Skönt läge vid Berlins "5th Avenue" och metro, bra service på hotellet, bra parkerings möjligheter utanför hotellet. Absolut godkänt .

Överraskande bra. Trevligt bemötande, rent o snyggt. Bra rum, bra badrum. Tyst läge. Bra sängar. Kan varmt rekommenderas. Högt värde för pengarna.Jag kommer att nyttja Citadines på andra ställen också.

Ett trevligt bemötande när vi kom- ett tidigt tåg gjorde att vi behövde ställa in våra väskor innan Berlin väntade. Vi fick inte ställa in väskorna- vi fick tillgång till rummet. Yippi. Rent, stort , luftigt. Stort badrum, lagom köksregion, väldigt sköna sängar. Charlottenborg- ett ganska konservativt område, butiker, restauranger ett litet snabbköp […] mitt över gatan. Nära U-ban- Adenauerplatz gjorde det enkelt att ta sig runt. Buss gick till Kreutzberg på 20 min. Eftersom vi hade kök använde vi oss inte av hotellfrukost. En dator fanns- kan tänka mig att det kan bli kö under högsäsong. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell. Läs mer

(Februari 2011) Prisvärt boende. Över förväntan. Rent och fräscht. Trivsamt. Trodde att vi skulle få bäddsoffa men det blev två sköna sängar. Sov gott. Ingen störande trafik. Badrummet bra standard. Handdukstork. Perfekt litet pentry, som var fullutrustat för två personer. Microvågsugn, mini diskmaskin, två kokplattor. Bra kylskåp med frysfack, Strykjärn. […] Härligt med ministereo på semestern. Tv. Toppen med livsmedelsbutik, grönsakshandel, bageri mm över gatan. Om man inte vill göra egen frukost erbjuder hotellet frukost till en kostnad av 11 euro. Lätt att ta kommunikationer ff buss. Ett par hundra meter till U-Bahn. Ca 15-20 min promenad till "Hjärtat av Berlin" bla Kaiser Gedäschtnicht kirsche. Ca 5 min med buss. Exklusiva butiker längs promenaden dit. DET ENDA NEGATIVA var att städning uteblev under vår vistelse (stannade tre nätter, ankomst lörd avresa tisd). Vi tyckte åtminstone att handdukarna kunde bytas en gång samt att soporna borde tömmas. Frånsett detta så är jag och dottern mycket nöjda. Kände oss "hemma" .Rekommenderas, kan gärna återvända eller boka Citadines i annan storstad. Läs mer

Detta måste vara det perfekta hotellet för tex svenska weekend turister som söker ett privärt, rent och prydligt hotell med mycket bra kundservice.Bussar och U-bahn nära, mycket trevliga restauranger tvärs över gatan, snabbköp dito. Personalen mycket tillmötesgående och språkkunnig.

Hotellet ligger bra vid Kurfürstendamm i ett lungt område, med en liten affär finns nära tvärs över gatan. Rummen var rena och sängarna bra, köket hade all utrustning även en diskmaskin. Parkera inte bilen under lindarna bredvid om ni inte vill ha kladdiga bilar, det var inte dyrt att parkera och det fanns alltid lediga P platser i närheten på morgnarna, […] det gick även att boka hotellgarage. We stayed in a well designed small apartment, useful for business or short citybreak.

I was nervous about this Hotel/Apartment before i got there. I was very surprised, the service at the front desk was amazing the room very comfortable, quiet, clean and YES i will stay there again. The coffee in the dining room was excellent.

Great experience for a 4 nights stay. Great location if you want to stay close to K'damm shopping and restaurants. All public transport available close by.

The hotel was well located with many surrounding shops and restaurdants and close to public transport. The bed was a sofa bed not a proper bed.

This was an apartment hotel, equipped with complete kitchen including the pots and pan, utensils and fridge.Across the street was a grocery store and other eatery. Just minutes walk to the famouse Kurfurstendam, the longest ave. in Europe(that's what they say). From the central station take the S bahn(16) to the direction of Zoologische Garten, go outside […] to the bus stop and take Bus # 10,109 or 110. Stop at Olivaer platz. fine hotel but the service staff did not do their daily job ...either forgot completely or did it only partially!

We stayed for only two nights, but would have been happy to stay much longer. Our room on the top floor was clean and comfortable, with the kitchenette a great bonus (it even had a mini dishwasher). Only drawback was that only one computer can connect via the wired internet in the room and the wireless network in the lobby was down during our stay. […] I think the hotel manages to keep rates down by limiting housekeeping, but if you can handle using the same towels for a few days in a row (as most of us do at home), then Citadines K-damm is a great option. Located near a shopping area in a good locality, these apartments are very comfortable and value for money. Only hitch is - not well connected to underground or surface train. One needs to take bus from Zoologisher Garten station. Nice spacious rooms with all facilities and amenities.

Citadines is very conveniently located in a very nice area. Transport was excellent and lots of restaurants and food sources close by if we wanted to cook in room. We far prefer this type of situation to staying in a regular hotel, The staff were very helpful and even booked our accommodation at Citadines in Munich.

This is the first time that I have stayed in an appartment hotel and I have to say that it was a good choice. The small kitchen was equipped with everything you need to create simple brunch or early lunch so that you can go out and explore the city afterwards. I have stayed a few times at this hotel and have never been disappointed. Good location, clean, quiet and cheap, in short highly recommended.

If you're staying for more than a few days, this is a great apartment/hotel. The staff is friendly and provides very good service: A light bulb blew out in the bathroom and tripped the circuit breaker; they had someone up within 5 minutes to fix it. The room has a kitchen area; there's a small supermarket, a bakery, and a couple of fruit and vegetable […] stands across the street -- all very convenient. I have stayed several times at Citadines at Olivaerplatz and will certainly return. The hotel has a nice location, rooms are good and practical. Personally I like more rooms with a sofabed, as then you have during the daytime more space in the room. Very good value for money - and grocery stores just across the street.

If you are not interested in having a kitchen, you are better to shop around for a normal hotel room. In our room the bed was a sofa bed, so not as comfortable as a normal bed. Great location very kind and nice staff members very clean and orgnized we had so much fun had a blast!!!!!!

We booked the Citadines Ku'damm for 4 days in Oct. Got a great rate then & tried to rebook for 10 days later but it was nearly twice as much. The kitchen was great as we ate several meals @ our room & there were great markets for pasta, brats & bier to stock our pantry. The breakfast in the lobby did not impress @ 12 euros a person, but they have a […] great coffee/expresso maker & coffee is free with the room. Cost about 10 Euros to do a load of laundry, which I thought a bit high, but its 10 Euros to send 1 pair of Levis out for cleaning here in Vienna! The hotel is centrally located on Kurfurstendamm. The apartment is well furnished in very good state. The kitchen is well equipped. My wife and I looked explicitly for apartment hotels where we could prepare our own breakfast within an equipped kitchen. The light in the bathroom was malfunctioning on arrival to our room, but this was honored with a new room promptly.

Although the room was relatively small (hence the pull-out sofa bed with a trundle bed for the second guest), the hotel was beautiful and brand-new, with a friendly and helpful staff. We booked into this hotel as a break from cheaper backpacking around Europe. It's an apartment hotel, so there was no daily cleaning service, which we didn't mind. The staff were fantastic, very helpful indeed, and they all spoke English as well as German. We had ethernet internet access in our room, which was very useful indeed. The main downside […] is that the bed was a sofa-bed. The mattresses were very comfortable, but there was a gap down the middle, as it was two single mattresses together. This wasn't too much of a problem however, and is not much of a negative. The only other thing I could complain about is that the assortment of pots and pans in the kitchen was a bit limited, and there was no dish detergent to hand wash with, just a dishwasher. The room had everything we needed. Well located for public transport, shopping, eating out in a safe area. The sofa bed could be better but I can't complain for the price I paid. I'll definately come back.

Particularly suited for longer stays but we chose this for a change from usual hotels , wanting to have a small kitchen. Excellent location, service and room. Bed was a fold-out couch but very comfortable (more so than many hotel beds!). Det var rigtig godt, og det var også anden gang vi valgte samme hotel. Der var super service og info fra personalet.

Dette hotellet har en fin og rolig beliggenhet med kort avstand til T-banen. Rommet var bra, med en liten kjøkkenkrok og et fint bad. Det var safe på rommet og virkelig gode senger. I vårt opphold på 7 dager var det inkludert en rengjøring med skifte av håndklær. Dette hotellet gir virkelig valuta for pengene!! Anbefales!! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Jeg ved ikke hvor jeg skal skrive følgende kommentar: Der er fuldt udstyret køkken, og dog alligevel ikke. Det er ikke muligt at lave kaffe på værelset, der skal man ned i receptionen hvor der er en kaffemaskine. Dybt upraktisk om morgenen. Medbring egen kaffetragt hvis man vil lave kaffe selv. Ellers super sted.

sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Das Konzept, ein voll eingerichtetes Apartment anzubieten, aber auch eine vernuenftige Rezeption und Hotellobby zu haben, ist ausgezeichnet. Lage, Service, etc. sind sehr gut. Leider gibt es in den meisten Zimmern aber nur Ausklappbetten, keine richtigen. Man schlaeft darauf nicht schlecht, aber so ganz gut ist es nicht. Mit einem richtigen Bett waere […] es ideal!!! Hotel bien situé. Chambre propre. En revanche hall d'accueil pas trés accueillant, service de ménage en supllément, articles de toilettes pour une personne (nous étions 2) et pour une journée (nous restions 4 jours), enfin nous avions une banquette lit pas trés confortable au lieu d'un lit deux places.
