Das Tigra var över förväntan! Ca 7 minuters promenad från mittpunkten Stephans Platz och Domen, mycket centralt och bra. Trevlig personal vid alla tider, till och med städerskorna pratade glatt. Mycket fint och rymligt rum (Superior room, väldigt prisvärt) och sköna sängar. Mycket bra frukost, som ingår i priset. Ligger på en något ødslig gata men ændå mycket centralt. Låt er inte luras av det ganska spartanska yttre, personalen ær mycket serviceinriktad och rummen i perfekt skick. Om ni har klaustrofobi så se till att undvika de rum som har små vindskupefønster.

Jätte trevlig personal, hyfsat stora och rymliga rum som var väldig rena (välstädat) och moderna. Ett minus var heltäckningsmattan, varför har man det egentligen? Hotellets läge var perfekt, nära allt! Kvarteret var väl inte tipp topp men Wien är ju europas säkraste stad så det gjorde ju inte så mycket. Nästa gång jag åker till Wien blir det detta […] hotell - billigt, bra, nära allt och så hade ju Mozart bott där också... kan det bli bättre :-) Läs mer

Hotellet var mycket bra, det ligger centralt var stora rum och bra frukost. Dessutom var det air condition på rummet vilket var väldigt positivt i sommarvärmen.

This is a fantastic location, near all the major sites in the center of the ring road. Not far from the U-Bann and close to St. Stephans and walking distance to the Imperial Palace. The room was modern and clean and neat. A bit small but room enough for me. There was a sitting area, a desk and flat screen TV. Its cool that Mozart had lived there many […] years ago. I was here in April and the AC was not yet on, but it was OK with the windows open. I must warn you that if you are going to open the windows over night there is a club next door that gets quite noisy over night. The staff was friendly and helpful and the daily breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices, eggs, cereal, tea, coffee, meats, cheese, breads....It is a great time saver in the morning, and money saver. Overall a great stay. Läs mer

Pleasant stay,lovely location,lovely breakfast and nice staff(though I have met friendlier hotel staff!!)... Room had small cramped toilet but very clean. The room itself had poor WiFi and Ikea like furniture. Not much style. Basic room. Lovely bed though. .

The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to all the sights in the Inner City. Staff was friendly and helpful, a wonderful breakfast was included, and we had an enjoyable stay. We'll be happy to stay here again!

We chose the hotel for its central location, and we were surprised by just how central it was to shopping, the 'bridge', the church. Renovations were restrictive and the expansion may be overwhelming, but the hotel was managing fine, and other than a bland confining entry everything was what you would desire. We had a very nice three-night winter stay. The price was very reasonable considering the standard and location of the hotel, and the price included a very good buffet breakfast. The hotel is no more than a five-minute walk from the nearest U-Bahn station, and only about 5-10 minutes walk from the central plaza in Vienna, Stephansplatz.

This is an ok hotel in a good location. There is nothing special about the ambiance or decor. It is simple and "inoffensive"/bland . There was nothing to complain about but it is not a particularly special or cozy place. The best part was breakfast which had great variety and all ingredients were good quality. We stayed with our young daughter and they […] upgraded us to a suite which was very kind. However, I had requested a queen size bed and even the suite had two twin beds side by side. We did not stay very long in this hotel. It is being renovated and there were literally wires hanging from the ceiling. We were not advised of this prior to booking or at check-in. In the end we were moved to some suites down the road which to be fair were fine. However, even with the booking confirmation stating breakfast was included they tried to […] claim that it was not. The hotel staff wasl very accommodating. They were particularly helpful in giving directions to different sites. Breakfast was very good. Room tended to get too warm so we had to open window at night.

The room was spotlessly clean as was the hotel itself. We stayed for 4 nights and opted for a Comfort room and it certainly was comfortable. It was spacious, quiet with good lighting and the attention to detail was very pleasing.The hotel staff were professional and friendly and spoke good English. Stayed for 4 nights and with the hotel's location everything was within walking distance. My only warning is that on the Saturday night the noise from the disco / bar opposite woke us up at 4 am. All other nights were peaceful.

The hotel is great - very good rooms - clean and beautiful, and right in the centre of town! The breakfast is amazing. The only downside - the internet was bad - continued to disconnect. It was very hard to have a 1 minute skype conversation... (though it is free..)

Spacious quiet room in building adjacent to main building, having to take a separate elevator form the lobby to our rooms. Free wi-fi had some interruptions. Never could get the A/C to work (typical in Europe). Good free breakfast. Public underground parking nearby (at $20 euros per day).

The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly and cooperative. I was allowed an early check-in which is a big deal after a long trans-atlantic flight. Breakfast is fine, albeit, not spectacular but has everything and you can order omelettes etc. The only problem was the cleaning staff: one day I had to work in the room and asked her to come back at 3pm. […] She came back at 2.20 and shouted through the door in a very angry voice: It's 3 pm now! (implying, get the heck out of here). I told her to come back at 3 again, which she did. But - you know what - the next day when I was out all day, they never cleaned my room. Could've been some unfortunate sequence of events though because otherwise the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the reception who checked me in. Läs mer

Good location in quiet side street, and as a woman alone felt safe wandering around at night. Lots of eating places nearby. 10 minute walk to Opera house and the city centres shops, as well as sightseeing places. Hotel was well located-just 15 mins walk from town centre,with main touristic attractions. Room was v clean. Breakfast v generous.Good value for money. The only issue was the parking- either 25 eur/day in a garrage or 2 eur/h in a short parking area. One has to come back every 2 h to change ticket.... Free parking at the weekend n after 10 pm

This was an excellent choice - I would (and perhaps will) stay there again. The room was spacious (for European standards), the bed was comfortable, and the mini-bar was useful for storing food items. We didn't use the safe, but that was a nice touch too. The staff spoke excellent English, and were friendly and helpful. There were some minor glitches […] - when we checked in we didn't have enough pillows or comforters, but that was quickly fixed. Also, the air conditioner had trouble keeping up with the extremely hot weather, but it was certainly better than nothing! The neightborhood is safe but not attractive. But it is only a short walk to a very nice central district and is generally close (walking distance) to most downtown attractions. The breakfast was fantastic, and the free wireless internet was a definite plus. It's a moderate walk to the subway, but for arriving and departing with luggage we took a cab. Be sure to insist to the driver that the hotel is on "Tiefer Graben" street, not on the much more famous "Graben" street. Läs mer

Very typical hotel, nothing special about it but gets job done and reasonably priced and clean. Quiet, safe area. Short (approx 10 min) walk to the big tourist area. Few blocks from the U train. Standard breakfast and in room wifi included. Only complaint: bathroom smelled like a rotting fish! Had no idea what that was about, but we bought some febreze […] and that took care of it. This was a very nice hotel to stay in Vienna. It was a large (paid for a jr. suite, 2 adults and child) room, clean comfortable with all expected amenities. Not cheap but in-line for peak season and large room. The location in the inner stadt was great, walking distance to major downtown attractions, shopping and transportation. Wow, I was shocked based on the great reviews of this hotel...I would not book it again. First, it was overpriced. Second, we booked this primarily because of the queen bed. It was two twins pushed together and not comfortable. Air con was barely air con - probably got the room to the low 80s. Bathroom was large. They also wanted a 30 Euro deposit to […] borrow a converter. It costs $5. Kinda shocking for the price of the room. English wasn't spoken very well (FYI), and front desk people could not immediately answer questions like "is there a gas station nearby?" - they would, however, get back to us. Location was good. Spent 5 nights in Vienna at this hotel. Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location--within a 5 minute walk to Stephansplatz and the U- Bahn but located on a quiet street with little traffic. Comfortable room with a walk in shower that I would have loved to have in my home--both a standard shower head and a rain shower! Good reading light, flat screen […] TV and in room Wi-Fi. Great breakfast with a very attentive staff that kept the coffee coming, the tables cleared and the choices filled.
