Helt utomordentligt hotell där man får mycket för pengarna. Väldigt frächt och rent, upplevs helt nyrenoverat. Bra läge med spårvagn inom ett stenkast, direkt i anslutning till parken och med promenadavstånd till det mesta om man tycker om att promenera. Bra lugnt läge med ca 10-15 min gång till centrum. Spårvagn gick ca 100 meter bort. Rena och fräscha rum och väldigt bra städat. Bra frukostbuffé med allt möjligt. Personalen var trevlig och en receptionist pratade även svenska. Rekommenderas starkt!

Nice Hotel in a perfect location. Walking distance to city center and all the main tourist attractions, but still in a calm 'genuine' area between the river and Kinsky garden. Priceworthy! :)

Oerhört bra bemötade i receptionen, no problems, hela tiden. Vi fick verkligen hjälp med att boka musicaler, taxi och restaurangbesök. Baren besökte vi gärna på kvällarna, mycket hjälpsam och lyhörd personal. Skulle jag önska något så är det lite upphottning i frukostutbudet. Vi kommer att återkomma. Ett mycket trevligt hotell som ligger i ett ganska lugnt område. Personalen var trevliga och serviceinriktade. Frukosten helt okej. Det enda som vi har att klaga på är att sängarna var rätt hårda och att aircondition i rummet fungerade dåligt.

Bekvämt och väldigt bra hotell med gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter.

Ett mycket bra hotell för ganska billig peng. Rummen är rena och rymliga utrustade med air condition, lcd tv, mini bar, gratis wifi m.m. Sängen var mycket skön och det fanns extra kuddar i skåpet. Badrummet var stort med duschkabin Frukost buffén var perfekt och hade allt man kan önska, frukost tiden var mellan 7-11 vilket jag tycker är perfekt. […] Hotellet ligger i ett mycket lugnt område och det tar väl drygt 10-15 minuter att promenera till Karlsbron och andra sevärdheter. We were happy with the hotel; everything was clean, the room was a decent size and had a high ceiling and windows opening towards the park, so it felt rather spacious. Breakfast and room was great for value. Only issue was smoking. We were on a non smoking floor and could smell cigarette smoke from time to time. Also not the greatest view from room.

Ordinary breakfast and the breakfast staff could have been more service friendly...

Really enjoyed our second stay at Hotel Kinsky Garden. The rooms are well laid out with comfortable beds. The included breakfast buffet is excellent. My only complaints are that the temperature could not be modified in our room, and there is a step up to the elevator which made transporting heavy suitcases difficult.

Hotel is located on a fairly quiet street. Easy to park a car right outside front entrance to the Hotel. Couple of restaurants nearby - nice dinner at sencible price. Was satisfied with the breakfast at the hotel - good selection. Room Temperature control - worked just fine - very positive about it. (had a bad experience in the past in number of other […] hotels where you can't regulate temperature in your room). Generally - pleased with my stay. It was just a few hundred feet from the street car and the staff was more than helpful in providing maps and information for how to find our way around -- the morning breakfast buffet was splendid and a perfect way to start the day -- the rooms were comfy and clean and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat! And the hotel was also very close to a 3 story […] indoor shopping mall that we were surprised to find and enjoyed visiting there as well as historical sites. Läs mer

Nice hotel, great location only a block from major tram and bus services. Kinsky Gardens is just across the street and it connects to the top of Petrin Hill. Breakfast is very nice but it is best to eat early when the hotel is full. It can get too full to even find a table at times I would stay again

This hotel offered a modern, clean and nice size room. It is in a good location. It is a short 15 minute walk from the Charles Bridge. The breakfast is very adequate and it is included. However, the staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are rude and unaccomodating. They would not give us ice..they wanted $1.50 for 4 pieces in a small plastic cup. Also, […] we now have an $86 charge on our credit card which they claim they did not add...yet it is on our account in black and white so we now have to persue this with mastercard. Great service, location, transpertation access, breakfast spread - can't miss. No regreates except our stay was too short.

Really enjoyed the hotel. it was a little difficult to find when driving but it was otherwise very good. Room, food and service were good. Breakfast was nice. Ease of access to transportation was very good. Just down the street from large shopping mall.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is in a very quiet neighborhood at the southern edge of Mala Strana, a little of the beaten tourist track, but easily accessible to everything. I like to walk everywhere when I visit a city, and I could have easily walked to all the main attractions, which I did about half the time (not always, however, because it was […] very, very hot and humid, and there is a tram stop a block away). My room was large and clean. Although there was air conditioning, I liked sleeping with the window open. My room was on the main road, and there was never any noise at night. lovely room, clean bathroom. solid wooden floors are a lovely touch. breakfast is solid and there is a wide choice. Close to the main attractions in prague without being lumbered with the stag do contingent. staff are only too helpful.

Had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the hotel. Good standard of room and buffet breakfast. Quiet hotel with friendly staff. Close to regular public transport system and withn walking distance of main tourist areas. Would happily stay at the hotel again if we get another chance to visit Prague.

the hotel was in good walking distance to alot of attractions the hardwood floors were nice the bed was good the only complaint was the airconditioner did not work and alot of people smoke in prague

The hotel is located in a great location near the large park, walking distance to the river and the castle, but away from the really touristy areas. The staff were wonderful and the room were clear with big windows and new bedding, timber floors and a good bathroom. Comfortable rooms, good bed. Has a view on a big park. About 20 minutes from the old town, 10 minutes from the metro, 2 minutes from tram. Breakfast includes various cerials, various types of cheese, pork, eggs, buns and bread, jam, butter, juice, coffee, tea. Breakfast served between 7:00 and 11:00. Dining room over loaded after 09:00. I requested a nonsmoking room, but did not get one. The smoke smell was a big issue, and I tried to keep the windows open. However, the noise from the road is not nice. I coughed throughout my stay in Prague. It disappeared when I left. Go figure. Unfortunately, the cleaning people closed the windows on me (I had them open but locked as they could […] be so people can't get in). This didn't help. I wanted the windows open to help freshen the air. There's a smoke smell in the lobby also, awaiting you as you step in from the street. I saw several nonsmokers leave throughout my stay (I stayed several nights), and had asked about a nonsmoking room the first night, but never received one. My room was not very clean besides the smoke smell. There was a hair on the toilet, and spots on the mirrors. The other problem was the breakfast. If you come towards the end, there may or may not be some of the (relatively) good food left. Otherwise, the location is fine, and it is what you would expect. If you can guarantee a nonsmoking room (or you don't care/want one), it's fine. Otherwise, look elsewhere. Unfortunately, the smoke issue might be a general problem with Prague. Good location next to kinsky gdns,short 10 min walk to charles bridge,20/25 min to old town,which we walked daily,best way to see prague.would stay again.

This hotel is five mins walking from the train station. And you can walk almost or take the metro almost evrywhere. We're very satisfied with this hotel. The staff was nice and they led us check in early.

i've never stayed at a best western hotel... i was a westin/shearaton girl only! but was extremely pleased! breafast was stellar, typical european spread... staff was excellent, stay here if you don't want to pay a arm and a leg to stay in the "downtown" area and if you want to get a quiet night of sleep! ... cabs were arranged at a fixed price to drive […] you downtown and very cheap, even cheaper than getting a room downtown and walking... pay the extra 400 krona (about 20 usd) to put your car in a secure lot down the road... (ask the desk staff)... room was clean, bed was comfy, water pressure in the shower was great... the usual size of rooms in europe... i give it 4.5 stars... 5 if they would have had better hairdryers in the room. :) Läs mer

Hotellet var pænt og rent, men vi var lidt skuffede, da vi havde ventet en højere standard på BW premier hotel.Området lige omkring hotellet er ikke specielt spændende men der er kun 15 min. gang til centrum eller til Prag Borg området, så på den måde liggere det centralt og i et roligt kvarter. Hotellet ligger op til et dejligt (og meget stort) parkområde […] hvor man kan ligge og nyde solen eller gå en tur. Kjempebra! Spesielt bør fremheves den hyggelige unge damen i resepsjonen, som med sitt flytende svensk ga oss masse gode tips til en enda bedre liten ferie.

Gode senger, rent bad, rene rom, god beliggenhet i rolig område, gratis wi-fi, god frokost. Kjempegod service fra personellet på hotellet. All kontakt med hotellets ansatte, fra innsjekk til utsjekk, var over forventningene. Hjelpsomme, god i språk, avlsappet atmosfære. Anbefales på det varmeste.

Das Frühstück war o.k. Könnte aber auch mal variieren. Die Klimaanlage war ausgestellt trotzdem war es sehr warm im Zimmer.
