My girlfriend and I were moving from St. Louis MO to El Paso TX and needed to stop for the night. The room we booked was more than we needed, but it was a great price. We were only off the highway for minutes before we were parked and unloading. The staff was friendly and our cars were untouched all night even though they were full of items. The only […] down side was us getting gas for our next days travel took far to long because the closet gas station was run down and out of date. VERY EASY TO FIND. CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS AND C STORES AND INTERSTATE. THE ROOM WAS A LITTLE MUSTY (MAYBE JUST NEEDS SOME TYPE OF AIR FRESHENER SYSTEM) BUT WAS VERY CLEAN. THE BATHROOM LOOKED BRAND NEW. WE HAD A MICROWAVE AND FRIDGE WITHOUT REQUESTING THEM. I was totally dissapointed at my stay in this hotel, only the first day was clean, but the rest of my stay the room was not cleaned, not clean towels, nothing in place, so I had to go to lobby to request some clean towels....

I normally stay at another hotel while in Wichita Falls, but this time the Red Roof Inn was a better price. It was a much better hotel, very clean, and freindly staff! Thank You

I booked the room just for a change of scenery. And it was very medicore nothing special about the place. But what I did like about it was how clean it was. I also liked how quiet it was. They offered a breakfast but I slept thru it. So for a business trip or change of scenery it was a nice place to eacape.

I had just flown into DFW from Minneapolis and drove to Wichita Falls so I could rest. He books me on the 3rd floor and THEN informs me the elevator is out. My floors laundry room wasn't working. I didn't bother staying for breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this motel. The rooms were clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. Fair price for a good room. Continental breakfast was good as well. Would stay here again if in the area.

As cheap motels go, this one was pretty decent. They had no pet fee, making our total cost very reasonable. There was also a good place to walk our dog. Breakfast was minimal, but it usually is at a cheap motel.

Staff booked another person in same room and walk in at 10:30 pm. Broken chair, burnt out and broken desk outlet. Key did no work in morning after walking dog very early.TV volume going out (highs and lows). Avoid this one.

We were impressed by the looks, cleanliness, and large size of the room because of the price we were expecting a lot less. They also had 4 packets of coffee and a neat/different little coffee maker. I did not eat breakfast but looked at it and it was bare with 2 kinds of cereal, couple sweet breads, and juice. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. Convienient to most mayor highways. The bed were a little uncomfortable, can use a better mattress and pillows. Continental breakfast was was good. Good for the price we paid. I would stay there again.

Needs upkeep! Part of stairs closed due to them falling down. Carpet is tacky due to filth. Bath mat was left in bathtub, I lifted it up and it was disgusting under there. Washcloths and towels were stained. Shower curtain stained. Bathroom fan goes on and off constantly. Bedspread had sticky feel to it like hadn't been washed in awhile. Will never […] stay here again. I have stayed in the hotel before it was Red Roof and it was nice. My room then was right next to El Chico's and was very quite. This time the room was on the third floor which I didn't mind but elevator did not look in the best of shape, very old. The room faced the highway which was alright as long as the a/c stayed on to block out the noise. The […] room stayed very warm because the a/c would keep turning off and I know it was not 60 degrees in the room. Made for a rough night of sleep before my drive back home the next day. The remote control was under the covers on the bed. I do not know how housekeeping did not see remote control when changed bed linens. It gives the impression that the bed linens were not changed, just made up. I did not have wireless coverage in my room. The signal showed as weak therfore i was unable to access services

i was placed at the back on the hotel on the lower level. In my opinion, this was very unsafe for a single female. I was orginial told I got the last available room. The parking lot showed differently, several empty parking space in lot. My internet showed as poor in room and I could not connect. GHETTO!! from the nasty smell in the room to the bathroom door that wouldn't close or lock, this was definitely a bad choice

Room was very quiet and clean. Good location for us visiting air base. Thought the price was reasonable and breakfast adequately stocked Bed was somewhat softer than what we usually encounter but doable.

No big complaints. Although the location was beside a major highway and room entrances were outside, not off an interior hallway, I can't complain of noise. The bed was comfortable enough. The entire stay at this 'hotel' was awful. The check in was very uncomfortable and horribly unprofessional. The guy that checked me in complained about some of the people loittering in the area, the woman that came in later with her 'mason jar' proceeded to complain about the people that were on the floor above us and called the police while I was standing […] there. Everything at the hotel was quite nice and comfortable for our night's stay. Conditions were quiet and clean. The complimentary breakfast in the lobby offered just the right amount and variety. All in all, a great hotel for the money.

Overall, this hotel is a good value for the money. Just be prepared to get what you pay for. If you are used to staying at pricier franchise hotels such as Hampton Inn, or the newer Holiday Inn Express - you won't find this hotel as updated or "plush" But if you are looking for a value-oriented stay, then I can recommend this hotel. We booked two rooms, […] had no issues at all with one, but found the second bathroom had not been cleaned AT ALL from the previous guest. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they addressed it IMMEDIATELY and were very apologetic - so they made it right. The beds were particularly comfortable - not hard as some beds in this type of franchise can be. With the above noted exception, the rooms were clean, fresh smelling and comfortable. (However, the lobby is NOT non-smoking - I think it's spill over from the staff smoking in the back) We did not take advantage of the continental breakfast, so I can't speak to that. Läs mer

Beds "not quite made" upon arrival. Pool not maintained. Hot tub out of order. Free wireless - for the staff. Computer in lobby - unable to connect to internet or access printer. Staff unfamilar with local activities. Television in room from the 1960s. Shower was nice.

Other than this, was ok for overnight stay...we could have switched rooms but they didn't have any other king rooms. Basic, clean room...just had been smoked in previously.

No complaints....very comfortable bed....had pamphlet of Italian Restaurant close by that delivered. Didn't have to leave my room and had excellent dinner. Staff was very helpful. My room had refridgerator, microwave, iron/ironing board, hair dryer. What more could you want?
