Poor management I'm even a priority club platinum memeber. Poor handling of customers, no follow on issues I had after requesting feedback. It starts with management. Came a second time and still the same results.

very comfortable beds, and except for kids slamming doors in the a.m.quiet. the room has a microwave and fridge, and we were perfectly comfortable. the location is convenient to shops, restaurants,and freeway. we will stay there again.

Stayed at this hotel at this location at least twice and was quite happy with my choice. At check in, the staff greets you with a smile and passes water and granola bars (complimentary). The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were quite comfy as well. We took advantage of the meet and greet (free wine and beer with appetizers) […] and then breakfast specials on both occasions. My famiyl and I loved our stay. We had enough time to hit the outlet stores, enjoy lunch at Nut Tree, and get back to the hotel to swim and relax. It was just a weekend trip but it was well worth the drive. We will be back.

It was very good. The pool was heated as advertised and clean, the room was clean, the free continental breakfast was very very good. They even decorated for Halloween. The only negative is the parking can get very tight

The check in service was good. The location is great if you want food and shopping. Outlet stores are just up the street. The room amenities are not great, bring your own. The bathtub is small so if you want to soak...forget it. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows. The tv channels were great. Lots to choose from with many HBO channels to pick […] from. I assume each room has a motion detector light that lights up if theres movement or someone moves in the room. Well we had a faulty motion detection light in our room. It went off when ever it wanted at any odd time and even if someone slightly moved. I even went down to the front desk to ask about it. they said try using the main switch beside the […] bed. we did. we even tried using both the light switch by the front door and the one beside the bed to try to get them in-sink. no such luck. it went off when ever it wanted. i hope they dont charge us for it. the following morning we asked if it could be fixed before our second night. it wasnt. I hope it got fixed before the next patron got that room. Other wise everything else about the stay was great. we were there (from oregon) for a family funeral there in town. Läs mer

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience at the Vacaville Holiday Inn Express. I've stayed at other HIEs before, but this one was especially clean and hospitable. For the price this place simply cannot be beat. Convenient access to major freeways; indoor pool/spa; decent continental breakfast. All-in-all I was very satisfied.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly & accomodating. Alec, the desk clerk was awesome. He made sure we liked the room & he was very willing to offer help when we needed anything. We will definitely stay there again. Awesome staff, awesome hotel. We'd love to go back there again!

This hotel was wonderful. The breakfast and light dinner were very good and had alot of variety. Traveling with a 3 year old this was a perfect place. I booked this because of the indoor heated pool. This Hotel was fine, and I had no major issues with it. However, it is an older hotel and it felt as it it has not been updated in 20 years or so. I drove past a few newer hotels close by on the way here, looked like they might be cleaner. So, there weren't any movies available, which sucked because their cable selection was NOT kid-friendly. The excuse was that their cable company had gone out of business and we were just S.O.L. Then we wanted to go out on the patio, but couldn't and were told by the front desk girl that a "private party" was "kind of" going on out there and we weren't […] allowed to use it. We weren't even told when they would be done and would be allowed on the patio again. It was really weird to say the least. プレミアムアウトレットまで、車ですぐです。アウトレットの近くか、ハイウェイを越えたところにレストランもあり、便利です。朝食もたっぷり食べれました。 クリスマス直後に宿泊したのですが、フロント周辺や朝食の場所等、かわいく飾り付けされていました。
