The location is great, right on the boardwalk. There is free parking for the duraiton of your stay and the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I would come back .

Too expensive for the size of the unit. It's great having an ocean view and being near the casino's though. The pullout coach bed is horrific and actually "hurts" when lying on it....THey had no rollaway beds, although hotels.com claimed they did.....

It was great pricing especially for the location. It wasn't a fancy 5 star hotel but for a weekend getaway with just the girls was great. Walking distance to everywhere we needed to be.

Horrible condition of the hotel means: knife marks in paintings, worst pull out ever encountered with no alternative accommodation provided. TV wouldn't work all weekend. Shower spray was broken and sprayed down the entire bathroom. Management wouldn't respond to multiple messages and requests regarding the condition of the room. We Checked in and checked out 10 minutes later. The place smelled awful and was so bad we didn't want to touch anything. Oh and if you have a nice car DO NOT PARK IT THERE! We took a loss on the money rather than sleep there.

Overall the hotel has some problems but the room I had was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was a full kitchen. It was right on the famed boardwalk. However, there was only one elevator in service which made for long waiting time during peak check-out hours. There was no Wi-fi internet in the rooms, only in the small lobby. […] These problems were due to Hurricane Sandy but have not been corrected yet. The staff was friendly and congenial. This place is right on the boardwalk with in 3-4 blocks to major casinos in both ways. This place is a little out of date but the staff is excellent. We have stayed many places in Atlantic City and this is beyond the best place for the price.

The suite was very nice and comfortable. All was clean and in order. Kitchen very well stocked with all appliances and dinnerware you may possibly need if you wished to cook your meals. Any concern was quickly addressed not matter what the hour. Convenient to casinos and shopping. Just steps from the Boardwalk and a lovely Greek 'diner' around the corner. […] Couldn't ask for more. Everything was ok, EXCEPT none of the 2 TVs worked. One Tv only played BET..the balcony was beautiful and faced the beach but the room REALLY needed some love (updates, renovations) although it was roomy. There was no wifi either but like I said, for a short stay it was comfortable, clean and convenient.

Went here because of the in-room hot tubs that ended up only being a bathtub with three jets, so made the most of the roof-top jacuzzi. The room would have been great for families as there is plenty of utensils, kitchen space /appliances, and fridge. Though we were looking for romantic which it was not.

When we initially arrived at the hotel, we were a little confused with the parking accommodations. There was a terrible rain storm with 60 mph winds and the hotel staff was sand bagging the parking garage off, so we were forced to park across the street. It was also difficult to locate the entrance of the lobby. However once we were inside, the staff […] was helpful and got us checked in quickly and up to our room. First time visiting Atlantic City and I was surprised, as a city, how run down everything is. The location is right on the boardwalk and it was not in a seedy part of the city. The hotel looked aged outside but the inside was kept relatively up to date, only thing noticeably out dated were the televisions. The room was cleaner than I expected for an Atlantic City hotel. I like the fact that we had a little kitchenette. Although we didn't use it it was still a nice touch. Only complaint was that television in bedroom was not working so we had to sit up most of the night to watch t.v.

I was very disappointed!! The hotel/motel/condo was horrible. Totally not what we were expecting for the money we paid. It was run down and old. We were there for a concert and thankfully were there for only one night. We visited some of the other hotels in the area, we should have spent an extra hundred and stayed at one if the grander hotels.

THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY THE WIFI WAS NOT WORKING AND ONLY ONE TV HAD CABLE. IT WAS PRETTY CLEAN.

All I can say that the saying "You can not tell a book by its cover", is definitely true with regards to this hote. On the outside it seemed as though I book a hotel that was not going to be pleasant to stay in, to say the least. But when I got to my room WOW!!!Full kitchen, living room and bedroom. It was diffucult finding the hotel because there is no visible sign,until you get up close. The hotel and rooms need to UPDATED. There was opnly one cable box in the room. The TV's are not flat screens. The bathroom and kitchen were the best rooms. Parking at this hotel was a chore. the parking lot is under the hotel and the spaces are small. Our stay was really nice the parking was tight but we parked and didn’t move our car. My issue with the room was every time the air conditioner went on it sounded like an old car starting up!!! That was bad at night when we were trying to sleep. The pool is small but very nice one day we went up and couldn’t go in because a family was their drinking […] and smoking pot!! We arrived in AC at 1230 knowing check in wasn't until 4pm but decided to see if they allowed for early check in. They did accommodate our early check in but we couldn't get our keys til 4pm. We were happy to hear that we could still park in their secure/gated parking lot even though we weer not officially in. We got to our room around 515pm and housekeeping […] was leaving the room finishing what seemed to be a thorough cleaning based on the extreme strong smell of cleaning products that made us rush to the patio door to sit out there til the room aired out. Hmmm! What if we got to our room at 4pm as the check in time indicated. Anyway, this hotel served the purpose of our over-nighter. We would consider staying again because of the efficiency accommodations of the room... kitchen, fridge, microwave, etc. The only other issue was that the TV in the bedroom had no cable but the TV in the living room had it. The suite was very comfortable. It had a balcony that faced the ocean and that was very nice. The bedroom was comfortable as so was the couches in the living area. I have stayed at this hotel for several years. Unfortunately, it keeps deteriorating in service. It is clean and the location is great. The parking garage is convenient. That's about it. They informed us there was limited TV available. None in bedrooms of your suite. There are no longer card keys to access entrance. You must wait for someone to let […] you into hotel or garage....had to get out of car and walk to front door to get them to open gates. The hot tub did not work. The treadmill did not work. There is supposed to be a kitchen in your suite, but we find out there is no longer a stove, just a microwave. It is clean, but most of the furniture has seen its day and is in no shape to use. Don't judge a book by its cover? Because looks are be deceiving. I was surprised by how nice the room was when going into the room. It was nice and clean nicely decorated and the gym, pool on the roof for a beautiful view of the ocean.

We had to wait over 30 minutes to check in, after 3 p.m. Very frustrating! Parking was a nightmare and our rental car was hit by another car in the garage causing a claim with the rental car establishment and a $500 deductible!

Stayed here before. For the price you can't complain. If you are looking for a hotel with a full kitchen and seperate bedroom this a good place with a family with kids.. The hotel is clean but somewhat dated. Looks like all the carpet was replaced. The bathroom could use a make over. The staff was very attentive. Walk across the board walk to the beach. […] When I checked in asked if there was a room with a ocean view terrace. My room wasn't but hotel staff chnaged my room to one w/ a terrace. Parking is tight but free and very secure. We were switched rooms several time due to employee errors. The first move without any notification. We were 100 yards away on the beach and our personal belongings (not all of them) were removed from our room and left in a bin in the clerks office. Not even a phone call, they had 2 numbers on file.
