Bra, billigt alternativ i Nice med bra läge intill stationen och ca 15min promenad till de centrala delarna av staden. Vänlig och mycket hjälpsam personal och ett plus är att man utöver frukost också får en lunchlåda med sig när man ger sig ut på stan/stranden. Kommer defintivt att boka igen

Ett mycket prisvärt hotell som även är mycket fräscht. En bra frukost (i franska mått) och lunchboxen är ett trevligt initiativ. Rummen är inte jättestora men inte heller för små. Hotellet är helt ok! Se dock till att få ett rum mot gården och var medveten om att tjuvar besöker frukostmatsalen varje morgon. Vi såg när de stal väskor men reception eller servitriser vågar inte bry sig. Nice hotel! Mycket bra service, trevlig personal som är måna om sina gäster! Bra rum, bodde i två omgångar. Första gången ett dubbelrum, andra gången ett enkelrum. Båda rummen var fräscha och fina! Ett stort plus för lunchbox, väldigt smidigt. Kunde få ut denna även tidigt på morgonen (kl 8). Frukostbuffén är sämre än en svensk hotellfrukost - men absolut helt […] okej för 3-stjärnigt. Baguetter, yoghurt, ägg, croissanter, fruktcocktail, kaffe, varm choklad mm. Läget för hotellet var perfekt tyckte jag, väldigt nära till tågstation + turistbyrå, och nära att gå till shoppinggatan. Nära till buss och spårvagn. Inte så läskigt område om man håller sig på de stora vägarna. Mycket folk ute på kvällarna så man behöver inte känna sig ensam. Kan vara lite otäckt om man går helt själv - mitt i natten. Men det är det nog på alla gatorna. Rekommenderar hotellet till dig som vill bo enkelt och prisvärt! Läs mer

helt ok. Lite litet rum och sängmadrasser kunde vara mjukare. Rent badrum och rent i övrigt. Otrolig trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukost kunde ha varit bättre med mer grönsaker. Lunchbox kunde ätas pga innehållet i mackorna. Läge: nära tågstationen men inte så trevlig den närmaste omgivning. mamma med dottern

The only negative thing I have to say about this hotel is that it is lying close to the central station and walking through the neighbourhood at night felt a bit shaky, when you don't know how safe you are in Nice by night. We did walk through them though and nothing happened. In terms of the actual hotel everything was good. Breakfast, check-in, service, […] room, cleaning, was all working to expectations for the price. We had, all in all a pleasant stay. I picked this to get a problem-free stay (after reading about some of the other mid-price hotels and their problems with smell, water, odd rooms of poor quality) and that is what I got. The personell should have a special mention for happily helping us to store our bags when we arrived in the morning, quite some time prior to our check-in. Läs mer

Hotellet ligger mycket nära järnvägsstationen, och därmed också en bra bussförbindelse till flygplatsen (buss 99). Personalen är mycket trevlig och hotellet verkar ha satsat extra just på att ge det där "lilla extra". Ett litett hotell, med sma rum, men allt fanns! Ordentlig garderob, TV, vàskstàll, Air Cond. Skòna sàngar och liten balkong. Rejàl frukost. Ett extra plus fòr lunchboxen, utan kostnad! Samt en mkt vànlig personal!

Best Western - hotell håller god standard utan att erbjuda lyx. Bra utgångspunkt / boende för resenären som inte önskar betala onödigt mycket för ett boende som inte utnyttjas speciellt. The hotel was very easy to find from the railway station and only about 15 mins by bus from the airport. Staff were all very friendly but Norbert was exceptionally helpful and friendly! Very close to tram line & bus links too - or a pleasant walk from Old Town if you prefer. Great location (only 1 min walk to the train station and direct bus link from/to the airport). Takes approx 20 mins to walk to the main area of Nice. The room was clean and convenient and the breakfast was good as well.

We were very pleased with our three night stay in hotel Riviera. The hotel is simple and basic and met our needs for the few days.The receptionist we checked in with was very welcoming and helpful and he was a cheerful addition to the hotel. I would recommend it for a short break

The hotel is very close to Nice Ville train station, and it is only a short walk away from the city centre area. The rooms are very clean and nicely decrorated, and reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Old hotel in Nice near the railway station. Booked this hotel because it was on the bus route to the airport which we were travelling from the next day. Good for bus services around Nice and easy to get to most places. Public transport is cheap in this area. The streets around the hotel were a bit on the rough side. We caught the train from Paris and this hotel is just a short walk across the road from the train station so it was very handy. Room was a bit on the small side and we had a problem with the hot water on the first morning whiich they had fixed very quickly. They provide a free breakfast and a packed lunch if you require it which was great.

I didn't love or hate this hotel. I had intended to stay only in Nice to go to Monaco via train, but it was clear the hotel wasn't aware of the schedule times and halfheartedly told me that they knew for sure the train ran every half an hour. The location is next to the train station which was convenient, but always filled with many young men walking […] the streets (not the best neighborhood to find yourself at night). Hotel very good overall. Very central, 5 min from train station and ten minutes or less from stores and restaurants. However the Promenaide de l'Anglais is a good 20-25 min walk. FYI. And I am a fast walker. Staff was very very helpful and help me plan my stay of 9 days. Had been in Nice many times before so I explored the lil villages around by bus. […] When you arrive buy a 7 day pass for all buses Lignes d'azur w 15 euros. Saves you money, Norbert was genuinly helpful and extremely good in planning my visits around. His English is perfect and he is the best hotel has. His co-workers are very helpful too but not so personable. Very clean, quiet room, has a lil fridge. Room size normal for Europe or big cities. Breakfast decent and fresh. Coffee bad. Go get an caffee or expresso. Lunch box is a nice touch but only got my water since walked around and didn't want to carry stuff around. If you are vegetarian like me there is a good Indian on the way to main bldv very good and affordable and peaceful. Not many clients since kind of on the side. I totally recommend this hotel. Simply the best value you'll find, ever! Staff were wonderful, very welcoming and whilst the rooms are compact and the area is typical "transit" territory being near the station the hotel was faultless - good breakfast AND a worthwhile lunch pack with sandwich, fruit, drink and crisp. Excellent.

Good location, public paid parking across the street at the train station, typical small room as in other European cities, walking distance to major shopping, dining area, friendly front dest staff. We reserved a double room but found it very small for 2 with no place to lay out luggages. The hotel exchanged it with a 3-person room with no extra charge. […] There is free breakfast and lunch box. This hotel was made all the better due to the staff of the hotel. Helpful at all times. My only real criticism was the size of the room that was not obvious from the photos which I have no doubt made it more difficult to hoover. Other than that, book direct with the hotel, it will be cheaper.

The hotel was quite nice. The room was smaller than expected and although a suitcase stand was provided there was not much space to put it up. We only had one large towel in the room, and had to ring for a second one. Otherwise the service was pretty good - we arrived first thing in the morning and although we could not check in so early, they looked […] after our luggage for us, gave us a map and explained how to get to the centre of Nice without us asking them. However, when I wanted them to make a phone call to confirm a hotel pick-up time for a tour we had booked for the following day, they wouldn't do it, apparently because they were too busy that time of day - seemed to think it unimportant although our voucher said to confirm the time a day in advance. (The tourist office rang for us, however.) We did appreciate the provided packed lunch. We chose this hotel because it was close to the railway station and (as usual for such a location) the area was not the best and it was a bit of a hike to the main shopping street and down to the coast. Excellent location opposite side of road to Nice main Railway station and a Multi Storey car park. We had a main road facing room with no noise disturbance at night. Staff could not have been more friendly and spoke English really well. Yes, it is a little bit of a walk to the main area, but if you don't mind that (I didn't) then it is a great hotel (esp. for early morning trains out of Nice). But the neighborhood is dodgy and walking around at night wasn't the safest.

It's a decent budget hotels. Rooms are very small and the walls are very thin, and you have to walk for 10 minutes to get down to the beach and most popular restaurants. Slightly uncomfortable area at night, good if you're traveling by train.

Luckily we had two rooms at the hotel as our balcony door refused to open and despite asking a couple of times for it to be looked at it never did. Some of the staff were very friendly others less so. The rooms were adequate and the beds were very comfortable. The Bathroom was nice and clean. You get tea and coffee and a welcome drink and a lunch bag […] on your first day. Shame they haven't got a bar. Although Nice is quite expensive the public transport is very cheap.
