The staff Was real ley friendly and the shuttle to the airport was right on time, service was good

Our stay started with a leak and soaking carpet. We were asked to change rooms which we did. My son left a back back in the room I didn't know about. Was taken by housekeeping staff. We stayed here on our last night in LA to catch a 7am flight. It was very convenient and a very nice hotel. Saw many pilots and stewards there so I guess the convenience to the airport is a plus for them.

Not bad , but not great.. Had 2 issues . One was pillows are not flat and for many who get sore necks from bulky pillows. This place is not a good choice. Water in shower stopped working just before our flight departure. Let us have early check-in. Front desk guys were very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Very, very very loud because our room was close to the road.

I would like to post this for people who do not know the area. The hotel itself is a nice hotel, but the location is a bad area! I did not know that and stayed there one night. My husband saw hookers leaving the hotel. I have three kids. So I was uncomfortable!

Once more a good hotel for one night. It is close to the airport and the rooms are quite nice and big. The breakfast is for American standard very good. The staff is nice, but the English is sometimes quite hard to understand. I would definitly not stay longer than one night but for this it was perfect. The charm is a little missing.

It was a very clean place with all comfort that I needed for one night stay. My room was in the street side so I could not sleep because of street trafic but in general I enjoyed staying there.

This was a great place for our first stay in the LA area. Very close to the airport with convenient shopping in the nearby area. There's a Starbucks, TGIF and other fast food joints plus pharmacies within a couple of blocks radius. Our room was very clean, definitely not smelly and fully equipped with microwave, iron + ironing board, mini-fridge, desk […] and eating table -- all the basics needed for a comfortable stay with our 18-month old. Parking and Breakfast are free, which is a great feature as a lot of hotels in the area charge $20-$40 per night for parking alone. Free shuttle to/from airport. Older but nice for just lay over. Loud on street. Close to TGI Fridays, Starbucks & Panda.

I booked this not really knowing how close it was (or was not) to LAX. The fact is that it is a good 10 minutes or more drive away. You drive pass a whole line of hotels that I imagine are no more expensive and in a better neighbourhood. This hotel is a bit old and dingy. The room was massive (a good thing) and I really didn't have any complaints about […] the room. Wifi worked fine. But... You are in a dodgy area. I do not recommend walking around at night unless you are feeling pretty confident. There is an interesting authentic diner (Pann's) nearby... but don't go any further than that! At breakfast there were people who were clearly homeless wandering in and getting breakfast! Personally, I don't care and it doesn't bother me but if you have young children you might be concerned. This place was decent, we were traveling to San Diego and needed a place to crash. Its about a 10 min drive to Santa Monica Pier and Beverly Hills. The room was decent, had a smell to it, but probably from not being open in couple of days, I open the door and AC and it went away. Breakfast was good too. I would stay again if needed.

We had a nice and comfy stay.Rooms were clean lacks a little more parking space.

My family had a very nice stay at this hotel. It was a very clean room, nice big towels and pillows. Continental breakfast was decent. Parking was very convenient to rooms. It's a convenient location to/from the airport and rental car agencies.

Very OK hotel, close to nearly everything. The breakfast was good, and the atrium a good place to be. Good shopping-possibilities and many diningpossibilities in the area.

Hotel is small, with some conveniences being almost a joke (spa of some 2 sqm, no pool, breakfast room the size of a medium-sized vestier), but service, location, shuttle to LAX, cleanliness and price make up for it. stay here due to arriving late at the airport. Room air conditioner was not cooling. Hotel needs improvement,was very run down. When I booked it, I requested a king bed and was given two double beds. I would not recommend it to anyone,

Our stay was disturbing! The hotel was very noises,from the cars at all hours in the parking lot to the loud other quests. The quest above us and beside us were especailly distrubing and loud until 5:30am. The noises scared our daughter to the point she couldn't sleep. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Despite calling for a shuttle and giving my terminal number the van didn't stop. We had to wait another 30 minutes to be picked up. Once we got to the hotel check-in was terrible. The desk clerk made some phone calls while 6 people were waiting to check-in @ midnight! It was very noisy - the rooms open to a parking lot, where cars pulled in with load […] music. Very good service,near the airport and a shuttle bus is always available so you can relax to get to lax airport.THEY ALSO offer transport to the rental car location.There is a family restaurant next door so it is convenient!There's a simple but ok breakfast ..So nice place to stay before your departure.

Collected from LAX by the free shuttle within 15-20min by a lovely, courteous driver & driven to the hotel where we were greeted by friendly, helpful & informative staff, a huge room & very comfortable beds. Delicious complimentary breakfast every morning that you're able to take to your room if need be. Great location nearby to buses & Fox Hills mall […] is within walking distance with any/all directions very clearly described by front desk staff. When we first pulled up to the hotel, I was not so sure about the neighborhood. It wasn't horrible, but it looked a little run down. But, once we pulled into the parking area, and saw the way the rooms were all laid out around a courtyard type area, I was feeling much better about the place. The room was huge! A wonderful hotel with a huge room and exceptionally helpful staff. The breakfasts were delicious and never ending.

It is good for stay there. I will come back to stay at it.

Better than expected as far as cleanness. Bed was very comfortable which is what I need after a long day of work. Will stay again.

All ammenities were great, the complimentry breakfast was good.

Close to the airport with a free shuttle, close to restaurants, fast food and grocery store. Rooms on the front side will have to deal with the sound of traffic, but all in all a decent place to rest your head. My room had a microwave and mini-fridge.

It is was it is. We stayed 3 nights while visiting our son who lives nearby. No frills but price is right and rooms are comfortable and clean.

Surprisingly good hotel and much more than expected for the price i paid. Rooms large and clean, good bathroom, fiendly staff, indore parking - only backdraw was noise from the street - but earplugs will do the trick.

Nice room. Very clean. Great refrigerator and microwave. The staff were very curteous and helpful. The only bad thing was the shower curtain which had mildew on it. The rate would have probably have been the same had we called the hotel and made our own reservations.
