Hotell Trump International Beach Resort - Sunny Isles Beach

Our room had a beautiful ocean front view. Great pools and very nice beach front. We got excellent service at the pool and on the beach. A little remote if you get tired of the hotel's restaurant and don't have a rental car but otherwise an excellent family beach vacation location.

Our room was upgraded to studio, very clean and spacious. We spent the mayority of our time at the pools & beach until late - loved it!

Every room but suites have 2 beds (there aren't king bed rooms). Hotel claims 2 beds are queen beds but they are smaller than queen beds. Vanity mirror was broken, they stated an engineer would fix but he didnt. I called again and he took the vanity mirror and never came back with another one. A rack in the bathroom fell down as soon as we touched it. […] Wall paper in bathroom was coming undone. Iron spat out rusty water. Valet puts stickers on your car keys that don't come off easily. Sushi had nice quality but pieces were EXTREMELY small. Its a decent hotel right on the beach but is not worth the price at all. When we brought all these issues up to the staff and then a manager, nothing was done other than fixing the rack. Läs mer

The Trump International Beach Resort in Maimi has Very good location. TVery close to Aventura Mall one of the most beatufiful malls with the best stores and restaurants, The Aventura City has very nice sigth. The resort has a very good attention on the beach, served directly by the Resort workers. I'd like to come back.

this hotel is great. very comfortable, quiet, great for families. beautiful pool and beach front. but too far from south beach if you are planning on spending a lot of time at south beach. but overall excellent. defenitely pricey though.

The stay was good. I thought there would be more verity to eat at the hotel. I think the cost of parking was to high. Of course you need to park your car and it seems you take advantage of the Guest for that service. Every time you use your car it costs me $10.00. A $5 tip to drop it off and $5 to bring it to me.

Nice that we received our request for an ocean view room on a high floor. However, hidden charges everywhere = not so cool. Very expensive for a relatively cheesy, family-style resort. Nice, but not special. Recommended for families vs. couples.

This is good "high-end" hotel. Rooms are sized right, the balconies - very good option, but the street below is quite busy, so it is a bit noisy. What is strange about expensive hotels: why do they charge so much for the internet, when much less expensive hotels provide it for FREE? Did anybody ask the same question? This is MY “pet peeve”.

All was very good. Every single person that works in the hotel was very nice helpful: reception/room service/pool. Room big/clean..Hotel well maintained. Location just dreaming. Beach and pool first class. I stayed in first class hotels in Cannes, Monte Carlo this hotel is up there!!!

Going in I expected it to be new and a good place to stay as upposed to other hotels that have undergone renovations but were still just older porperties with a little makeup on. This placed shined like just polished diamond. The surrounding neighborhood is really nothing to come for but the hotel and everything from the beach, the pool, the spa, the […] workout room and the restaurant was first class. If you could move hotel to the middle of South Beach and put a bigger bar/lounge on the first floor and make parking and internet free it would have been heavenly....all in all just short of perfection and you really feel like you got your money's worth. The staff was professional and the room was beautiful. The view was fantastic. The room service arrived on time and was hot. We plan to return to this hotel again.

I stay at Trump International when I visit Miami to see my granddaughter. It is convenient to everything and the staff always goes out of their way to make things work well. Our room was marvelous and had a wonderful balcony. The bed was super comfy and room service (my granddaughters favorite!) was exceptional! The location makes it easy to go down […] to South Beach or north to Ft. Lauderdale etc and the proximity to Adventura Mall is great so shopping and movies are close! I highly recommend Trump International! You get what you pay for there! Läs mer

It was our first trip to Miami, Florida. We stayed a week at the Trump International. We therefore had very high expectations. Service at the hotel was as expected for this hotel category.We were given a room with sea-view although we booked one with bay view (which is more noisy due to traffic of Collins Avenue). Our room was spacious and had a balcony. […] The view from the 15th floor is awesome! This hotel is located at the beach and has its own swimming pools and fitness facilities. We didn't try the main restaurant of the hotel, but tried the hotel's sushi-bar instead. Were really disappointed about food and service. At 8pm on a Friday night it was almost empty. Same disappointement about the Italian restaurant on the other side of the road which was recommended by the hotel. Should you stay at this hotel, you'd better rent a car to go downtown, as (night)life is about 10 miles away from Sunny Isles (Downtown, Lincoln Rd, Ocean Dr,...). Had a very pleasant stay. Hotel is very nice and we immediately notice how good it smells! Pool area was excellent and the views from our room to the ocean was just beautiful! Room was nice and clean.Staff was nice could improve on their costumer service skills. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

The location is very convenient, but the services and beach and swiming pool were not good, very crowded and not well provided of service.

The hotel was very beautiful and in a great area. The pool and beach settings were phenomenal. The hotel crew kept everything very clean and well kept. The hotel staff was also very hospitable and well mannered. The gym was also very well organized and had a god size, excellent spa as well. The lobby isnt as big as it should be and the entrance loop […] where valet takes your car is too small.The only problem I encountered was the valet service, they took a long time to get the car and the drivers were careless. I would see them speeding off in cars and they broke my car key. i have an infiniti fx35 and they broke the key and this has yet to be resolved. They handled the situation very poorly. We were well aware of the 4 pm check in time, Our flight arrived in Miami at 9:30 am. Daphney was extremely nice, let us check in very early, and, gave us a complimentary upgrade to an ocean view room without us asking. Very high quality hotel in Sunny Isles Beach. Great pool area overlooking beach with attractive design, waterfalls, etc. Was able to get reasonably priced and good food ordered from the pool bar. Didn't have coffee out in the lobby in the morning as they usually do; a minor quibble.

WONDERFUL! The front desk and other employees could have not have been better and I have stayed at a lot of 4 star hotels in my travel. The only problem was the towel count with the towel cards.....I like to have 3 beach towels at the beach one for my chair, one to dry off with and one for my head but other than that my hotel stay was wonderful.....Trump […] will be my Miami hotel from now on and I'm a "W" and Ritz girl! beautiful hotel beautiful view of ocean and intercoastal, clean rooms nice/helpful staff. if your looking to relax for a few days on the beach this is the hotel for you! i will def book again!!!!!!

While the beach and pool facilities were fantastic, the room condition was not great. We stayed for four nights and our room was finally vacuumed upon our request, our glasses were just rinsed out instead of replaced, and our sheets weren't changed even though there was visible dirt from our two year old on one bed. The concierges weren't any help finding […] restaurants that suited my gluten free diet. They printed out the same google search that I had already done. They also had no information and would not help us at all with the city bus system which was so much cheaper than a taxi. Overall, this hotel does not live up to the Trump name. Läs mer

This is an excellent hotel. Direct access to the beach and with 2 pools. Chairs and umbrella provided by the hotel. Close to many restaurants and stores.

There are better hotels out there in South Beach. For the money that we paid, I was not impressed with this hotel at all. The bathroom door in our 1 bedroom suite locked inside and when the door shut I was locked in. It took 5 hours for them to fix it. Waiters at the pool were responsive and thats about it. The elavators were not working and the lines […] were always long. Valet was great, all and all... stay at another hotel. Läs mer

Excellent experience. Easy check-in easy stay and good value for the money. The price at hotels.com was 10% cheaper than the hotel website itself.

This hotel exceded our expections. It is a beautiful place, room, pool area, beach, restaurants and hotel service was wonderful. Had a problem with key lock in our entrance door, called housekeeping and they were there immediately to fix our problem. Concierge service very helpful.
