Mitt rum var betydligt större än vad som är normalt på ett engelskt budgethotell. Gratis wifi i allmänna utrymmen är ett stort plus och jag fick även en kod som enligt portieren kanske skulle funka på rummet. Hann aldrig testa, eftersom jag bara bodde här en natt. Fräscht badrum. Trevlig personal, hyfsad frukost

Helt okej engelskt mellanklass hotell nära Paddingtons T-bana. Varmt och skönt i rummet trots att det låg i källarplan. Tyst och lugnt. Trevlig personal och enkel men god frukost. Den 11-årige sonen tyckte visserligen att det var förfärligt att bo "in the basement" eftersom det inte fanns någon utsikt, bara en stentrappa upp till gatuplanet. Riktigt usel frukost. Blev dessutom på gränsen till utskällda för att vi inte åt upp frukosten ;)

Bott på en del hotell i London, även i närheten av detta hotell. Blev överraskad hur fräscht och trevligt hotellet var. Tjänstvillig personal. Fri internet. Frukost ingår. Med andra ord man får mycket för pengarna. Rekommenderas.

Hotellet var helt okay, större rum än vanligt då man bor på lågpris i London. Rent o snyggt och dusch med varmvatten som inte tar slut. Frukosten var liten men okay, bättre än väntat faktiskt med + för ägg och fil & flingor...Men det bästa är läget till t-bana och omkring liggande kvarter med en mysig Libanesisk restaurang (billig sådan) på näraavs […] tånd... Mycket bra läge nära Paddington. Rent och trevligt rum. Även om det var dålig värme (i februari). Frukosten var enkel, men helt ok.

Stort plus till den trevliga personalen i frukostmatsalen

Litet traditionellt hotell relativt central i London. C:a 5 minuters promenad till Paddington Stations tunnelbana. Trevligt område med pubar, hamburgerställen, små livsmedelsaffärer m.m. intill stationen. Hotellet är relativt nyrenoverat med modern standard. Traditionellt små trappor och rum enligt någon slags brittisk standard. Värt sina pengar utifrån […] dess skick. Däremot kan frukosten vara lite mer omfångsrik. Återkommer gärna en annan gång. Orkar man och vill man så är det inte speciellt långt att gå in till centrala London. Läs mer

Trevliga rum, rent och snyggt. Perfekt beläget i Paddington med närhet till det mesta. Gångavstånd till t ex Madamme Toussauds och Hyde park. Trevliga gator runt om med t ex Edgware Road som en mycket trevlig gata ner till Hyde park innehållande det mesta från Starbucks till mataffär.

Hotellet ligger bra till nära Paddington. Enkel frukost men helt ok. Kaffe/Te, rostat bröd med marmelad men även ost, yoghurt och ägg. Rummen var rena och sängarna bekväma. Den stora nackdelen var att rummen var extremt små även med "Londonmått". En i sällskapet, som bodde i enkelrum, var tvungen att lyfta upp resväskan på sängen varje gång han skulle […] öppna sin toalettdörr eller dörren till rummet. Service: very bad. When I asked about something they totaly ignored me. Since I have I food allergi I asked by two email if they could help me because I couldnt eat the breakfast they were serving. They didnt replay my emails and when I checked-in I told them again and they just said that I could eat someting else they served, but when I told them that […] I was allergic to it they said I had to take care of it myself... so I paid for a breakfast that I couldnt eat!! First of all, my compliments to the female desk manager who was very pleasant and helpful. High scores there for her. The room size was acceptable for a standard European, older hotel, but the mattress and pillows were too old--Spongy and smelled of bodily detritus. The breakfast room was maintained at 7:30am by three rather scowling Eastern European […] women, one of whom simply went over to the tables I motioned was swarmed with baby cockroaches, stomped on a couple of bugs, shrugged at me, at which I replied in Ukrainian, "Should I know?," which prompted her to a slight embarrassment because she thought that I understood what the women were griping about earlier. The hotel needs to improve on the shower facilities including providing shower gel. the breakfast needs improvement.

Perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Rooms a bit small, but clean, only problem was tiny bathroom, however, that was very clean. Would recommend. Paddington station just a 5 minute walk, and buses close by to get into city.

We stayed at the Queensway for a weekend trip to London. The hotel was very easy to find and convenient for the tube. It was clean and comfortable, the only criticism was the breakfast provided - it was very basic (a hot drink, toast, cereal, and some stale plain croissants) .There could have been a better choice of things to eat, for example fresh […] fruit, muesli, honey, marmalade. I stayed at this hotel during my stay in Jan 2012. The rooms are too small and its an average hotel. overpriced for the service and quality of rooms. The location is good. It is just 5 minutes walk from Paddington station. It is very convenient for you to visit the attractions in London.

The Hotel is in a safe location with other Hotels around, close to the Big Bus tour stop and relatively cheaper. However, the rooms are super super tiny. Feels suffocating at times. I would keep hitting the wall while in the shower. I was given the room on the 4th floor and the elevator would go only upto 2.5 floor. The room was very small, but the bathroom even smaller. 0,73x19 m !!

Hotel is one of several "row house" type hotels on the block. The room and bath were small but standard for the price and location in London. Room and hotel looked well maintained and clean. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was varied and filling. To be honest i liked everything about this hotel - however when using the bin on the morning of my departure i discovered that the bin had not been cleaned and in fact there was a rubber prophylactic (i assume used) lying in the bin - not so nice. Just an oversight i assume. Had it been anything else i would have let it slide as i had a great stay […] here. Läs mer

The worst bathroom that never I´ve seen. The double bed small -1,35m- and very unconfortable. There are better hotels with similar price in that area.

The hotel was located in a very convenient and attractive area, near both the district and central underground lines, with Oxford Street at walking distance. Lots of wonderful restaurants and stores, both major chains and smaller independent businesses. Rooms in english standard, small but definately not cramped. Thin walls, but not enough to disturb […] a good nights sleep. The staff was helpful to their utmost ability, no native english speakers but enough basic knowledge to understand and respond. Comfortable and clean, tasty basic breakfast supplied, just make sure to get rooms at suitable floors if physically impaired, the lift only goes to the third floor and the stairs are narrow and steep. Since we spent most of our time shopping and sightseeing, we only spent our nights here. For this purpose, this hotel was perfect both in location and comfort. Läs mer

The hotel room was clean, however the rooms were small and that's what is expected of London hotels in general. But, the bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen.

I stayed one night here in transit. I needed something close to Paddington station. This fit the bill. It was basic but perfectly fine. Nothing memorable.

Very easy walk from Paddington. Comfortable and clean. No lift to the top floor. Have to walk up very steep steps from the next floor down, which is a bit of a pain with luggage.

Good, basic, quiet hotel in an excellent location. Good simple breakfast included in room rate. Working elevator/lift. Room recently renovated and comfortable, although a bit small (like many London hotel rooms). Would definitely stay at the Queensway Hotel again!

Tiny room. Tiny bathroom. Even people says this is typical from european lodging we could confirm later on our trip that is not a constant for all hotels. We came back a week later to another hotel on the same street and it was really superior.

Had a triple room and was expecting it to feel cramped but was very pleasantly suprised it was very clean spacious and comfortable, staff were very friendly. will definitely stay again.

Clean, affordable hotel within walking distance of Paddington Station. The only thing lacking --double or queen size bed. Our room had 3 twin beds. A queen bedroom was available on the 4th floor but the lift only goes through 3rd floor. Large clean room, clean bath, service fine.

Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for two nights in May. Having travelled on the train for 3 1/2 hours into London it was very pleasing to find the hotel within a 2-3 minute walk of Paddington station. The hotel was clean and tidy and set within a row of Georgian style buildings. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and nothing was too […] much trouble for them. The room itself was clean and tidy and spacious bar the bathroom which was rather on the small side. The main issue revolves around practically having to climb over the toilet to get in and out of the shower and it being very narrow so it's difficult to turn around inside. However, the bathroom itself was spotless. The hotel is close to a number of bars and restaurnats which provide plenty of variety with regards to food and drink of an evening. There are also a number of local shops etc nearby for buying general supplies. The hotel is within a 5-10 minute walk of Hyde Park and being close to Paddington station is great for the underground netwrok to get you all around London. I would not hestitate to stay here again. A great, small hotel close to Paddingtion Station. Nothing fancy but clean and beds comfortable. Unfortunately we were right under the reception and heard footsteps early in the morning but apart from that no probs. Would use again as a good budget hotel.

Good quality to price ratio compared to the other hotels in the area. Never had a too small room as it frequently happens or even worse being relocated to some other place. Very close to Lancaster gate underground and Hyde Park

This is a small and basic townhouse hotel just 3 minutes' walk from Paddington station. Check-in at 11pm on a Sunday was straightforward, our room small, almost cramped, but clean and tidy with ensuite toilet and shower. Room furnishings were minimal, with no desk or chair, but there was a kettle, hairdrier and decent flatscreen TV.
