We arrived at the hotel at 1pm and were told that we couldn't check in until 3pm. We spent the afternoon by the pool. Disappointed that pool wasn't well treated therefore had a lot of bugs in it. When we did check in we were given key cards that did not work. When we did get into the room we were given twin room instead of double that we had booked. […] My husband phoned reception and was told to come back to reception (we had to bring all bags back too). Having requested non smoking double the room smelt strongly of smoke! Hotel food and drink very overpriced. Restaurant menu very limited. No free WiFi in hotel1. Läs mer

this is a nice hotel....but in the middle of nowhere nothing close... the metro is 5 miles away rome is 10 miles away aand a $40.00 cab ride.. the airport is a $50.00 cab ride no pick up service to or from the airport.. getting to and from rome or the airport costs more then the room... if you are a sight seeing in rome this is not the place for yo […] u... Reasonable value and ideally located for business travelers flying into/out of FCO airport. Be careful as the hotel is actually on THREE separate sites connected by mini-bus, so if staying in a group you may get spread across all three sites.....

I've stayed at many Sheratons before, so it surprised me on all the problems I faced: (1) I travel on business and rely on internet access. I paid 18 euro for their wired internet. The throughput was so poor it made the connection unusable - about 64kb/s. I called the front desk and they said matter of factly that the wired internet is slow and I should […] try the wireless as it is a lot faster, but I would have to pay an additional 22 euros for the wireless service!, and I had to speak with a manager to get the 18 hours refunded (2) We had parked the car in the pay parking lot, when we went to pay the parking machine it was broken in that it would reject the credit cards, and needed exact change of 24 euros. So we went back to the front desk and waited on line for 32 minutes! before we were able to talk to the staff. It was incredible the amount of issues that other people were having. When we finally got to the desk, we were informed that we would could pay there but we had to pay for 2 days of parking for 40 euros since we were now 15 minutes into the second day. Why were we 15 minutes into the second day? Because we had to stand on line for over 30 minutes. We had to escalate to a manager who then agreed on the one day and supposedly validate our parking ticket. It didn't work on exit and we had to go back in. All this made us close to an hour late for a dinner engagement. 3) I asked for a non-smoking room, got to the room and it wrecked of disinfectant to hide the smoke. Also, there was an ashtray in the room (which was quickly removed by the staff I had to call to open the window so I could breath). It seemed like the staff wanted to help, but were not empowered to do anything but find a manager which just further delayed everything. It cost 32 Euro's each way with a taxi to get to this hotel. I thought it would be a a good overnight stay from the airport since it was only 7 km away. If staying overnight for an early flight take the train to Termini station from the airpoty, it's 14 Euro's each way and you can spend the evening in the center of Rome. Very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Great service, good food, clean and comfortable beds. Would most definitely stay here again.

Due to flight changes, I needed to stay one additional night in Rome. I chose to stay close to the airport for a matter of convenience. Although the decor was nice, the service was a bit off....some bathroom amenities were missing, terrible American disco music playing in the lobby area and restaurant, and the food was lacking in areas, also (i.e. extremely […] runny eggs, almost raw, at breakfast buffet). I did not expect this accomodation to match with the rest of my trip to the Amalfi coast and Umbria, but it still could have been a bit better. Läs mer

We stayed twice in May before and after a cruise. Both times were nice, but the second stay had a newer room. They have 3 hotels in the same area, so when you book, you should find out which one they have you staying in. This did cause confussion on both stays. The shuttle bus to Rome was very nice and made it easy to stay near the airport... free as […] well. The food was OK but very expensive, and no vending machines. Coffee must be consumed in the hotel lounge (3.50 E )or sent by room service (9.50 E) . No coffee to go as we are us to. We would recommed this hotel as a good deal as Rome goes and MUCH newer than the hotels in Rome. Läs mer

Rooms need to be cleaner. Extremely dirty carpets.

Internet, whether it was through a network cable or wifi, was 20 euros PER DAY. Draft beer cost me 18 euro for 2... That's almost $30 dollars I spent on 24 ounces of beer before I knew what hit me. Food was just as much overpriced as the beer and not nearly the quality expected of a resort such as this one. The resort is completely out of the way. […] 30 euro cab from airport or 45 euro from Roma Termini. Had I known travel would have been this much of a hassle I would have shelled out more for a smaller hotel closer to Rome or closer to the airport, at least then the train stations would have been easier to reach. Had I visited the resort for the golf experience I may have a different perspective. This is not a hotel for the Rome experience if you are looking for easy access. Läs mer

very nice hotel except for the air conditioner that kept turning off after 30min. They somehow lost my reservation, but found it in 20min and upgraded my room.

For the money it is well worth it to stay at this hotel. There is a shuttle that is free yet it is only fromthe hotel downtown, and to the airport. YOu would have to locate your own transportation from the airport which is alright as long as you use a local taxi and not any airport taxi. The taxis are located across the street along with otherhotel […] shuttles buses. The only forseeable problem withthe hotel was that our particular room had an odor that the hotel staff would not see to and would not change our room due to no open rooms being available. We notified the front desk who told us that they would see to it that maintanence would take care of it but no such luck. We had to clean the bathroom after housekeeping to ensure the odor would be taken care of. Other than that the staff is very friendly and speak pretty good Engligh as long as you are patient with them. The internet service was good, although half the time the access code given by the front desk did not work. All in all I would recommend this hotel. Oh the food is delicious (breakfast was ok),pricy, but delicious. Go into town for the best food at much better prices. Had a blast will be returning! Läs mer

Wonderful hotel 35 mins from Rome & close to airport with free shuttles to both. Large rooms & great service. A true bargain in expensive Europe.

We took a tour of italy and stayed here the last night booking an extra night before our flight. Great free shuttle service into the city. The hotel is quiet as it is 15 min away from airport and away from the noisy city. The rooms large and comfortable. Our only complaint is the limo service desk booked us service to the airport at a quaranteed price […] and then the driver hit us for more money when we got to the airport. So beware of that. We really enjoyed staying here as it was a very nice upscale hotel that was clean and had exceptional service! They shuttled you to the city at a scheduled time (several times a day) for free and had return service as well. They offered a free shuttle to the airport once a day at 8 am also. The internet was free and worked very well. The breakfast was […] a complete hot buffet, very good. You do have to pay extra for it tho. The location is out of town but there is an entertainment center only a short distance from there that you can walk to or they will shuttle you down there that offers a movie theater, restaurants and shopping. far from rome, but comfortable and nice. at least the hotel has a shuttle that takes you back and forth more or less every hour and a half for free.

１５年前、両親、妹と利用してとても快適でしたので、亡き両親を懐かしみたかったのですが、少し感じが違ったのは、１、２、３棟もあってそのどこかだったんでしょう。でもホテル内のどなたも親切で丁度１２月３１日のチェノーネにあたりフロントは戦争のようでしたのに、当方の要望を快く引き受けてくださり感謝しております。 ローマ市内から離れてはいますけれど、シャトルバスもありますし、お部屋はちがいましたけれど、ホテルスタッフの笑顔とご親切で、亡き両親との旅を懐かしむことができました。ありがとうございました。

Molto pulito, accogliente, silenzioso, personale molto professionale. Dislocazione un po' fuori mano rispetto alla città che non è raggiungibile in meno di 20-30 minuti.

City bus shutle's time is uncorrect.we are wait 2,30 hours in the city. And than we catch on taxi. This is very bad. Train and metro was not nearly the hotel. Taxis are very expensive. And not respectly.

La posizione dell'hotel non è buona per i turisti che vogliono conoscere Roma, ma è perfetta per chi vuole godere la tranquilità di un posto molto carino, vicino ad una piscina e un bello campo da golf. C'è pure un parco giocchi per i bambini. Staff cortese, colazione a buffet di buon livello, camera e bagno confortevoli e ben attrezzati.

L'Albergo molto valido . . . . manca solo la navetta per l'aereopoto

Salve andandoci ogni wekend vorrei se possibile mantenere la stessa tariffa...perché queste 2 ultime volte è aomentata di ben 38€...grazie mille

我定的是2个床的房间，到达酒店时被告知只有双人床的房间了。而且酒店的女前台好象叫Melisha什么的态度很恶劣，不仅没有道歉，而且一副你爱住不住的样子。我们当时想算了，将就下吧，就住了。进入房间后发觉房间里还放了一张简易的单人折叠床，我们就要求酒店把床拿走，因为我们用不到。结果前台和我们说有双人床了，可以给我们换房间。结果换了一间非常非常小的房间。好象是单人间改成的双人间。当时已经很晚了，我们也懒得再理论了，就住下了。总之酒店的前台服务态度非常的差。

La struttura fisica è ben gestita, ma occorre migliorare decisamente - l'accesso al ristorante: segnalando di prenotare per tempo, perché si è in mezzo alla tundra, non ci sono ristoranti alternativi attorno. E' affollato. - qualità e varietà/costo del ristorante - avvisi vistosi per i clienti maleducati: schiamazzano indisturbati nei corridoi in […] orario di riposo, il personale non può/vuole intervenire. - servizio taxi, solo con autonoleggio convenzionato, ovviamente più caro. Det er irriterende når hotellet kun tilbyr trådløst eller kablet internett til hårreisende priser, minimum 22-24 €. Middagen brukte de 45 minutter på å servere, ene retten var dessuten kald. Og vi var 4 gjester i restauranten. For frokosten tok de 17€ og serverte kjipas automatkaffe - det går ikke AN i esprossoens hjemland. Det var også ingen shuttleservice […] fra flyplass, taxi koster nærmere 30€. Til flyplassen fantes det 1 - èn avgang pr dag, kl. 08:00 om morgenen. Läs mer

Very nice hotel, though in the middle of nowhere...Pretty close to the airport by car. Shuttle bus to airport. Nice rooms. We had two rooms with our own terrace facing the pool area. Hotellet er nedslidt og alt hænger nærmest i laser. Forstår slet ikke at Sheraton vil lægge navn til. Trådløst internet, javist men kun mod ekstrabetaling pr dag. Dyr poolbar, der kun er åben når personalet har lyst. Ingen klor i den meget varme pool. Dørlåse og hængsler nærmest rykket ud af karmen. Flott hotell i nærheten av romas flyplass. Ypperlig for golfspillere. Prisen i baren er noe overdrevent, norske utepriser. Mye morro i nærheten av hotellet.
