Som på de flesta hotell i USA låter värmeaggregatet mycket. Använd öronproppar (flygplanen som startar bullrar också). Annars mycket bra. Bra frukost, men dock bara till 9.30.

Helt perfekt hotell. Helt obegripligt att detta ar ett 3 stjarnigt hotell. Allt helt perfekt. Personalen mycket trevlig och hjalpsam. 5 STARS.

Hade bokat rum med Fallswiew, men blev incheckade på våning 10 och där såg vi bara "misten" från fallet. Pratade med receptionen och blev erbjudna att antingen få ett rum för rökare högre upp eller flytta dagen efter och vi valde det sista och fick dag 2 ett rum på 38:e. Blev vänligt bemötta och fick vårt bagage flyttat under dagen. Frukosten var rejäl, men typiskt amerikansk och utsikten slog allt! Rent och fräscht även om hotellet har några år på nacken. Parkering var ganska dyr (fast bekvämt), svårt att hitta annat alternativ då vi anlände ganska sent och inte kände till området. Plus var den kupong för en fri drink med tilltugg, trevligt! Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse i Niagara Falls

Stora sevärdheter finns vid de stora fallen i Kanada. Fallsview Indoor Water Park, är en av landets största och ligger precis vid början av Rainbow Bridge. I booked this hotel because it had a decent rating and it was close to everything in Niagara. Next time, I would pay the $10 or $20 more to stay in a nicer place. The wallpaper was pealing from the walls, the bath towels may as well have been dish towels, there was some sort of gel on the shower walls, the beds were basically queen sized cots and the […] walls were papyer thin. This would be a good place for a bunch of students on a weekend roadtrip but not ideal for people coming in to town to experience Niagara and do a little winery touring. Läs mer

My boyfriend and I stayed in the honeymoon suite! It was very clean and the room was huge! It was close to all the attractions and stores, and don't forget the amazing falls! Glengate was a very nice stay! Thank You!
"Never go to Glengate Hotel"
We were told that we will get a sofa set, microwave and fridge in the room as complimentary but did not receive anything. Even the customer service at the desk was poor.

"Close and reasonable"
When in Niagara you aren't going to spend a huge amount of time in your room. This is within walking distance of all the sights and is reasonably priced.

The hotel itself is a nice place. Service was excellent! The surrounding area of the hotel brings the hotels appeal down a few notches, but it is a nice place to stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would reccomend this hotel to others

"Stayed for my Birthday"
My wife and I stayed here for my Birthday on August 20th and an early Birthday for her (August 24th). Overall the hotel wasn't bad but it was lacking in the quality of amenities. We booked the "Honeymoon Suite" which had a heart shaped jacuzzi in it. First off there are lights above the tub which were burnt and which I had asked the front desk 3 times […] to have them fixed while we were out for the day. It was never fixed. Secondly the tub wasn't working properly and made a loud noise like it was sucking in water the whole time it was running. When I mentioned these things upon check-out the front desk clerk said maybe they could give me a deal the next time I book....well that doesn't really satisfy the situation at hand but since I pre-paid on this site they couldn't do anything for me. They are also very limited for their parking. They have about 100 rooms and about 50 parking spots....That being said, the front desk clerks were very friendly and easy to deal with and tried to accomodate as much as they could. The location was only a short walk away from Clifton Hill and the main attractions which was nice and very close to a lot of restaurants. All and all it was an enjoyable stay and I would go back, I would just be sure the check out the room first and make sure everything is "up to par". Läs mer
"Nice and clean for a resonable price."
We only stayed one night and were quite satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. We asked for a King bed and were instantly given one. Even though it was a family room and we were only with the two of us. One thing though, there was only one washcloth, and two towels, would of been nice to have a couple more, which they probably would […] have provided if we had asked, but we didn't want to bother housekeeping. Also we were on the third floor, don't know if all the rooms are the same, but when the people next door used their bathroom the sould of the water in the pipes was very LOUD, to the point it woke me up in the morning when they decided to take a shower. The night staff was friendly. The hotel's pretty decent for the price. Coming from Toronto and just staying 1 night, it was good enough. Just wished the honeymoon suite had the balconies.

"The Tower Hotel in Niagara Falls cityview"
Me and my fiance stayed in a cityview room at the tower holy and it turned out to be a perfect weekend. The room was very clean and we had a nice view and we were close to the falls. Everything we wanted to go see or do we could walk to for some things it was a bit of a walk but it wasnt too bad. Valet parking was great their valets went out of their […] way to make our stay there as good as it could be. The staff were all knowledgeable of the area as we were from out of town neither of us had any idea of the area and where banks or grocery stores were or things along those lines but the staff was more than happy to help and gave simple easy to follow instructions on how to get there. We spent most of our time looking at the sites or outside of the hotel but when we came back we were able to crank the AC making the room very comfortable and housekeeping made sure we had enough towels and the bedding was clean. I can say many more good things about the tower hotel and the only bad is the penthouse elevator was a little confussing at first but once we used it once it was very simple. Overall this was a great experience and a great stay 10 out 10. I highly reccomend this hotel to any one, you will not be dissapointed. Läs mer

If you want to stay near the niagara falls( canada ), and dont want to spend a lot, this might be one of the decent option. Rooms are clean and spacious. The service at front desk was helpful, but the room was not very clean. We stayed in the honeymoon suite for 2 nights, and the room was not clean. The toilet paper was at it's last few squares. I didn't expect the hotel to be that super clean. we did not get any warm welcome from the staff at the fron desk..,no remote control for the tv in our room and when i asked the front desk staff about it they said that they will call me back and never heard from them..,and when i went down to the front desk to follow up, the guy from the front desk told me to just check it again and look around inside […] the room because maybe it is just somewhere under the bed or inside cabinet drawers and sarcastically joked on me to just ask somebody to turn on the tv for me and scan all the channels.., so i said to him "i am not stupid enough not knowing how to use the tv without remote, i just don't want to be held responsible for anything that i haven't had and seen"..,this is just a small issue but i believed that big problems start from small things.., Läs mer

"Glengate Hotel - Pleasant and affordable"
We certainly weren't expecting anything too fancy for what we paid, but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and a little bigger than I expected, and the bed was a little uncomfortable (stiff) but not unbearable. I'm not sure where you would park if you don't have a compact car, but I do, so we were able to park in the underground […] lot. Space is pretty tight down there but it was easy enough to get in and out of. I only talked to two staff members throughout the stay, but they were courteous and pleasant to deal with. I was looking for a clean comfortable room for the weekend. We were attending a hockey tournament so we really didn't need to be close to the action. We got a rate that was amazing. "Good place to crash"
This hotel was very satisfactory for what we were looking for, which was a cheap place to crash after getting in to Niagara late. It is by no means fancy but it did the trick. The room was clean and tidy. No issues at check in and check out. No one came knocking on our door when we were hung over at noon the next day which I love. Quick drive to casino, was raining so we couldn't really walk over.....

The hotel was a little out of the central area as described. Yes Majority of the attractions are within walking distance but it is a long walk. Don't expect a good view unless you're into liquidation centres. The one guy behind the desk was very freindly. The room was good, except the mattress made random "boing" on its own. The place was very clean. […] The toilet didn't flush too well, which is important if you plan to eat at the casino buffet. I embarrasingly had to ask the front desk for some extra housecleaning in this regard. The continental breakfast, while only $3 was not very good. It was a nice place to stay. Clean and you have to put up with a bit of noise from upstairs if the rooms are occupied on the floor above you. Was disappointed the room did not have a fridge and they wanted additional $5 per day to have a fridge in the room.

Glengate hotel was less than a 10 minute walk to all attractions in Niagara Falls. Staff were ALL fantastic. Rooms were good sizes and comfortable for what you need them. Beds were not super comfortable and they could spend a few bucks and get good pillows to make up for what's lacking in the beds. Bed covers could be changed too. It was a bit far from the sites to see. Need good legs and to leave early if you have reservations. Parking is free but underground parking is very tight getting in and out. The location was close enough to have walked to all the falls activities or short drive. The hotel was old and needed a few upgrades, but the staff was amazing. They were not only friendly, but helpful. Our only complaint was the mattress. It was old and hard, but we still slept well. Not a very good Hotel, it is a 1 star hotel at best, we booked two rooms with two queen for 3 nights, both rooms were dirty, shower tub would get clogged up even with a little flow of water. Very stingy on toileteries supplies, we only had one small bar of soap for shower & hand washing. We expected atleast 4 towels in a room as each rooms were for […] 4 adults ( 2 queen beds) we only had 3 towels for our entire stay & did not get one even after requesting one. Beds were very uncomfortable with springs poking when you sleep. Hotel is a good 20 minutes walk to Niagara falls & is not at all a family friendly location. This hotel was okay. The surrounding neighborhood was soso. The parking for the hotel was in a dirt lot that was for sale. The description said that there was a fitness room but it was "closed". I will say though, that for just needing a place to shower and sleep, it wasn't bad for the price. The staff was very polite. It is convenient to find this hotel, on the corner of two major roads - it is a little walk to the falls area and there aren't many restaurants or shops in the immediate area. we were just there to spend the night after seeing the falls during the day time. there is a charge for the continental breakfast of $3.99 --- we didn't have it but it sounded […] fairly normal - nothing hot. our room was comfortable and had new carpet and outside patio. the towells were thin and the corners in the bathroom showed the age of the building, although there was new tile around the tub, etc. the price was right and the staff was very friendly -- we just needed a place to stay and when we got in at 10PM on Friday night we were happy to see a Chinese restaurant next door that was open until 11.30PM. we also left after we got up the next morning ---- so it was just a one night stay. The price was definitely right and that's what I was looking for at the time. Free parking was a definite plus. Hotel was fairly new or newly redone. Room was very clean. Location was farther from Falls area than I anticipated. Not within walking distance of much of anything. Room was very small with double bed.
