Hotell Absalon Annex Hotel - Köpenhamn

Det är ett helt OK hotell för en weekend i Köpenhamn. Mycket centralt bakom centralstationen. Finns förvisso varken dush eller toalett på rummet men strax utanför i korridoren. Man får vad man betalar för. Rent och fräscht.

Bemötandet vid bokningen var mycket bra med en person som tog tid på sig att leta upp ett passande hotell. Bra att man fortfarande kan tala med en levande preson och inte en kall dator ! Mvh Ulf

Annexet ligget i "det riktiga" hotellet, och receptionisterna är lika trevliga och hjälpsamma mot budgetresenärerna som mot dom som bor i den finare delen. Lite lyhört, men i övrigt jättetrevligt. Bäst är läget. Tvn funkar. Fritt internet. Bor gärna här igen!

Ett budget hotell med ett centralt läge. Annexet är ganska slitet jämfört med den andra halvan av hotellet.Rummen är ganska ok vad gäller storlek, men inget för den som förväntar sig komfort, men med tanke på priset, så kan man inte förvänta sig annat.Frukosten kostar extra o ingår ej, 125:- Dkr,om det är värt priset? beror på hur hungrig man är.

Ett enkelt hotell straxt intill Isdegade ett stenkast från Köpenhamn H. Små rum för den ensamresande. Toalett och dusch i korridoren. Bra dusch.

Billigt rum , dusch och toalett på korridoren. F.ö. får man ta del av det trestjärniga hotellets bekvämligheter såsom frukost, bredband etc. Mycket prisvärt.

Hotelet ligger väldigt centralt. Gangavstand till centralstationen och Tivoli. Frukost dyrt, pa Vesterbrogade däremot finns trevliga cafeer. Det var rent och frächt. Jag kan varmt rekommendera hotelet.

helt elendig at man må betale 125 kroner ekstra for frokost. Slikt er meget uproffesjonelt. Derfor anbefales hotellet ikke.

Och hotellet ligger mitt i hor-distriktet men det är ok pga dess centrala läge. Kan inte rekommendera detta hotell.

Ingen toalett eller dusch på rummet, men ett handfat. Välstädat och med lite gammeldags inredning. Hotellet ligger nära tågstationen/ Tivoli, men annars tråkiga kvarter, några sexklubbar ligger precis i närheten. Vi betalade mycket för rummet, så ej så prisvärt. Små duschar och ganska få per våningsplan, så det var kö till dem på morgonen.

Helt ok hotell om man inte tänkt att spendera mycket tid på hotellet. På kvällarna var kvarteret lite otrevlig att vistas i när det finns prostituerade och kriminella runt omkring.

Tveksam städning, frukost ingick ej (men kunde köpas till för "bara" 95 DKK) och för få toaletter & duschar på korridoren. Dock bra läge! Finns dock hur många hotell som helst i närheten, så det kan vara värt att kolla om inte någon annan kan matcha priset.

I think this falls more under a Motel category than a Hotel. It's old, sweaky, the walls are paper thin, you hear everything, everyone who goes by. I was miserable the whole time! This place is in dire need of a make-over.There is NO shower in the rooms ( even though it said so on hotel.com website ), just a sink. You have to share the toilet and showers...I […] just wanted to get out of there frankly. Yes it is located walking distance to a lot of landmarks, but it's not what i was expecting at all. was very upset to realise i had actually booked into a one star hotel and had payed x amount for that which wasnt cheep to say the least. for x amount kr.more i could have booked into a 3 star 50 meters up the road inc.breakfast for 2 people. but in fairness to the hotel when i booked the "hotel" it did say in the website "hotels.com " that it was a […] one star. i thought it was a mistake as my parents had stayed there last year and it was fine that time and outside there is a sign up on the wall that says 3 star hotel. so long story short i thought the one star was a mistake but it wasnt. the room was situated with a view over the back yard which was great but we were right beside 5 toilets and a shower. the walls were paper thin and the other guests were extremely noisy going in and out of these toilets since early. we could also hear a cat which cried constantly but this could be a mistake as at some points we could hear it and thought maybe it was a baby. still undecided if it was a cat or a baby. the communal shower was big and clean but difficult to take clothes off and on again in there. didnt fancy running starkers from my room to the shower. sure the other guests didnt fancy seeing me run starkers round the hotel either. the room itself was warm and clean and i got the single beds like asked so that was great. there was also a tv int he room although we didnt use it. there was unfortunately no kettles ,hairdryers and the usual stuff. it was grand but i just felt and my brother felt we were a little ripped off. but now we know and have learnt not to be so naive again in the future and just because its a 3 star hotel dosent mean that they dont have a section thats one star. one more thing, when we arrived there were a bunch of teens on the sofas in the reception area. one of them was flaked out on a sofa suffering from a hangover by the looks of things. not really something you want to see when booking into a hotel. more what you would see in a hostel. it was si Läs mer

Very friendly staff, great location and cheap. I had a small budget room with shared bathroom. There was a hand shower in the restroom,though. A. + for the free and highspeed internet!

Convenient location just a couple blocks from central station, so if you're arriving on land, whether by train or bus, you've got an easy walk to your hotel. Reception area is spacious compared to many Eurpoean hotels and it's got a good WiFi connection in the comfortable lobby—though no connection in rooms. Rooms are another matter. They're very basic, […] without toilet or shower, though they do have a sink. Toilets are shared and are down the hall, as are the shower closets. Rooms have a tiny TV located in a neck-breaker of a position if you wanna see it while in bed. Beds comfortable enough. Biggest deficiency with the rooms is that the walls are PAPER-THIN. You can hear regular conversations between rooms, meaning that if those next to you decide to party or get loud, you'd better go and get yourself invited to the fun cuz you're not likely to sleep. This can be a problem here because the hotel's reasonable rates mean that groups of late-teen/early-twenties folks can afford to let a few rooms and party down. Unlike a lot of hotels that charge you for breakfast, this breakfast IS worth the price. It's an endless buffet of high quality breads, cheeses, yogurts, meats, hard-boiled eggs, juice, milk, coffee, tea. All-in-all rooms are a bit overpriced for what you get here—no private bathroom and the thinnest walls ever. But if you're looking for a good location with great breakfast, this'll do. Läs mer

Its really basic. Not pleasant but doesn't cost a lot either. Wouldn't say it was comfortable, but it was clean and private and if you travel like me, all you need is a place to rest your head at night. That's what you get, and that's all you get. ... A very nice hotel only a few minutes walk from the Central Station!

The Absalon Annex is one of the more affordable hotels in Copenhagen. It's near the red light district, which I wasn't aware of when I booked it, but I walked around at night and it wasn't that bad. The staff was helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. The room itself was a good size. There were 2 single beds set up right next to each […] other to make a double bed. There was a sink in the room, but my room did not have a full bathroom, so I had to use the shared toilets and showers on the floor. There is a small (very small) TV in the room that I didn't even try to turn on. My only complaint is that the carpets smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. They have a luggage room for you to keep your luggage after or before you check in or out. You need a hotel room key card to get in the room so that means everyone staying there can get in, but for the most part, the other guests aren't usually looking out to steal your belongings. The location is very convinient to everywhere you need to go. Depending on how fast you walk it will only take you 5 minutes maximum walk to the central station. You get what you paid for, it's fairly cheap for the area you're living in but the condition of the hotel wasn't that great. We had a pleasant stay . The hotel was clean The bath room was a little far down the hall . The hotel provided complimentary coffee and after noon there where complimentary rolls to go with it ,the bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful and efficient.

The moderately priced for Copenhagen 1-star annex connects by corridor to the 4-star main hotel, and shares the same attractive entrance. with front desk staffed by very friendly, efficient Danes. Annex rooms are spartan, but very clean. Our twin bedded room had a sink and unlike many cheap hotels, a closet with hangers. Down the hall some distance […] were 2 clean modern showers and 4 tiny toilets , shared by about a dozen rooms, fortunately all rarely occupied simultaneously during our stay May 10-15, 2011. The neighborhood three blocks from Central Station in opposite direction from Tivoli is rife with sex shops and hookers, but the well-run hotel (established 1938) is secure and popular with middle class families and budget travelers, both Danish and foreign. This hotel is in the area close to the train station, where lots of hotels are clustered. It's also on the edge of the area where the 'ladies of the night' gather, but it's a well lit, pretty busy area, so doesn't feel particularly dodgy. The room I staying in (single, shared facilities) was small but comfortable enough with a sink, desk, small tv and […] cupboard - everything you need really in a budget hotel. The room was clean as were the showers and toilets. I skipped the breakfast (there is another similarly cheap hotel nearby which has a good breakfast for less than half the price of this hotel, but if you don't need breakfast then that's not an issue). The good part was the service, I could check in early i.e. 11.30 am. Even after checking out the next day I could use hotel's luggage room and guest area for almost 4 hours. The bad part was, 1. The bed were not at all comfortable. It was not steady at all. 2. The showers for the hot water were too slow. Thanks, Amol

Good location, good and friendly service. Cover are thin, but heating works fine. Nice and clean showers etc... but the room next to toilets is disturbed by toilets doors opening and closing..

I chose this hotel after reading positive reviews on web and didn't expect much as it's budget hotel. However as freqhent traveller, it was very pleasant stay this hotel with clean sheet and tidy communal areas. Although the wall was thin, next room people were careful on this as well as myself. There is controler for heating and the room was very warm. […] The front desk staff were extreamly helpful and gave a tip for extra service to charge my mobile with usb jack. I would definately stay again this place. After extensive weekend trip over beautiful copenhagen, all you need is hot shower, clean sheet and quiet good night sleep isn't it? oh the location is superb only 7min from central station with very big sign within quiet area. The hotel was perfect for us as it was so centrally located and we could walk everywhere needed to. We could actually see our friends wedding venue from right out of our window! The hotel was basic but was clean, well managed, warm and have everything was as neccessary for such limited needs, we needed a warm bed for the night and we got it. Would suggest […] going for hotel breakfast although we didnt but everything is so expensive in copenhagen including brunch. Simple but very clean hotel close to all attractions. If you want convenience for a budget price and don't mind the bare minimum this is your hotel. Breakfast is not included, very expensive but still a better deal than having it somewhere else.

The location of the hotel is good - just 5 minutes walk from the central station. There are several other hotels around this one too, so it's not really impressive. The room size is surprisingly small, although accepatable on a value-for-money basis, I've seen many other hostles providing larger rooms than this hotel. The room was a twin which was not on suite. It was old fashioned with no aircon. Seperate showers and toilets ok but not many of them. At night the front of the hotel is very very noisy with people working the streets near by. Left early as barely slept
