Other than that their service was friendly and accomodating the room was a good size considering there were 7 (2 adults & 5 kids) in one room. We always have pleasant experience staying at Settle In. Like the complimentary breakfast, swimming pools for the kids,and it is close to the mall, etc

Wonderful service as soon as we arrived! Staff was curteous and helpful. Room was 4 Star Quality and it was very quiet. The continental breakfast was great! Will definately stay again!

My husband and I have stayed at the Settle Inn a few times now, it is always quiet and clean and a good deal. The best thing about our stay has been the wonderful customer service we have received each time at the check in desk. We have had the luck of being helped by a lovely young lady named Amanda, she is always polite and perky and makes us feel […] very welcome. The hotel is kind of a pain to get to since Dodge Street changed and added the expressway above it, this is one time when trusting the GPS just isn't going to work. Nice hotel, good quality, large rooms and good price. The location was difficult to get to initially but manageable after one knows where it is. The only problem was that there was a wedding or other party at the hotel one night and it was quite noisy. "Biker friendly"
Very nice hotel. Had been several years since I had stayed here and the change of hands has done it good. Very biker friendly, didn't even have to ask and was told best place right up front to park so they could keep and eye on our bikes and had towel ready for us to get the days bugs off. Very helpful, the room was very clean and the whold place had […] a clean and inviting appearance. Recommend this to anyone. the room itself was very clean and i was comfortable but not very satisfied with the service. i booked online and when i got there to check in they had switched us to a different room. i had called earlier in the day so the least they could have done is ask if it was ok at that time. this was to be a special night for me and my husband to celebrate […] our wedding anniversary and i booked what i wanted and would have liked to have gotten that regardles if the other room was the same price or not. i will stay there again but if this happens again you have lost my service Läs mer

Confusing to get to the hotel with all the oneway roads and dead ends but VERY comfortable & spacious room! We stayed with 2 youngins (2 year old & 9 month old). LOTS of room for them to play around in!

Very nice place to stay, close to a lot of places to eat , The continental breakfast was good, could use more variety . Other than that, had a good time staying there
The Settle Inn is close to alot of restaurants and to a major shopping center. If a person is not acquainted with the area it is rather difficult to get to. It is not overly luxurious but the beds are very comftorable and the rooms are clean. A great room for the price. David Beil

The room was great, the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was nothing to brag about. I would imagine that guests would appreciate more then just doughnuts, bagels, or cold ceral. A hot breakfast is always wonderful and for the price you pay for rooms it would be nice to know that the breakfast was also satisfying enough to feel you got […] your money's worth. "Good hotel but hard to find and to leave and return - Get lost"
Very hard to find and then when you find it leaving and coming back you get lost again. Hard to find a place to eat but once you find that you can find anything to eat you would want at different places. Then returning to the hotel you have the problem of getting lost again. The hotel was fine and no problems with that. Just location.

The room was very comfortable and clean. I especially enjoyed the recliner. Also appreciated were the free cookies in the lobby in the evening! Vending/ice machines on all floors would be a plus. I would very definitely stay here again.
"Needs Improvement"
There was a loud party going on across the hall. Obnoxious drunks in the lobby at 5am. The pool was frigidly cold, and the hot tub was closed for "cleaning". The neighborhood was located in a very inconvienent location, no resturants or anything in easy acess. Strangly located and difficult to find.
