Staffs are very nice and helpful. They have new orange/pineapple juice made fresh daily; my kids and other kids who stayed there love it. The 1BR studio that we stayed in is pretty comfortable. It has a full kitchen, big refrigerator and a small dishwasher. they also have laundry room on site if you needed. The room we booked is the city view one, however, […] the lanai makes it feel relaxing. We all love it. The only problem is the sofa bed is pretty rough for my husband and the beds are made every third days (not daily). There is limited housekeeping. House keeper came everyday to give us new towels and soap/lotion and take out the trash. We basically cleaned up after ourselves. Our shower has a couple black spots or mold between the tiles which I noted from day 1 and disliked. It makes the place looked cheap. other than that, everything else is pretty okay. I would stay again and get a suite with at least 2 queen beds, and I will ask them to clean our shower at least;). Overall, it's pretty doable and convenience. This is a great family hotel with plenty of space. The separate bedroom allows parents their own bed while kids sleep on the sofa pullout. Big kitchen and eating table for meals in. Excellent location with great restaurants below and Henry's ice cream across the street. Daily doses of guava and mango sorbets make this location the best!

Lovely apartments and they do look just how you see the pictures that are advertised. We are a family of 4 (2 being kids, 11 yr old and 9 yrs old girls). We had a 1 bed apartment, so they slept on the fold out bed. The only down side, is the air con is on the wall next to the fold out lounge, which meant we had to leave the partition between the rooms […] (its half a wall, with the partition on top, so when the kids are asleep they can't see you) open, to allow the air con to reach us. Which mean the kids sometimes got cold. Easy 2 min walk to the pool, beach and shops. Great with the kids, as you are not in the centre of Waikiki, meaning they don't see the "adult" things that go on of a night. Plus you are away from the noise. The only noise we heard, was the low "hum" of the air con units from the shops between the apartments. ABC shop and 7 eleven next door, so convenient when you needed to get food or drinks. Security is great too. The apartment main doors are locked by 7pm, and you can only enter the building with your room card. Läs mer

We loved our room! It was beautiful and so comfortable, it felt like home away from home. The kitchen made it so nice and easy to prepare meals when we didn't feel like going out to eat. It is also in a great location because it's away from the busy areas of Waikiki but a short walking distance to the beach and shopping centers.

Our original room was a one bedroom apartment across from the elevator. It consisted of a half wall to separate the bedroom froom the lounge room, a gallery kitchen and an onsuite. The outside balcony size was a decent size. The air-con, which was in the lounge room with the sofa bed. was not sufficient for the size of the apartment and struggled to […] cool the bedroom. The bedroom was small with a queen bed, a side table, a flat screen TV and a wardrobe. It was dificult to walk around the bed to begin with and luggage made it more so. The bathroom very compact. After requesting a room away from the elevator, we moved the next day to a 2 bedroom apartment on a higher floor. This was not so noisy. Both bedrrooms were larger in size and the apartment more comfortable for a family of 3. One bedroom had its own air-con and the other looked onto the lounge room which had a sofa bed in it. The problems we encountered were that the apartments' door security system keep failing after 24 hours so we repeatedly needed the staff to let us in and to fix the door, the kitchen didn't have wine glasses, there was no kettle to boil water for a cup of tea and the toilet kept on running after being flushed. On the upside the ladies cleaned the apartment nicely each day. The reception staff were very accommodating to find us another room, helpful with transport to the airport and were patient with the door problem. Although the city views from the completely private balcony are not fantastic, the hotel was clean and comfortable, their parking lot at the rear is small and expensive, but defintely convenient for a handicapped person, and the staff is delightfully attentive. I will recommend this hotel without hesitation.

I looked for a suite hotel to have a kitchen during my stay. I was worried I wasn't getting too many options but this place turned out perfect. Space is around 550sf. Functional and much roomier than the average hotel room. The open kitchen is huge for a hotel suite. It's about the size of many NYC kitchens in 1 or 2 bedrooms. The fridge is very large, […] there are 4 burners, though no oven. Everything - dining chairs, plates are for 4 people. The bedroom can be partially opened up through sliding windows. There's another TV in there. Bathroom is also roomy, though no tub. Water pressure was great, I took long, steamy showers. Amenities: none at the Condo hotel, but we walked down the block to Outrigger Reef all the time for the pool and restaurants, and the Reef is connected to the beach. The staff at the reception is very friendly if you have any questions. Location: The hotel is surrounded by new shops and restaurants and is also a few minutes away from a big shopping mall ( the Royal Hawaiian). It was extremely convenient, and even though we had a car, we only used it on a few days. Overall: it was clean, modern, very conveniently located and I would return here in a heartbeat. Now for the downside: we were on the 3rd floor and you definitely can smell fried meat from the katsu restaurant in the hallway and from the tereace! Our daughter stayed at the Outrigger Regency on Beachwalk 2 years ago and loved it. My husband and I decided to book there based on her recommendation and we could not have been happier. The location is wonderfully central, the facilities are fantastic, the partial ocean view room's view was terrific and the staff were very attentive yet, allowed us […] to feel as though we were home and not simply guests. We had a tiny issue with our airconditioner's noise, which was rectified promptly and for us, the whole experience of staying here was extremely enjoyable. We also loved the guest book that was in our room, so that we could review what others experienced in the beautifully vibrant Oahu and Waikiki. We will definitely be back and will be booking Outrigger Regency on Beachwalk again. Our 9 nights here simply went too fast. We sat next to a couple on the plane coming home who by chance had also stayed here, they too loved everything about the place. Thanks so much for making our holiday a fabulous experience. We enjoyed the location of the condo, just two blocks from the beach. There was easy access to shopping, food, and other activities. We were able to watch some filming of the TV show Hawaii Five 0 near the condo. We also enjoyed many of the things Oahu had to offer (Pearl Harbor, North Shore beaches, Diamond Head Crater hiking, pineapple plantation, […] and our daughters softball tournament). The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, accomadating. The room was clean and functional, well-sized(we stayed in the 1BR ptl ocean view), well lit, and the 3/4 sized kitchen was helpful. convienient. It almost seemed too much considering our short stay returning from a longer trip abroad in other countries. Perfect for someone spending a week […] or more in Waikiki and looking for more creature comforts and convience than a typical hotel room, great for someone traveling with a teen or kids. Location is not beachfront, but highley accessable. The beach is a very short and easy stroll, great places to eat abound immediatly upon exiting, the main PO is 1 block over on Saratoga, great shopping begins 1/2 block away on Kalakaua, great pubs nearby(Hardrock Cafe-same street, Senor Frogs around corner, Moose's/Kelly O'Neil's/Yardbird/Giovanni's 1 block over on Lewers and many more within a 10 min walk down Kalakaua or up to Kuhio, etc. etc). I've been to HI many times on vacation and spent 3 years windy side a long time ago; I know my way around HNL/Waikiki and Oahu very well...I can jump in the rental and drive about as if I never left, most island-wide. I can't think of a better place to stay in Waikiki given the location and convience of the room. Sure, some honeymooners and first-time visitors may want that 'beachfront' experience; I can understand. But for those planning longer stays or return visits or visits with fam, etc(see above) it is a perfect place to stay. !!! Läs mer

I will stay again very nice condo. The only drawback is the price to part your car with all the money I spent to stay there they could of gave their guest free parking. But with that said I still will be staying there again.

We arrived 7am in morning and went straight to the hotel, expecting that we'd only be able to leave our bags until check in time. We were advised that they presumed we would be arriving earlier and had our room ready. Went up to our room which was very clean and tidy, it looks slightly tired but this didn't bother us one bit. Unfortunbatley the TV in […] our bedroom didn't work, but on our way out for breaksfast we advised the frotn desk and an hour later on our return it was fixed. Nothing was ever an issue with the staff and they were so friendly. Someone commented that it was noisy, we did not notice this at all. 好立地な場所で大変満足な旅になりました。駐車場も平置きで非常に便利でしたが、1日20ドルは少しお高めかなと思いました。どこかのサイトでフロントのオレンジジュースの味が薄いとあったのですが、全くそんなことはなくフレッシュでおいしく戴けました。コンドミニアムということもあり、フロントは意外と淡白なようでしたがあまり干渉されないので逆に助かりました。部屋は1LDKと使い勝手はよかったです。エアコンから椅子への水滴、コンロが電熱線、外国だからでしょうか？ウォシュレットではなかった、不満と言えばそんなところです。

長期滞在のためキッチン付きのコンドミニアムを探して巡り会いました。立地条件が良く、周辺に美味しい和食やイタリアンのレストランがあるのも魅力です。ベランダから海に沈む夕陽を眺めるのは最高。ただ従業員は無愛想で部屋の掃除は3日に1回。その割に宿泊費はリーズナブルなわけではありません。

1bedroomでキングサイズベッドが1つと、リビングスペースにダブルのソファベッドが1つでした。3人での宿泊でしたが特に問題なく過ごせましたが、4人だと少し狭いかなと思います。 キッチンはIHで広く、清潔で充実しています。 テーブルは4人がけが部屋の内側とラナイに設置されており、どちらでも食事できて便利です。 洗面台の位置が高すぎる点だけマイナス。 あとはロケーションも便利で最高でした。

洗濯機がなかったのが残念。掃除はぱっとみはきれいですが、すみずみまで行き届いているというわけではなかったです。９階のお部屋だったのでラナイから海がみえ、快適でした。すぐそばのアウトリガーリーフオンザビーチのビーチなどが利用でき利便性も文句なしですが、駐車場一日２０ドルは高いと思いましたタオルは毎日替えてくれましたが、ベッドメイキングとかはないです（ハウスキーピングに頼まないといけない）

ロケーションは最高ですし、部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごす事が出来ました。日本語を話せるスタッフはいないように思いましたが、片言の英語で十分通じます。また滞在中レンタカーを借りていたのですが、ホテルの裏にある駐車場に出し入れ自由（バレーパーキングではない）のも、私たちには便利でした。

ホテルではないので覚悟はしていました、ビジネスホテル並みのフロント対応です。ドライヤーが壊れたと言うと警備員のおじさん？みたいな人がきて別の持つて来るのに３０分くらい待たされ、壊れたのは部屋のごみ箱にあっさり捨てていきました。部屋自体は洗面シンクが高いくらい以外は特に問題ありませんでしたが、たまたま、私たちの部屋が最上階だったせいかもしれません。下層階は後ろにゴミ収集車？が朝６時位から来るのでうるさそうでした。ラナイも広く、金曜の花火も正面に綺麗に見ることも出来ます。欲を言えば、ツインベットの部屋があるといいのにと思いました。ただ、リゾート気分を味わいたい方にはお勧めしません。

サーフィン仲間の男三人で宿泊しました。 三人共英語がダメでスタッフとのコミニケーションに少しだけ、難がありましたが 部屋は清潔で海保感は満点でした。 またキッチンも充実していた為、自分達は毎朝利用していました！ 立地も良く、メイン通りに近いためDFSやハワイアンショッピングセンターには散財させれました(^-^)/ 何よりアラモアナ周辺のサーフポイント(ボウルズ等)にも歩いてアクセス可能なのがよかったです！

ｱｳﾄﾘｶﾞｰ系のホテルは良く利用するのですが、ここのホテルは無料のwifiがないのかあるのか告知もしてくれない。挨拶もろくにしない。皆さん投げやりな態度。部屋は普通なのですが、従業員の態度でかなり減点しなければなりません。

夜１０時頃、突然停電がありました。 ホテル全体が真っ暗になったものの、 なんの説明もなし。 近隣は問題なかったので、このホテルだけの 問題なのは明らか。　 せめて何か説明ぐらいしてくれたら良かったのに。 そこは大変不満でしたが、それ以外はまあまあです。

周りに大きいホテルばかりですが、ベランダに出てみると広いし目の前がひらけていて向かい合う建物がなく景色はとっても良かったです。（８階の部屋でした） 小ぶりなホテルなのでエレベーターもすぐ来るし、駐車場もすぐ停められるし良かったです。 ただ・・しいて言えば駐車料金が＄２０/日はちょっと高いかな！？ あとお部屋のお掃除が毎日早かった。

何処へ出かけるのも便利でした。 キッチン用具も揃っていて、ランドリーの洗濯石鹸 も装備され、アメニティーとしては全く不便を感じません。 チェックイン、アウトもわずらわしさを感じず 部屋のエクステンションもスムースに答えてくれました。 家族ずれにはお勧めです。 次回も選択肢に入れる予定です。

買い物や食事、ビーチへ行くのに、とても便利なロケーション。 ホテルは全体的に清潔感があり、ロビーも小作りではあるが充分な機能を備えている。日中はジュースとコーヒーの無料サービスがあり、良かった。 お部屋は、新しくモダンな造り、開放的な間取りで快適に過ごすことができた。キッチンも広く、台所備品も申し分ない。 ただ、セミダブルのベッドは２人で寝ていて、どちらかが動くとトランポリンの様に揺れてしまい、少し眠るのに苦労した。また利用することがあればツインにしたいと思う。 あと、小アリがあちこちにいたのが気になったが、前回泊まったコンドミニアムで小さいゴキちゃんを何匹も見かけたのに比べると、まだマシな気がした（そのコンドでは施設内に大量の殺虫剤を撒いていた）。 ハワイには何度も行っていて、有名ホテルに […] ばかり泊まっていて、その時はこのような虫達に遭遇することはなかったが、前回からコンドを利用し出して今回で２回目。次回もコンド利用予定なので、虫については要調査と考える。 最後に、駐車料金が20ドル／１日ととても高かったことが残念だった。車を利用しない人にはとても良いコンドだと思う。 Läs mer

【近隣環境】 カラカウア通りとビーチウォーク通りに近く、歩いて5分でワイキキビーチです。 どこへいくのも便利です。　 1階にＡＢＣストアーがあるので日常品は全て事足ります。 すぐ隣にセブンイレブンもあり便利です。 【お勧めの過ごし方】 近くのスーパーで食材を買い込み、部屋で自炊も楽しいです。 部屋には一通りのキッチン（食器・調理道具・皿洗い機・電子レンジ・ＩＨコンロetc）が揃っています。 駐車場があるのでレンタカーを借りて、東海岸のビーチや観光スポット・レストラン・ショッピングセンターに行きました。 エントランスが夜6時に閉まるので、カードキーを差し込んで入館します。 コンドミニアムですが、毎日ルームメイクが有るので快適です。 ワイキキで高くて狭いホテルに泊まるより価値が有ります。

GWに家族、大人３名、子供１名で滞在しました。 １ベッドルームですが、リビング・キッチンもあり快適に滞在できました。ビーチやビーチウォークに近いのもよかったです。 今回、ソファーベッドを利用しましたが、ブランケットが事前に準備されていませんでしたので、チェックインする際に確認したほうがいいと思いました。
