"bad attitude and not safe"
The manager of the hotel literally tried to have an arguing match with me when I arrived. Each day that we need fresh towels we had to go through the front desk first the housekeeper will not do it unless you have contacted the front desk. I stayed there for 4 nights on the 3rd night my boyfriend and I was locked out the room due to the card deactivating […] as I went over to the front desk to reactivate the card, when I came back my boyfriend was in the room, he was able to get the door open without it. I can only imagine if that was someone else our stuff could have been stolen. I will only recommend this for a 1 night stay but only if the red room on south Saunders street is booked it's the same rate with better customer service. Police monitoring the parking lot. Room was very sketchy. Bolt lock was broke on the door and you had the feeling that someone could enter with no struggle at all. Noisy. Next day when checking out, a quest was reporting that someone did enter his room while he was sleeping and stole his money, bank cards, laptop and car keysProbaly will not stay there again
"Glenwood Crabtree in Raleigh, NC"
The beds were a nightmare. Couldn't get any sleep. Went to sleep @ 12 midnight and woke up @ 4 am and sore back. Same for the wife. Everything else was OK but the beds were a nightmare from Hell.

"Not a bad place for the price"
Overall, things were not too bad. The room could have been cleaner but it was acceptable. The only major thing is that its right beside a very busy road and it was a little loud when trying to sleep. Also, the continental breakfast was lacking a little, I ended up making a trip to Starbucks. My stay was fine...nothing spectacular but the room served its purpose. The bed was not comfortable but its to be expected with the price. There were a couple of things that were really annoying. We asked for an extra 30 minutes for check out which the front desk manager assured me was fine. We had THREE DIFFERENT housekeepers knock on the door and […] actually come in to ask if we were leaving in the span of about 45 minutes. What is the point of getting an approval for a late checkout if we're going to be harrassed until we actually do leave?! Also, at check in I was asked to provide a credit card for incidentals (which isn't unusual so I didn't have a problem with it). Well the next day I happened to check my bank account and the hotel had charged my card for a full night's stay even though I had already paid online. I let the manager know and he was able to fix it quickly but thank God I happened to catch it. Overall, the hotel served its purpose but I will not be staying there again if I can help it. Läs mer

If you have other options take them. I had stayed at the Days Inn by the Airport, that was worth the value and was clean. This one was very, very outdated and just run down. It was pretty gross. I would not suggest anyone staying there if at all possible. Feels like a sleazy in and out motel. The hotel was convenient to just about everything. Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful. This is a good value for the price. Would stay here again.

Check in manager was friendly, but overall this is not a place I would stay in again. This hotel is kinda dirty. Condom package in the parking lot. Maids did a cursory clean...hairs in the bathtub. This hotel needs a renovation badly.

I have stayed at this motel before and had a decent experience, but this time was not so great. It took almost an hour to get checked in, from 4:30 to 5:30, because the room was not ready. I am disabled, and the only room I was offered was on the second story, with no elevator. The desk clerk offered to lug my suitcase upstairs but did not do it. "Friendly and helpful staff. Great price."
Stayed two nights. The room was comfortable and clean. The AC, shower, refrigerator and coffee maker worked great. The carpet needed to be cleaned. The location was very convenient with lots of restaurant and shopping choices. Would stay again.

this hotel is a way's from everything the staff was OK not the best and my non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes and mold the carpet was extremely dirty to the point my brand new white sock's where black and filthy the carpet was sticky and the continental breakfast consisted of a slice of bread butter a very small apply sunny d watery coffee and 3 […] day old hard pastry's my room didn't have hot water and it's severely outdated with dial up internet service i will never stay at this hotel again Läs mer
Heat was off when we entered room and apparently the heat is controlled remotely and kept going off during night. Never got unbearably cold but was not totally comfortable. Bed was not made overnight. No closed caption on TV (I am hard of hearing). Fox News not on the TV.

The hotel only resmbled the online pictures. An electrical box was hanging down above the checkin desk. The screws were loose on the flipover lock on the door. Mold was around the bathtub and the bathroom door was delaminating and the door facing inside the bath room was rotten at the floor. There were several bad patches on the walls. "Days Inn-Glenwood/Crabtree-Oh so not the place...."
stayed here for my best friend's wedding. Overall, it served it's purpose, a place to lay my head. However, the room was old. The bathtub was slow to drain and needed to be re-caulked. If had a better choice, I would have taken it.

i was very pleased with how i was made to feel at home here in raleigh. the location was great for my show at the state fairgrounds and the staff provided great directions and also a good idea of all amenities in the area . southern hospitality at it's best . thank you .

"Raleigh-Crabtree Days Inn"
Location was fairly close to the church where the wedding was held. This Inn was just 2 blocks from where the wedding reception was held. There were several food places nearby. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it to friends.

"Good Deal for the Price"
I found the room clean and well supplied. The staff was friendly and the price I paid was fair in my opinion. The thing I disliked most was that the hotel is right on the highway and there was road noise all night long. Also check out time is advertised as 12 noon on the website but it had been changed to 11am.

"Nothing was worth our stay"
My baby sister's graduation, and we traveled three hours to get there. My two year old daughter and my 83 year old grandma and I stayed here. The dryer didnt work, no shampoo-only conditioner? No tissues, No liners in the trash cans!Floor was sticky, and the bathroom looked instituional. Nothing felt inviting nor sanitized. Cant bring your breakfast […] into your bedroom. So my grandma had to starve for two hours becuase we couldnt wake the baby up at 5 am. SHe didnt feel comfortable eating in the lobby with the construction workers. The breakfast was mediocre. Bagels, cheese danishes, juice. THe reception desk was polite, however we were unable to understand his broken english. Läs mer
