Lång kö till incheckning-Svartmögel i badrummet- sänglampan funkade ej- kö till överfull frukostmatsal- kö till utcheckning- erbjöds en kaffe som ursäkt för allergibesvär av svartmöglet!!! Rum 418. Kan inte rekommendera detta hotell.

Bra hotell, mycket centralt.

I spent some days there in Sep 2011 with my wife and it is a perfect location if you want to see the town. Breakfast can easily be bought in a nereby café since they have quite high prices at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and nice but it's not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. A good 4 star hotel would be more fitting. Small rooms in the hotel, but […] very nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The TV was however a joke and the minibar small and warm - no good. Fantastiskt hotell, läget nära shopping och restauranger, rummen fräscha moderna, vårt hörnrum hade balkong längs hela långsidorna (uppgradering) med en underbar utsikt över takåsarna, vån 5, 6 och 7. Personalen var påläst om restaurang och barutbudet och hjälpte glatt till med reservationer.

Underbara sängar, mkt trevlig personal! Vi är väldigt nöjda

Perfekt läge i stan i de mysigaste kvarteren med mycket trevligt utbud. Även nära till Ströget om man nu skulle vilja dit trots allt. Överlag hög standard och inget som känns gammalt eller i behov av uppfräschning på hotellet. Bra service i reception mm. Ska man klaga så är 190 DKK ett överpris för frukosten. Maten är god och utbudet på buffén är rikligt, […] men miljön är lite för stökig när trycket på frukosten peakar. För det priset vill jag kunna njuta en stund och riktigt så blir det inte. Frukosten ingår inte i priset och det finns flera jättefina brunch-alternativ längs gatorna i absolut närhet. I summering det utan konkurrens bästa hotellet jag bott på i Köpenhamn, och då har jag faktiskt provat ett antal andra. Läs mer

Helt klart värt några extra kronor för att slippa nedgånget 3stjärnigt hotell. Snabb incheckning, tipsades om parkering, prisvärd otroligt populär och välbesökt restaurang vägg i vägg, gratis tillgång till stort gym, gångavstånd till allt sevärt.

Hotellet ligger mycket bra, men är mer i form av ett stort konferenshotell. trist miljö, ok rum , men inget mer. Trots att man betalat vistelsen innan, reserverar dom pengarna när man kommer. Bra att tänka på! Ingen Parkering, utan man får ställa bilen i allmänt garage ett par kvarter bort.

Snygg lobby, bra frukost, väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Rummet var fräscht och stort men ganska slitet på golv och möblemang. AC'n lät ganska mycket under natten men det kunde man leva med. Skulle absolut kunna bo här igen.

Väldigt trevlig personal, supergod frukost och mycket bra läge. Fina mindre affärer på samma gata. Trevlig terrass med solstolar och alltid saft och vatten i lobbyn. Fina design i lobbyn och restaurangen. Rummet (högst upp 7e våningen med trevlig utsikt och bekväm säng) var helt ok dock inget superintressant. Väldigt små rum, dålig tv samt dålig bildkvalitet, + för wirefree i rummet utan krångel. + för snabb o bra parkeringsservice. + för bra läge

Mycket trevligt och snyggt hotell, bra läge i Köpenhamn. Hotellet har en supertrevlig loungebar som fylls med folk på kvällarna - välj det om ni ska gå ut!

Vi var supernöjda! Läget är fantastiskt och hotellet är coolt. TV:n var dock från stenåldern. Men å andra sidan skulle vi inte titta på den. Frukosten var underbar!

This hotel might look like a regular five star Copenhagen hotel but it does not live up to it. First, the good points: front desk very efficient and friendly, very good breakfast, and the location is central. So what's wrong: the room and service does not live up to five stars. Very uncomfortable pillows, extremely hot bed-side lamps (great design but […] burnt my thumb on it!), the TV system did not work, had to keep showers to minimum time due to stoppage in the drain, minibar mineral water bottles tampered and filled with tap water (sure hope not by staff), and finally, came back one day at 1400 and room still not made. Overal I would recommend people to choose other five star hotels in Copenhagen as this one definitely does not live up to it. Will not return! Läs mer

Hotellet i sin helhet var helt ok och frukosten bra, dock ganska mycket folk när vi åt frukost, trångt och svårt att hitta någonstans att sitta. Dock drar fadäsen med ostädat/obäddat rum ner betyget, speciellt med tanke på att vi inte kunde vila ut på vårt rum innan kvällens middag på Sankt Gertruds Kloster. Sitta och vänta på besked när rummet har […] bäddats, nere vid hotellreceptionen är inte acceptabelt. Att vi skulle tänka oss att rekommendera hotellet till andra gör alltså med en viss tvekan. Köpenhamn har så mycket att uppleva, vilket vi gjorde även denna gång, varför vila på hotellrummet är en nödvändighet. En av våra upplevelser, som vi inte har varit med om tidigare, var en tur med kanalbåten. Det var en nyhet för oss. Trots lite kyligt och ostadigt väder, regn dag 2, är vi nöjda med Köpenhamn. Vi skall återkomma tuill Köpenhamn de 15/6-2010, alltså nästa vecka, för att möta våra amerikanska släktingar, som är på kryssningsresa med båt. Kryssningsfartyget skall ligga i Köpenhamn hela dagen, varför vi skall guida dem under dagen. Läs mer

Excellent location and service was just perfect! Only negatives was the room was not super-clean, the shower was one of those with absolutely no water pressure and the TV was from 1980.:)

I used to really like this hotel. This time, reception service was consistently sloppy, disinterested as in arrogant, self-absorbed, poorly trained/managed staff. Previously, I have liked the rooms. This one was tiny and the windows drafty and the heat did not kick in right the first night. An extra breakfast charge have it onto the bill. Submitted by 30's couple, very frequent travellers globally for business and leisure - staying in typically 4 or 5 star hotels with an emphasis on luxury but not willing to pay ridiculous prices. The hotel is stylish and modern in a good location. The staff were very helpful, friendly and prompt - willing to satisfy very specific requests such as […] for power adaptors and playing cards without fuss and free of charge. Breakfast and meals there are expensive but so is Copenhagen. Well worth looking around for good eating out spots, Copenhagen has plenty. The standard room was comfortable, well appointed, stylish and compact. There wasn't much a view though and the TV looked like it was from the 1990's - no flat screens here. Great hotel but we paid the same price for 2 rooms and one was significantly smaller than the other. Also the tv did not work for the 4 days we were there...would have been nice to even get the news.

I have seen some other reviews on here that were not so positive for this hotel. I can't imagine what they are talking about! I travel a LOT for work, both in the US and internationally and this hotel was outstanding. Excellent service, great room, really fast wifi, and beautiful building and tons of amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic 6 or 7 years ago and was one of the best designed hotel i knew.... But the maintenance of the hotel seems poor today. The design look a bit too 200o s...

The only minus was the TV. Quite old models on both our rooms - few channels - and non properly functioning remotecontrollers ! Otherwise super hotel !

Despite requesting a "breakfast included" rate, the confirmation came back as "breakfast not included." Hotel clerk blamed error on website Hotels.com, saying no breakfast inclusive plan is offered; however the website has a disclaimer that the hotel is solely responsible for the contents. Hotel location is within walking distance of main metro/bus […] terminal and city center sights. Room was quiet, as requested, and had a small balcony. Besides housekeeper leaving used glassware uncleaned, the only other dissatisfaction was the obvious lack of hallway carpet cleaning. Restaurant on the lobby level might benefit from a wider selection of entrees and price spread, as the Dalle Valle on the street level of the building is extremely popular. Somewhow through their website and photos I had the impression of a chic designed quality hotel, perhaps showcasing Danish design. I guess I also expected a lot given that Hotels.com rated it a 5-star property. I was immediately disappointed upon entering the hotel. The cavernous lobby area has some colourful (Arne Jacobson) chairs conspicously placed […] in the centre and that's about it. The fit and finish of the place totally didn't match up to 5-star expectations. Also a lack of carpeting or curtains lends the reception very bad acoustics, hence it's very noisy. The staff at the reception desk were efficient and friendly and that was great. The corridors on the fourth floor where my room was smelt of bleach and other cleaning materials, and the walk to the room was really long from the lift. Only then did I realise what a large hotel it was. The room itself was the biggest disappointment. Fairly spacious, design-wise it was very wannabe. The desk was small, and had a copycat designer desk lamp that stopped working on the second day. The minibar wasn't working, everything was warm inside. The bed on the other hand was extremely comfortable, and the bedlinen was fine, although smelt strongly of bleach. Laundry service was great and timely. The bathroom was extremely basic with standard cosmetics, not by Molten Brown as advertised. The glass door of the teeny shower cubicle made a shrill sound like hard chalk on a blackboard everytime I opened and shut the door, which itself was always getting caught on the badly placed shower mat. Has neither the luxuries of a large multi star property, nor the charm of a smaller family run place. The helpful staff and great bed give it an extra star in my books, so 2 instead of 1. Läs mer

The hotel is very spacious and inviting. The rooms are great as well. There is no dedicated concierge, however, and guest services other than Michael were not that helpful. I had 2 rooms, one that leaked water and had a repair crew in for 3 hours, and another where the A/C didn't work and noone who showed up seemed to know what to do until I flagged […] a maintenance man myself and found it to be a burnt out switch. When my wife and I checked in, the first room they assigned us was still occupied - we swiped the card, walked in and somebodies luggage was in there and the bed hadn't been made etc. When we called down to the front desk and explained the situation they either hung up on us or there was a phone problem. When we called down again they asked us to come […] back down to be assigned a new room. After 5 minutes at the front desk,we got our new room (same layout as the first) and tepid apology. Once we got to theroom the rest of the stay was fine and we spent very little time at the hotel and had no interaction with staff until our check-out a few days later. The wrong room error was an honest mistake and nobody's perfect. I'm just glad the guest whose room we were assigned was out at the moment! I would stay there again if we got a good deal but there are other hotels in the area that I would choose first. Läs mer

Not the cheapest hotel in the center of Copenhagen but very nice and worth the money. Nice personnel but sometimes understaffed in the reception. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed the best I have slept in any hotel! (I normally think the beds are to hard) This was perfect. Stylish design both in the hotel and rooms.

The room we were first given was unacceptably dirty with marks on wall and dirty upholstery. We were moved to a much nicer room but with a strange layout. No air-conditioning so we had to have windows open to get some cooler air. Lots of street noise in the middle of the night. Upon checking in, we discovered a bottle of champagne, some roses, chocolates and a fruit plate in ou room, along with a note welcoming us to the "Make Love" special. Fine, except we hadn't ordered this for a hefty extra sum. I called the front desk, they investigated and noted the room had initially been reserved for somebody else, but they'd preferred […] a room on the other side of the building. I asked if the staff would like to stop by to pick up the bottle of champagne. "Oh no, we won't be charging you for our error. Enjoy!" was the response. And with that, my husband and I enjoyed every last second of our time at the Skt. Petri. A large balcony (ok, close the door at night - the night sounds echo off the close in buildings), comfortable bed, views of Copenhagen and still the image of a dozen or more EGG chairs in the lobby, creating a modern-furniture maze. Really great hotel in a partiularly expensive part of Europe. Fabulous location next to all of the sights. Gym in the building was great and well appointed. Only downside is that the hotel thinks it's the Gansevoort in NYC (and it's really nice!) -- I stayed on a Monday night in July and there was a red carpet and velvet rope to get to the bar.

We liked our room. Reception was rather offhand and not at all helpful re where to park our car. As we arrived on Sat eve we should have been told that there was free parking nearby until Monday morning, instead we were offered expensive valet parking which we declined, or expensive parking in a nearby car park. We ate in the brasserie one night as […] it was raining and we were tired but found the atmosphere gloomy and the food second rate. Läs mer
