Bra hotell för en lagom peng om man vill bo alldeles lagom. Bra läge vid en fin park. Lite lyhört, men jättebra för övrigt. Ok frukost där en varm rätt gick att beställa. Nära till centrum och några av sevärdheterna. Gångavstånd till allt.

Trevlig personal och helt okej frukost. Perfekt läge och rymligt rum. Återvänder gärna!

Vänlig personal, god frukost,lugnt läge mitt i stan. Nära flygbussens hållplats. Lyhört, det smäller i dörrarna i korridoren och rummen när man går in och ut, så att man hoppar till. Störande speciellt nattetid. I frukostrummet slamrar personalen tidvis med disk och bestick på ett mycket störande sätt.

Tillbringade 5 nätter på hotellet, stort fint rum som låg på baksidan mot Iveagh Gardens. Otroligt lugnt, kunde ha fönstret öppet nattetid utan något som helst störande ljud. Rummet något lyhört dock mot angränsande rum men rent och fint, bra förvaringsmöjligheter, fint badrum. Toppenfrukost! Återkommer mer än gärna!

Läget utmärkt, men hotellet var inte prisvärt, Ganska slitet, dock var personalen och frukosten till största belåtenhet.

ett mysigt, rent och vänligt hotell, precis mitt emot den trevliga parken som leder oss in till city centre. Gångavstånd till det mesta. Stora rum, trevlig personal dygnet runt och rent och snyggt. Vi hade rummet in mot trädgården, därför mkt lugnt och stilla. Ut mot vägen var det lite trafik. Frukost helt ok, trad Irish. Man blev mätt och glad!

Riktigt bra B&B där allt från rummet till frukosten var väl över förväntan. Bra läge och ett riktigt bra familjerum. Rent, fint och trevlig personal. Bästa avslutningen var taxiresan till flygplatsen med deras "egna" taxi som kändes lyxig.

We loved it - great location, staff and breakfast. Lovely, large second floor room.

Perfect location with walking distance to all must-see sights. Freshly prepared to your specifications hot Irish breakfast. We had a room facing the gated garden in the back of the hotel and slept with the windows ajar enjoying the fresh air and the peace and quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Dublin.

excellent location, just across st stephen's green from grafton street. Very friendly and helpful staff. A very comfortable bed. To be recommended.

I spend two nights at Stauntons and I had a good experience overall. The person at the desk during check-in was not nice at all. But the room (including toilet) was very clean, and the breakfast was decent. The sheets were not 1000 thread count, but the in general the bedding was ok. There was enough lighting and plugs for charging my phone, laptop […] and ipod. I could sometimes hear the door in the corridor open/close, but it didn't wake me up at all. My room was facing the back, so it wasn't noisy, not even on Saturday night. I liked the location, and being able to walk through the park first thing in the morning was refreshing. I was there by myself and I did not get judgemental looks from the staff, which is always good. Läs mer

Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Older part of the hotel was lovely but could do with a bit of work to fix broken curtain rails etc.

This hotel / guesthouse is in a very handy location for the city centre, for tourists and business travellers alike. Breakfast was reasonably good ( choice of cereal/ continetal / full Irish/ all of the above). Parking is off-site and a member of staff takes your car away to the car park , and needs 30 minutes notice approx to bring the car round to […] the front , so this may not appeal to some visitors. However, my car was intact on being returned to me, and the staff were friendly and very helpful , so I would definitely stay there again , as many hotels of similar price do not include breakfast. The hotel was clean and centrally located. Breakfast which I paid extra for however was a bit on the miserable side.

THE HOTEL IS ADEQUATE SUNDAY PARKING IS FREE UP TO 1400 HOURS. YOU WILL BE CLAMPED AFTER 2 P.M. TtHE HOTEL MAY ASSUME YOU WILL BE GONE BY 2 P.M. AND TELL YOU THERE IS FREE PARKING ON A SUNDAY.

Stauntons on the Green was a great find for us. We visit Dublin at least once a year and have finally found a hotel that is walking distance to everything and reasonable for the location. The hotel is not too modern but great staff, free wifi and great location. We would stay and recommend this hotel again and again.

Varying rooms, I wouldn't choose a single room as they are on the 3rd floor, they are small and there is no escalator. They would be handy for people not spending much time in the room. I had the opportunity to see 4 different rooms during my stays and one was really nice, one was decent and the other two were ok. They only provide one shower towel, […] although I'm sure they would have given me an extra towel if I had asked. The breakfast was lovely. Cute back garden and it leads onto the Iveagh gardens. It was nice and quiet and so handy in relation to location. Läs mer

Very friendly staff, some quirks about the room, no bedside lighting only wall lights, position of plugs etc. Still, great value and location.

This guest house is located in close proximity to St Stephen's Green and Grafton Street. Have stayed here before but was disappointed with condition of bath in bathroom. So much so that we needed to change rooms. The lady on reception, who was most helpful, was very accomodating and immediately changed our room. New room was very comfortable and bathroom […] was fine. Breakfast good. Would, overall, recommend but just check your bath !!! Läs mer

Convenient location but hotel room very small and broken tiles in very small bathroom.

Very quiet and comfortable, great considering the location is city centre and close to so many amenities. Our room was spacious and airy, with a wonderful tranquil view of Ivy Gardens. Would highly recommend it for anyone on a visit to Dublin city.

We really enjoyed our nights stay here. Staff were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. Excellant location.

Absolutely beautiful room, So clean , nice people, loved it & would go back again ...Only thing is i wish there were more tv channels or movie channels.. Other than that AWESOME place , close to everything... Can't wait to visit again , also great service to & the beds were so comfortable.. even the pillows :)

Stayed here with my daughter for the weekend - excellent location for exploring Dublin, as it is only 5 minutes walk through St Stephens park to Grafton Street. A little noisy at night as the road is busy, but we did have the windows open as it was unseasonably warm! Would have asked for a room at the rear if we had realised, but this didn't spoil our […] stay. Breakfast was lovely and service was quick. Reception was always manned and very efficient and helpful - sorted out a little problem we had printing our boarding passes for return flight home. Would definitely stay again. Läs mer

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The green opposite is beautiful and the hotel is within easy walking distance of all the major sites.

Will recommend based on the location as it is very close to Grafton Street and the surrounding area is safe and apart from sleeping we did not spend much time in the room. There is free wi-fi. However, most of the lights in the room did not work and the towels were dingy looking and the mat for the shower had mildew on it. The room only had one reading […] lamp to share between two beds and there were not enough outlets in the room. There is free breakfast which we did not wake up in time for. Definitely not a 4 star - I would give it 2.5 stars. Läs mer

Staunton's on the Green is in fantastic location -- on the quieter side of St. Stephen's. The hotel itself has the bones of a very charming place, but it is hard to ignore the dirty carpets and dusty corners. All of the rooms are walk ups so if you have a lot of luggage, I would recommend finding a place with an elevator. Our room was clean and simple. […] However, it smelled strongly of chemicals used to clean the bathroom. We left the window open at all times, which was fine given the weather was warm in August, however, there is a fair amount of street noise if you are a light sleeper. My only real complaint is the bathroom shower was not super clean and the rubber mat they provided was covered in black mold underneath. Not a huge deal since you can just toss it aside, but it would have been nicer to not have been "icked out" by the mat. Overall, it is a good budget stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. You can park your car for 10 euros a night or you can feed the meter on the street for the most part. Läs mer

Staff was very helpful with all the information we needed to enjoy our visit. OK this is not a 5 Star hotel, but this place has all the character and flavor of Ireland you should be looking for. Breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable, even though we were not in the new extension. You can easily walk to most of the big sites except a few. […] The hop on hop off bus worked well and got you around quickly. Its only a 90 minute loop. We took the hotel advise and did one full loop and then decided what we wanted to spend our time at visiting and taking tours. The Park across the street is fantastic. I can't believe anyone would not be pleased with their stay here. I have visited 17 countries and I recommend this hotel completely. Läs mer

This hotel has a wonderful location; very close to the Book of Kells and the National Museum. We also had a wonderful room with a beautiful view of the back garden and Iveagh Park. Our only complaint was that the bed was very hard.
