Det var ett bra hotell. Vi bodde i ett trippel rum 21 kvm. Det var precis lagom stort. Allt som man ville se låg på bekvämt avstånd. Mindre en 2 km bort. Vatikanstaten var det enda som vi inte kände för att gå till, (ca 3,5 km) en taxi kostade för oss tre 8 euro. Helt ok.

Palazzo Barberini är ett superbt barockpalats, Diocletianus termer var stadens största badanläggning och kyrkan Santa Maria della Concezione är känd för sin Capuchin-munkkrypta.

"Very nice and more than reasonable."
Wonderful. Gianfranco (the desk staff person) was very helpful and welcoming. The Hotel was tastefully decorated, very clean and a steal. the only drawback is that we were a little distance from Rome highlights. Not a problem for us as we are accustomed to taking public transportation.Verifierad gästrecension

"NIce hotel. Convenient to Rail Station"
We had a very nice 5-night stay at the Hotel Canada. The only complaint was a minor one, the elevator seemed to be from the early 20th century. You had to manually open and close the doors. Breakfast was pretty good and the the pastries especially good, but regular coffee was ordinary. They call it "American coffee." I like stronger European coffee, […] so I usually ordered cappacino. There were a number of nearby restaurants, and Mamma Angela's was especially good and reasonable. The rooms and public areas were very clean. They had free snacks at their bar. Bar prices were very reasonable. No minibar was in the room. The location was close to the Termini rail station, but not very close to the main attractions of Rome, such as the Vatican and the Forum. "Extremely helpful receptionist"
The counter was very helpful when my wife got sick and he was able to help call doctor at 9:45pm. Really appreciated their help. Location is not bad. Room is clean. Will stay there again if I go to Rome.Verifierad gästrecension

"BW Hotel Canada - Rome - Close to train station"
We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel from the minute our taxi dropped us off until we had to reluctantly leave. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean & spacious and the food was wonderful, fresh & tasty. The hotel is located 1 block from the metro which made it easy to move about and a short walking distance to the train […] station which saved us on taxi fare. There are also lots of good restaurants close by to eat. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely want to book this hotel again when we return to Rome. This hotel was recommended by friends and we LOVED it. It was conveniently located near to Termini and had lots of restaurants nearby. All the staff and concierge were wonderfully helpful. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious and the bar was an added bonus.Verifierad gästrecension
"Great Honeymoon Spot!"
This was the perfect start to our honeymoon in Italy. Not far from the train station and luckily, everyone spoke english. Edwin, the bartender, is a wonderful uplift in the downstairs bar and get a bottle of Frescata. The location is very close to everything in Rome, but it is in a nice residential spot. After looking at many , many hotels on line , we and our friends decided on the Best Western Hotel Canada in Rome - almost by default. How lucky we were ! The hotel is attractive , very clean and furnished in lovely antiques without giving the impression of old. High ceilings with frescoes and beautiful draperies add to the ambiance. You know you are […] in Rome and not in an I-75 motel! All of the staff is friendly and helpful. The front desk was always ready to offer help or suggestions. The breakfast is plentiful and there is a very ;large selection of hot and cold items. The bar in the lobby is the best bargain in Rome , even if you don't include the free afternoon snacks! The area is safe with many reasonably priced restaurants nearby .We walked to several every evening. We particularly like Mama Angela's and Grappolo d'oro- a hotel recommendation. We were happy with the location and the service in this hotel. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food but we found it more comfortable arriving there just after 7am as later on it can become very crowded. It was good to have free internet access. The only disappointment for us was the absence of a small refridgerator in our room. The hotel is located at a very convenient location, it is very close to central train station. The hotel is clean but the shower is a hand held shower and tub is too small. This is the hotel we stayed after our cruise, we have stayed at other hotel before our cruise, we will say at that hotel if we do visit Rome again.Verifierad gästrecension

LOVED this hotel. It is a well-maintained, charming hotel with a great breakfast buffet. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, staff were courteous. Reception - Really friendly and helpful staff at al times of day and night. Nothing was too much trouble. Room - Really nice clean room with furniture in keeping with age and decour of hotel. Shower & bathroom was good with plenty of hot water. Air conditioning didn't work at first but came on in night and they sent an engineer out the nxt morning. I stayed in 4 hotels during my recent stay in Italy, and this hotel was one of the best! It is beautiful in every way. The staff was friendly and helpful, which I found to be very uncommon in Italy, especially Rome. The breakfast room is elegant and charming. The best breakfast. "lovely, comfortable and first class service and ro"
Just home form a stay at this boutique type hotel in Rome. The facility was just lovely, and within comfortable walking distance from the train station. The rooms were really nice ,beautiful and comfortable. The location near the main train station is very good, all tranportations start there. The hotel is old but maintained very good . Staff of the hotel were very helpful in any things we need, breakfast was very good. no place for long parking of your car. We stayed here for 3 nights after being in Naples, Naples was crazy and dirty and did not feel safe. We loved Rome and chose this hotel because of the reviews, they were so true. This was within easy walking distance of the Railway Station and the Metro line. Staff were great, nothing was too much trouble, we had a fantastic room and were provided with Tea and Coffee making facilities upon request. We selected this hotel because it was near the train station--we had to get to the airport in the morning. The neighborhood doesn't have as much character as some others in Rome (lots of hotels), but it is close to a metro stop and their are lots of restaurants nearby. couldn't rate this hotel high enough! The staff were first class, the rooms were spotless and it was everything that we hoped it would be. 5 minute walk to termini station. just be sure that you come out of termini station at the right exit. you need to look out for via marsala. also if you are going to the colossuem you are better getting on the metro […] at castro pretorio as it takes you straight to the colosseum without having to change and the metro stop is round the corner from the hotel. we found the reception staff more than helpful. also a big thank you to the bar staff/porters. they were first class. "Ikke som lovet"
Til xxxx kr. pr. nat var det for dårligt at Aircondition ikke virkede på værelset og man ikke kunne sove med åbne vinduer pga. meget støj fra kraftigt trafikeret vej der larmede meget selv oppe på 5 sal hvor vi boede. Det gratis trådløse internet var stort set ubrugeligt på 5 sal (meget dårlig dækning). Vi måtte flere gange bede om at få fyldt ting […] op ved buffeten, og mælken var varm, selv direkte fra køkkenet. 2011年10月7日より4泊しました。 駅から近く、周辺にはホテルやレストランが密集しています。 部屋は清潔感があり、広くは無いですが入り口を入ったところにあるリビングと寝室とが分かれていました。 ただ、テレビは寝室側にあったのでリビングでくつろぐというよりは机で持参のPCを使うのがメインでした。 WiFiが無料なのは◎で、あと朝食のバイキングが暖かい料理やフルーツ、デザートのケーキ等充実しています。 値段もそこそこしますが、全般的には満足できる内容でした。Verifierad gästrecension
