"Breakfast was good, pool was fun for kids."
Room was small and entire floor smelled of smoke, though we requested a non-smoking room and it said it was non-smoking. Just a quick stay for us - hotel was fine. The woman keeping the breakfast area stocked was so kind and sweet to our family - that was a nice perk.Verifierad gästrecension

"little expensive, but happy with stay"
Stayed overnight on 9/1/12 for a quick visit with my grandmother who is in a nursing home in Lebanon. Overall hotel was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as well. Room was larger than expected. Pool and hot tub looked really nice but since it was such a short stay we didn't pack our swimsuits. […] We never heard any noises from other guests. There were 3 other hotels right around this one and none had the amount of cars in the lot like they did at the Holiday Inn. "Best hotel in the area"
I've stayed in a lot of Lebanon hotels while visiting family, but from now on I'm staying here. Every person who worked there that I ecountered was friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel seemed full, it was quiet. I felt very safe. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained. The customer service left something to be desired. 2 people tried to check us in. One took my confirmation printout but handed it back to me and said "I can't read that... just tell me your last name." The other one had just started her shift and was practically still dressing when she came out but left her nosering in and then got scolded by the other […] person for it. "excellent support staff"
The hotel was an average stay for us until it came to breakfast. The lady who filled the breakfast nook was very friendly to our entire family. The Bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that I had to go out and buy more pillows for the second night, the TV had lines running across the screen on many channels , the drain on the tub / shower did not work so it filled with water, AC in the room did not work, the refrigerator would not get very cold in the room and the upstairs ice machine did […] not work, but other then that everything was fine! "Book the hotel yourself"
The Holiday Inn Express was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet, parking was good. The computer in the lobby is slow, but the desk clerk was helpful with that. We would stay there again. It's not a luxury hotel, but definitely a value.Verifierad gästrecension från Expedia
