"Safari Inn downtown"
We stayed here so that we could make a 6am surgery at the hospital a few block away. Very clean and pretty quiet. Wish those blackout curtains really blocked all the light from street lights. Parking is a little difficult (low ceiling and narrow straight on spaces) if you have a bigger vehicle.

"Okay rooms-great location"
This is smack in downtown and parking is free!! The hallways kind of stink and are blazing hot. The room was a fine size with an old school tube tv. The springy mattress was kinda sketchy, but ended up sleeping just fine. The windows cracked open & that's always a plus. The sink and mirror are in the bathroom and I hate that. I was never told there was going to be a 100 dollar despoit on each room. It was very loud i called twice and complained. Not a very good night will never stay here again.

"Downtown Boise - Short Walk..."
The room rates were reasonable. The location was very close to downtown - we went to a concert at the Knitting Factory and were able to walk back and forth several times throughout the day shopping before the concert.
"Safari Inn Downtown Boise, ID"
Even though I live here in Boise we were going to the Shinedown concert at The Knitting Factory and needed a nice cozy place to crash afterwards. The Safari Inn came through with shining colors and a super fast check in and check out. The room was super clean and tv had almost ever chanel. Definitely loved it!

The two women at the front desk were nice of enough and seemed genuine. I had no disturbances and was very pleased with the location with the hotel. Would definetly reccomend.

My husband and I stay here once in a while so we do not have to drive home after going out to the bars. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and it is well within walking distance to everything you need downtown. The decor is a little funky, but they use really nice soaps, shampoo and lotions. We stayed next door one night and the room was crappy […] in comparison. We will definately be staying at the safari again. Nice place with lots to do in walking distance.

The reason we chose to stay at Safari Inn was its location. For dinner we walked to a friendly brewpub. Afterwards we had a pleasant walk along the river.

The room was nice. The staff was very friendly. The location was exactly what I needed. There were a couple of things in the room I always like to see, a safe for my lockable items, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There was however no question in this survey that asks about amenities i.e. (the continental breakfast). Not much there. Cold cereal and […] toast, overall rating was a 5 because of the questions asked. I am only guessing that is why they don’t ask that question. If you stay there, you will find the price and location to your liking but, you will have to go somewhere for breakfast unless coffee is enough for you. Läs mer
"Safari Inn - Downtown Boise"
It was fine as a motel. The rooms were dated but comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was as expected, and the lobby cookies a plus. The pool was closed, but not unexpected at the time of year I went, and I didn't get to try the other amenities, except wifi (which worked fine). The one major issue I had though was having a whole wing of […] rooms above a loud bar. Apparently "Mulligan's" is the place to be for loud music til 2AM on Wednesday night in Boise, which isn't cool if your room is right above it and you need to sleep for any reason. "Introducing a new Bronco Student"
My daughter is starting school in the fall and we came to town to check it out. Great city and your hotel was close to everything. Loved the campus and how friendly everyone we met was. Boise has a thumbs up from this Mom. Now I have a place to stay for my weekend visits.
