The hotel was clean, comfortable and very convenient. With just an overnight stay prior to a flight out of Ft Lauderdale, what more could I need. They provide a basic enough breakfast, and transportation to the airport. Staff was pleasant. Thanks!

Room smelled of mold. Was clean. Room was dated. Breakfast was ok. Van ride from airport was in a different hotel shuttle. Bad driver. He needs some driving lessons.

The place was very nice and very clean! The mexican restaurant they recommended and offered a discount at across the street was excellent! The check in staff were great and very helpful! The only minor issue was that we checked out at 2am and had asked the night before if there was any way that we can get a danish since they offered breakfast after […] we checked out and the guy said it was all locked up...it seems to me that they should have a key to unlock it in these situations, but maybe that's an unreasonable expectation?? Great location! Room could be cleaner a little bit, but it was not dirty, either, just very old, used furniture, etc. Also, there wasn't a great variety of foods for breakfast, but I would stay there again due to its perfect location.

Hotel was clean, and staff were pleasant. Airport shuttle does not run in early morning, we had to take a cab to get to the airport for our 6:00 am flight.

Easy to get to from airport. Shuttle service nice. Driver extremely friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was also very helpful in giving directions and recommendations to eat. Rooms ok for a quick stay. Lots of room with sitting area.

More than met expectations. Plane was storm delayed and the shuttle bus still picked us up after midnight. Room was great and continental breakfast was good. Will stay here again.

Very dated hotel, everything was clean so tolerable, the hotel was near FLL but still felt out of the way as access was via several side roads.

Bus service to the actual beach is irregular, sometimes as much as 40 minutes between busses. You'll either have to walk or get a cab and it's a long walk. Breakfast was decent but closes at 10 and there is no restaurant in the hotel. Service during the day was actually pretty good, but in the evening it was horrendous. we stayed at the Sleep Inn & Suites in FT, Lauderdale after flying into FLL and prior to departing in a cruise from Miami port, its a good/affordable place to stay prior to a cruise. Hotel is clean and they have a good breakfast. There's a Walgreens across the street, convenient for last minute purchases.

Service was great and the free breakfast was great. Room size is good and comfortable beds. Hotel is very run down, though. Permanent dark marks on bottom of tub, carpets stained and old, pool dirty and lounge chairs dirty and broken. Our first room was non-smoking but smelled terribly of smoke and cleaners. This hotel is currently undergoing some renovations/upgrading, but nothing that we noticed or were bothered by..brand new carpeting etc. Full breakfast was ok, only had sausage, no other meat offerings, and no gravy for biscuits. Coffee maker in the room did NOT work. That was my most unpleasant part of my stay.

We had to ask for an alternate room as the first one did not have any towels, the tub was rusty and dirty. I Felt that the whole place needed a good cleaning from top to bottom. Not worth the money we paid.

Easy to get to. 10mins from the airport which was a plus. The Walgreens within walking distance was great.

Great location, about 1/2 - mile from the beach, great to bike to the beach. the room was small but clean with no issues. The staff was not the most cordial, but they werent rude either.

Was very good and hotel was what we had expected. We booked a shuttle to the airport at Fort Lauderdale and it did not leave till 40 minutes late. We were worried about missing our flight. All turned out OK though. Don't know why the shuttle was so late and we were getting a bit anxious. Staff very helpul though.

the hotel was dirty, the bathtub in the bathroom was dirty with black spots in the tub that made it disgusting - it had rust stains around the faucets. none of us were able to wash- we had stayed at this hotel last year and it was not in this condition - this year the hotel looked very run down --- very dissapointed .....

The hotel was a bit shabby. The room smelled. It was cold. When my wife turned on the heat, she set off the smoke alarm. All of the vending machines were out of drinks. Fortunately there was a Walmart across the parking lot. The hotel advertizes that it is close to the cruise port, but it is not. It does have a shuttle, but my wife has mobility problems, […] so we couldn't use it. We had to order a cab. We wouldn't recommend this facility to folks who are looking for a place to stay before departing from Port Ft Lauderdale. Läs mer

We were very dissapointed in the comfort of stay at the facility. The elevator broke down twice while we were there for the 1 night stay. Additionally, we scheduled a time for a shuttle to go to the port for our cruise and did not leave tll 45 mins after our scheduled time. The shuttle driver was very impatient and drove carelessly.

Our first room was dirty. There were opened bottles of pop in the fridge, Hair in the tub, and stains on the sheets. It did not look clean. He moved us to another room and that was dated, but clean. We were there just for a bed to sleep in to catch a plane in the am so we did not venture out much. I normally don't take the time to do a review, but my experience at this hotel was awful. The front desk clerk was rude and got nasty with everyone I saw him come in contact with. The hotel is not in a great area and is not kept up on the inside. The hallways smelled like smoke and the molding was missing. The room was dirty and smelled of mildew and […] smoke(it was a non smoking room). There are a lot of other hotels closer tithe airport that are nicer in the same price range. I was delighted with the hotel staff. They could not have been more helpful from the desk clerk to the kitchen and cleaning staff. Everyone was a pleasure. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is located only feet from a grocery store and a drug store. There are lots of places to eat nearby.

I have stayed in this hotel several times because of convenience. And I have never expected a lot of them. It makes me sad to write this review, but this last stay was so bad that I will probably stay somewhere else in the future. The furniture in my room was beyond dirty. It was discolored, with stains so bad I wouldn't sit on anything but the leather […] desk chair. And I'm not a guy who is easliy grossed out. The carpet was also filthy. The bathtub was black on the bottom. The breakfast was inedible. And the wi-fi didn't work in the room. Yes the hotel is supposedly going through some upgrading. They've made that claim for the last year, and I have had rooms that were subpar before without complaint. But when a room is this bad, it should not be rented out. Läs mer

Very bad odors on 3rd floor. Smells like wet moldy cigarette smoke. Signs on walls were held on with masking tape. NOT Duct tape... Masking tape. Front desk clerk was very unfriendly. I would not stay here again.

We are low maintenance people, but we appreciate friendly staff and good service. Our room before our cruise was great and the breakfast wonderful. The staff helped us arrange for a FREE shuttle to the FLL port. (We had a FREE shuttle back AFTER the cruise plus airport shuttle back and forth). We will definitely stay here when we fly to FLL or cruise […] from FLL. The room after the cruise was nice, too! We got acquainted with a couple from Great Britain. I helped a lady with her plane reservations in the WiFi area. We ate at a restaurant just across the street-good food and service; several other stores were in that plaza also. It was okay, not what I expected for a place in such close proximity to the airport. It seemed to be the standard of a low grade motel; which left me a bit disappointed.

We found that the hotel was very nice The rooms were very clean. The only thing that I would recommend is that they get a new printer at the front desk. It took us quite a while to check in because the printer kept coming off track and the person at the front desk kept having to reprint. The hotel was close to a a little strip mall with at least 4 restaurants […] to eat. Other restaurants seem to be in driving distance. THe pool area was also very nice and the complimentary breakfast was very nicely prepared and presented and taste good as well. Läs mer
