Tyvärr var det lyhört och vi hade några i rummet bredvid som var vakna och pratade både sen kväll och tidig morgon. Felaktig information om när frukosten skulle börja att serveras. För övrigt var det helt ok.

Jag fick ett rum i källaren utan någon egentlig utsikt.. Det var rent men ingen vidare standard. Frukosten ingick som tur var, den var helt ok liksom personalen. Hotellet var beläget mellan en motorväg och någon form av sandtag, med shuttle till flygplatsen som endast gick en gång i timmen. Kommer välja ett annat hotell nästa gång.

Hotellet låg på bekvämt avstånd från JFK, med en Shuttlebuss som hämtade och lämnade oss. Rummet var enkelt och relativt fräscht.

Bra hotell nära JFK, tar som längst tid 15 minuter att bli hämtad från att man ringer. Med amerikanska mått mätt mycket bra frukost och i övrigt inget fel på rummen.

Overall very good, nothing fancy. Everything was quite clean except the carpet, which looked quite dirty. Comfortable bed.

Great place to stay and worth every single penny! I've been through many hotels/motels, and this place has everything you need. Excellent customer service, a breakfast buffet in a nice dining area, free toiletries waiting in the clean room, a small fitness center, an ATM/vending, and FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE to JFK. It's also in a nice quiet area.

Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and maintained. Shuttle bus service operates 24 hours (once per hour during the night) and a complimentary breakfast is included. However, the area is a dive and there are very limited facilities nearby. Occasionally, planes could be heard through the night so soundproofing of the windows is questionable. Unlike other airports, the hotels at JFK are not that close to the airport, so this required a trip on the Airtrain and a bus, so bear that in mind. The hotel itself is basic, but clean and exactly what you need for an early start. The shuttle only runs once an hour though, so it does mean that for a 6am flight I had to be on the 3.30am shuttle!! Great price, free airport shuttle, super clean and comfortable rooms. Flat screen TV and good pizza for delivery. The bed was very clean and so comfortable. Good free breakfast too. Compared to others in area, seems like best option.

Everyone was very helpful and professional. The rooms were very clean and modern. We stayed overnight from JFK and I would definitely stay there again. Very easy to get to and from the airport.

I would reccomend this hotel as a 1 night stopover for which it is excellent. The area is a littlee lacking in ameneties so would probably not be brilliant for a leoisure stay. The shuttle bus collection is fine as you can get on a Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn Express bus as well. Very nice and accomodating staff. Room was on the small side and showing a bit of wear, but clean and comfortable. TV reception was terrible, but I wasn't there long enough to complain. Very good complimentary breakfast. Best part was the free 24 hour shuttle to JFK. I was taking my daughter to the airport for an international flight. I was able to […] leave my car in the hotel parking lot and use the hotel shuttle which delivered us and all her luggage directly to her terminal. We arrived late into JFK and wanted a hotel close to airport. We only stayed the one night, travelling the next day into Manhattan. Having tried other local hotels previously, we went for a change and went for the Best Western. The hotel provides a convenient, complimentary shuttle bus from the airport - all very straight forward and easy to use, available […] 24 hours. Check in was quick and easy, we were expected and went straight our room which was suprisingly large with an extra king bed Filter coffee machine and toiletries all provided. A complimentary buffet breakfast also provided. Adequate fare, plenty of choice. Overall tremendous value for money. I would defintely stay here again and would prefer over the other hotels I have used previously in the area. If there was a downside and being picky, would have preferred better quality bed linen but you pay for what you get! Läs mer

I stayed there 1 night as the next day I needed to catch a fly early morning. Good breakfast starts at 6am. Airport shuttle every 30 mins 24 hrs. There's nothing around that area. There are just other hotels around. I guess this is a place for transition purpose.

Stayed overnight during a layover at JFK airport. Stayed one night and caught my connecting flight in the morning. About a 5 minute ride by taxi to the hotel from JFK, and caught the free shuttle service in the morning back to the airport. Complimentary breakfast was great. Very clean and modern room. Dreadful stay! Dirty sheets and blankets, Holes in the blankets, room was way too cold, could not control the thermostat. I will not stay here again. Price was way too expensive.

It was just a room for the night and we were made to wait a long time for both the airport shuttle on arrival at airport and also at check in. The air-conditioning was so very loud that we had to turn it off for the night to get some sleep. My daughter got an electric shock when turning on the bathroom light. Does what is required in terms of a basic room with clean bed pre or post flight. I stayed after coming into JFK one night and with an early morning flight out of JFK the next day. To get the complimentary shuttle bus from JFK to the hotel is a bit of a hassle as you have to get the free train to Federal Circle and then walk and wait for a bus to turn […] up (seems it's the same for other hotels). Returning in the morning there is only one complimentary shuttle bus per hour, which is very poor I would have expected at least every 20-30 mins based on normal airport hotels. You have to be in the lobby 15 minutes before the bus so I ended up leaving about 50 mins before I wanted to which I would have preferred to be in bed. This bus does at least drop you to your terminal not Federal Circle. Also meant I couldn't get breakfast at hotel. Corridor smelt of cigarette smoke, but slept OK no problems with noise. Läs mer

we had no problems in booking in and getting a non smoking room. the free shuttle bus was on time and appreciated. the free breakfast -- in price of the room... was ok with wide service times. convenient to JFK and reasonable price

It´s just for a one night stayover. Shuttle is provided only once every hour, yellow cabs do not pick up from there. Hotel is quite dark and old, breakfast provided but atmosphere not very good.

The room was very small. Shuttle took almost one hour for pick up at airport. Turns out that the shuttle did not have the Best Western sign on it. It did have the other nearby hotels' logos displayed, but I did not know that one shuttle shared thre or four hotels. Desk clerk should have told me that. I stayed at the Best Western for one night while waiting for a flight to South America. The hotel was very close to the hotel and they offer a 24 hour complimentary shuttle service which was really handy for us. The rooms were great with really comfortable beds, which is a big plus after our 25 hour flights. Service could be better, but they did help […] us by giving us an early check-in. Convenient location, close to JFK, but had a very bad experience with the front desk. To arrange for a free shuttle pick-up from JFK, customers are told to call the hotel via a courtesy phone at Federal Circle. I flew into JFK at 10:00pm. I dialed the phone continuously for 15 min. with no one picking up. Then I tried calling the front desk directly […] using my cell phone for another 25 min. with the same result. Frustrated, I decided to wait at the curb in case the shuttle happens to come. Fortunately it did, another 35 min. later. When I finally arrived at the hotel close to midnight I asked the front desk why no one had picked up the phone. The clerk responded that he was busy checking people in and decided to put the phone on "night mode". The most frustrating part was that he offered no apology, and complained that customers don't understand what goes on behind the counter. Lastly, I was assigned a smoking room even though I specified non-smoking during the booking. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but this particular room, on the first floor, reeked so heavily of smoke that I had a hard time falling asleep. Läs mer

I had only one issue, I had a reservation for a King size bed, since I got there very late at night and tired I didn't pay attention to much. It's only in the morning I realize that they gave me a Queen size. I want tell you people from Expedia, if you are doing business with the hotel you have to make sure they respect your client so to speak you contract. […] If you pay them for a King size bed they should not give your customer whatever they want.
