Hotellet var bra. Ligger vid stranden, men inte vid någon strandgata som man förställer sig Miami beach. Priset var för högt med tanke på att man får betala extra för Internet, parkering och frukost.

Very good service and for once even good food in an American hotel. The position is great, North Miami Beach is better than the chaos in the South Beach. The beach is lovely and breakfast buffe terrific.

The hotel was lovely all in all. Breakfast was amazing, and pool area too. Rooms very clean and stylish, Views stunning. My only 'problem' was that when I booked through hotels.com it said that high speed internet was included in all rooms. It was not. Not anywhere at the hotel. I work a lot via internet and ONLY book hotels where internet is included. […] I think at the high rate that this hotel anyway charges, internet should absolutely be included in room. When I brought this to their attention they only said they would look into it. No compensation and nothing about that they would include it, even if I could show them on the web where it was stated about internet! Läs mer

I booked an EXPENSIVE ocean view suite for a special weekend with a special someone. When I got there I was informed that it was a partial view. They fixed the problem by putting us in a lesser room with a ocean view for the same $ I was so disappointed.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful from the moment you arrive to departure. You must have lunch at the Bella grill on the beach, great food. Hotel was clean and well equipped. Nice pool area, well staffed, reasonably priced drinks, lots of kids though. Free shuttle to / from Aventura mall. Well equipped gym / steam room / sauna / pool area. […] It is a long way from South Beach if that is what you are looking for. We've stayed here before and liked the facility. Parking is pricey but its Miami. The food in the restaurants are great, especially the Bella Beach Restaurant on the beach was really tasty. Service was great but we alway put a DO NO DISTURB on the door due to all the computers and such, but a maid violated that privacy one day. Lots of apologies, even […] though dishes didn't bring in towels, just made beds and moved things around. The next day, another house keeper tried to follow us I to clean again. Very strange! We had an incredible stay at Trump. It began with the complimentary valet service when we drove up. It got better when our room was ready early AND we got upgraded to an ocean front room. The staff was so friendly and helpful from the bell hop to registration to towel service to the beach and pool restaurants and bars.

We stayed at the Trump International Resort for 3 nights in January for the pool / beach and for the nearby shopping. Our experience at the hotel was generally above expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds quality and were comfortable. The bathrooms were a bit dated and the wallpaper in the bathrooms was fraying, but otherwise it was […] clean and pleasant. We spent Christmas eve at the Hotel. The dinner service was very slow even though there were only 8 other people (two tables) at the time we were there. I know, it was Christmas eve, but it was still disappointing. If they were not going to be able to provide good service, they should have not been open. The filet was not great. If someone has a complaint about this hotel, I cannot imagine what would make them happy. I am very well traveled and have stayed in many five star properties. This hotel is as nice as any of them. This is not a 5 star hotel, more like a 4 star with a +.5 for the friendliness of the staff. We had a broken hair dryer and a shower curtain and rod fall on my wife. The shower curtain was held by a friction of a expanding bar, that was no more than a rough grey pipe. The bath tub was cheap plastic. The standard room was large and the beds and pillows […] were comfortable. You were provided with robes and slippers for use at the hotel. Typical Trump hotel. Very focused on service. Everyone very friendly and attentive. If I had to find a fault with anything, I would say the decor. I'm told Trump just bought the building from a competitor so maybe they haven't had time to remodel. But over all, very good staff. Very customer oriented.

Good, except the fact that either the people cleaning my room or the valet parking my car "kept" my very expensive sun glasses for theirselves. I'm 100% sure I didn't loose them anywhere else because I had them when I got to the hotel and I didn't go anywhere else.

It was an unusually cold spell in Miami following Superstorm Sandy but the hotel airconditioners were still on and unfortunately I was catching a cold and needed warmth. The original room assigned to my 85 y/o mother and me had a non-finctioning temperature control and the room was supremely cold. The service people did a very good job to identify the […] problem and to fix the temperature control. The room was slow to warm up and the manager was able to assign us another room with a functioning environmental control:this room was warm and comfortable with a beach view. The rest of our stay was very good. I was impressed with the Trump International Beach Resort - the pools and beach access were very well designed. Note: I stayed at the hotel during windy conditions. The wind blew thru the sliding glass door, so loud that it sounded like a loud tea kettle with boiling water creating steam. Well I was expecting a lot more with the name that follows Trump, this location is actually a another developer that uses the Trump name, I knew something was up when I walked in to the lobby and it looked a little dated, it certainly didn't live up to the expectations of a Trump hotel, upon my arrival my room wasn't ready, very disappointing, I had […] to wait a few hours to get into my room, the pool area was also dated, but the staff by the pool, room service, along with bell hops where very nice and friendly, view from the room was very nice, but I requested an ocean view, I got a partical ocean view, I think the hotel was at 50% occupancy, so I don't know why I couldn't be accomodated with my original request, anyway overall room was ok, TV service was very slow, shower head was very disappointing water came out so slow like florida had a drought, beds where supper soft not to my liking, Anyway expect to pay additional hotel charges for a lot nonsense, like wi-fi, etc, In my opinion this hotel is at best a 3 or a 3.5 star hotel, nothing Trump here thats for sure...... We stayed for 4 nights in September. The hotel is wonderful. 2 Swimming pools, 1 with zero entry for kids. Great access to the beach. Service very prompt and always helpful. Really have no negatives.

The hotel was very nice, very clean room and the view from the 25 floor amazing! They give us a free room upgrade, that was very nice. The Restaurant food was good but very expensive. As soon as you step out of the car, there is always someone there to greet you. You dont have to worry about your car, because its well taken care off by the staff. 3rd time at this hotel, went there with my whole family and last time just my wife and me. All staff is very friendly, there is lot of employees taking care of guests. Studio rooms are very big and confortable, pity don't have one king bead instead of 2 queen. One nice surprise was now guests have free internet access.
