Bra hotell till rätt pris. Toppen med frukost som ingår. Bra läge vare sig man ska upp eller nedåt på Manhattan. Hjälpsam personal.

Trevlig personal, fint hotell med bra frukost, nära till shopping, tunnelbana och sevärdheter. Kan rekommenderas!

Ett mycket prisvärt hotell, bra läge, centralt men ändå i ett lugnt område.

Familjen firade jul och nyår i New York och bodde på hotellet i 8 dagar. Vi hade tre rum. Rummen var tillräckligt stora, bra sängar och riklig frukost där också de som ville äta lite sundare kunde göra det. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi kände oss väldigt hemma på hotellet och bor gärna där också nästa gång vi besöker New York.

Måste säga att det var ett perfekt hotell för mig och min familj. Med frukost inlagd i priset från början. Allt var mycket bra och läget var mycket bra för oss. Ligger nästan mitt imellan Batterypark och Central park. Mycket bra personal som hjälper till med allt från tips på ställen att besöka till att beställa bil till Flyget. Trevligt hotell med bra läge. Inget kylskåp på rummet men tillgång till ismaskiner. Bra frukost, men lite trist att äta på papperstallrikar med engångsbestick..... Kommer gärna tillbaka

Hotellet är mycket fräscht, bra ljudisolerat och enligt oss ligger det i ett mycket bra och centralt område. Personalen var mycket trevlig och frukosten var förvånansvärt bra (för att vara i USA). Gratis WIFI på hela hotellet och möjlihett att låna datorer i receptionen.

Mycker bra hotell. Rummen var mkt bra, bra frukost (våfflor, mackor, yoghurt, flingor, färsk frukt, ägg, bacon ovs), bra läge (nära tunnelbanan, lugnt och tryggt, många bra matställen i närheten), jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi fick ett rum på nittonde våningen och hade helt fantastisk utsikt och trots att vi valde ett rum med en queen-säng […] så kändes det aldrig trångt. Det fanns gott om förvaringmöjligheter (byrå, garderob, låda), stort badrum med badkar, toalettgrejer som fylldes på dagligen. Enda minuset var att det saknades kylskåp. Men ismaskiner fanns på flera våningar och i lobbyn fanns det gratis kaffe, te och kakor hela tiden. Även två datorer med internet som gästerna kunde använda utan kostnad. Så jättebra hotell för ett helt okej pris. Rekommenderar det absolut till alla. Läs mer

A nice hotel with a great location. not the cheapest, but probably the best hotel i've stayed at in NY.

We had a great time at the hotel. The hotel is very well located in Chelsea. The service was very good at the reception, same for the valet service. The only thing I would complain about is for the breakfast on Sunday morning. It was mentioned that the service ended at 10am. We came down at 9h50, there was almost nothing left and no one was available […] to answer questions. Also, at 10am sharp, a woman came to remove the remaining food. I understand that they should not bring extra food after the service is closed, but maybe they could leave what was already available? This would be my recommendation so that guests do not feel frustated that they have not much choice. Läs mer

Great free breakfast, hotel staff very helpful, free wifi, Chelsea is a nice area to stay in while visiting ny. Only negative, walls are very thin.

Very comfortable beds and generous breakfast buffet. Conveniently located to easily get downtown or to midtown. Close to the High Line Park too. Conscientous and pleasant staff. Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The people at the front desk were very helpful and gave me a great room. My room was very clean, and the experience was a great value. The neighborhood is convenient and feels safe. If only there were a few suites or adjoining rooms, I would stay with my family as well.

We needed an overnight location convenient to Union Sq area and this was about 10 blocks uptown, reasonable distance for us. (Late night pizza around the corner - cheap and good with a steady stream of patrons.) Staff was courteous and helpful, room was NYC size with adequate closet, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. We were off the street side, so […] noise not a problem. Breakfast was included and there was reasonable choice. Only 1 of 2 elevators appeared to be operating, but wait time wasn't bad. Good service, good location, comfy bed, good pillows. My only complaint was the sheets and bedspread was not good. I was tempted to go buy some for myself.

Great location near transportation and things to do, free breakfast (that doesn't suck) and Internet, and clean, comfortable rooms. In February the prices were cheap for NYC, which made it even nicer. Overall an excellent experience. I was impressed.

The bed could have been less soft and turned in towards the middle: it was a queen bed. The location is fine; hard to get a cab in the rain, though!

This isn't a four-star hotel, but it's definitely worth the price and location. You are located right next to a lot of good restaurants and two different subway stops. Easy 10 minute ride up to Times Square and a 15 minute ride downtown on the 1. The rooms are actually kind of big for a NYC hotel and they were clean and comfortable. Hotel was very nice and at a great location. Easy access to metro and to all the sights. Hotel was clean and staff very helpful. Rooms were little small but big enough for two person. Free wifi amd breakfast was included. Breakfast was an american one and after third morning I was eating only oatmeal and jogurt. IF YOU GO TO THE AIRPORT USE METRO […] OR OWN TAXI. WE TOOK THE SHUTTLE BUS FROM THE HOTEL AND ALMOST MISSED OUR FLIGHT. BECAUSE IT LEFT TOO LATE AND COLLECTED PEOPLE FROM OTHER HOTELS TOO. Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. Young lady went so far as to step outside to hail 2 taxis for our group. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water, and great shower head. Breakfast was great...lots to choose from.

Bill, the bellman was extremely helpful in helping us understand the NYC subway system as well as in assisting us with extra baggage when we left Chelsea area to commute to New Jersey spending one night in New Jersey before returning back to Chelsea area. We spent 4 nights in the Hampton Inn at Chelsea and loved it. The staff is extremely friendly and I did not feel like being in those big hotel chains, though it offered every convienience of them. The Hampton was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and the free breakfast had a good variety and plenty of food. Great location with an easy walk to Times Square, Statue of Liberty, and many other sights and restaurants. We'll definitely stay there again.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends because it has a great location, the rooms are great (I had a room with skyview), the stuff is nice and for all of that the price is REALLY good.

We statyed at the Hanpton Inn New York Chelsea for 7 nights at the end of January, 2012. I found the level of service from check-in to check-out to be excellent. The kind of service you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The breakfasts were included and although the breakfast room was a little crowded at times...the food selection (eggs, bacon, waffles, […] fresh fruit salad, cereals etc) and quality was up to par. Within a couple of minutes walk to a couple of subway stations which made it very easy to get around. Probably not the best area of NYC if you want night life within a block away...but plenty of good pubs and restaurants nearby. 15 min walk to time square, 10 min walk to Empire State Building. I felt very safe in this area day or night. All in all,l just a great stay and the Hampton Inn was wonderful. Request a higher floor looking south as we did..you get a nice view looking right down to the new Freedom Tower they are building to replace the WTC. Läs mer

This is my second stay at this hotel. On both stays I was happy with my check in as it was fast and the staff friendly. The room is comfortable and not as small as you would expect for a New York City Hotel. The location is perfect with taxis right on 6th Ave to TImes Sq and Macy's for less than US$10.00. Also the number 1 train to the village, mid […] town and uptown is just one block away. The internet service is good and fast and never had a problem with connection. The only down side is the house keeping. I would leave in the morning and return between 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm and my room would be half cleaned or not cleaned at all. But on every occassion the housekeeper would be on my floor and I would ask her to clean and she would finish or start. I think it happened all both stays every day, so they either do not have enough house keepers or they just are slow. But that is not a major issue. The free breakfast is good but the eating area is very small and if the hotel is full unless you go at 6.00 am you will not get a seat, the line will be long and the area very loud. So I take my breakfast up to my room. This is very good hotel to stay in. Look for when they have thier specials as I it could be kinda of pricy at time but worth every dollar. Läs mer

This is the perfect Chelsea neighborhood hotel. Nice scale to the place - intimate lobby and common areas. Rooms are stylish and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is more than enough in terms of choices and quality. Great views from either side of the building. Perfect location - in walking distance to so much.

The room is bigger than our imagination. The bed is very cosy. Lots of Korean restaraunts are nearby, just 10 minutes away by walk. They have no international adapters in the hotel, and the reception clerks were not very helpful.

Great location, minutes walk to 2 subway stops. Breakfast free & nice. P.M. coffee, tea, hot chocolate & cookies - nice. Very clean. Good size room for NYC at a great price.

During their off seasons, this hotel has some pretty amazing rates and the hotel includes free hot breakfast and WiFi! The location was absolutely perfect for my needs--close to subway and bus lines, yet just off the major thoroughfares (keeping street noise to a minimum for a restful night's sleep). Very convenient to the places we were looking to go go. The price was one of the most reasonable in the city, especially for a Friday night. We will be back at the same time next year.
