass es nicht immer so war, da es in unserem Zimmer nach altem Zigarettenqalm gerochen hat. Meiner Meinung nach müssten die ehemaligen Raucherzimmer erstmal gründlich gereinigt werden bevor sich das Hotel Nichtraucher-Hotel nennen darf!!!
