Ingen lyx hotell, men mycket bra alternativ. Allt är relativt nytt, frächt och välstädat. Mycket bekvämligare alternativ än city hotell i samma prisklass. Undergroud går precis bakom hotellet, och tar ca 15 min till centrala London. Pub The Castle bredvid hotellet har bra pub mat och mycket trevligt personal. Rekommenderar varmt.

Hotellet är beläget i västra delen av London ca 20-25 min med tunnelbana från centrum. När vi anlände uppskattade vi hur nära hotellet låg till stationen North Ancton. Tyvärr visade det sig vara ett problem på kvällarna. Det går tåg var tredje minut och hotellet är dåligt ljudisolerat vilket gjorde att man stördes av de ständiga tågen. Nu hade vi rum […] mot tågstationen och kanske att man inte störs lika mycket i rummen på andra sidan av hotellet? Själva hotellet var ok, inget speciellt men rent och prydligt. Vi betalade extra för frukost, 10 pund/pers och det rekommenderar vi inte. Frukosten var rent dålig med svensk hotellstandard som jämförelse och de hade inte ens ost och pålägg till mackorna, endast marmelad. Hotellet är beläget i North Ancton i ett område som är kombinerat bostads- och industriområde. Det är trafikerat men tunnelbanans centrala linje vilket gör det smidigt att ta sig till shoppingområdena i London utan tågbyte. Det finns en trevlig brittisk pub i närheten med enklare men god mat och givetvis bra öl. Utöver det erbjuder området inte mycket att se utan det blir mycket tågåkande in till stan istället. Det vi var mest negativa till var ljudet från tågen (slutar dock gå vid midnatt) samt den dåliga frukosten. I övrigt var det helt ok för priset och personalen upplevde vi som hjälpsam. Läs mer

Varit i London med två tonårsbarn i 4 dagar. Lungt läge och helt ok avstånd från city. Bra hotell med trevlig personal. Helt ok frukost till det priset. Prisvärt och gästar gärna hotellet igen om det blir London tur

Mycket bra läge med t-banan alldeles bakom hotellet. Hyfsad frukost. Okej rum och bra städning. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo här igen. Pub och affär alldeles i närheten.

Hotellet ligger ett par stationer ifrån centrum men det är "central line" linjen så det går kvickt. Renligheten var felfri och jag kan inte hitta ett klagomål ens om jag försöker. Frukosten var inte den bästa men den ingår i ett redan lågt pris så jag kan inte klaga på något som är gratis. Personalen var femstjärniga, de gjorde allt för att hjälpa […] oss vid ett flertal tillfällen.. Jag har bott på lyxhotell i London och inte fått samma service som jag fick hos Holiday inn Express. Det tog ca 15 minuter till centrala London med tunnelbana. Hotellet i sig var helt ok. Vi saknade egentligen bara bacon och alternativt bröd till formfranskan vid frukostdags. I övrigt var allting mycket bra i förhållande till priset.

Mycket fräscht hotell med lugn och tyst omgivning. Saknade pålägg vid frukosten, endast marmelad. Trevlig pub tvärs över gatan. Rekommenderas !

Ett medelhotell som trots ett ganska lågt pris ändå kändes fräscht och modernt. Läget en bit utanför de centrala delarna av London men tunnelbanan (central line) gick fort in då stationen ligger precis bakom hotellet. Ett minus var att det inte gick och ordna en extra madrass i bäddsoffan som var hård med en kant i ryggslutet. Frukosten kunde även […] den varit bättre med framförallt lite mer pålägg att välja på. Hotellet ligger en liten bit ut, men tunnelbanan kommer ofta. Rent och nytt var det, med mycket bra service. Personalen var effektiv och trevlig. Frukosten helt OK. Vi rekommenderar hotellet! The breakfast was good enough, there could have been more to choose between, but there were scrambled eggs, some fruit, sausage, cerial, milk juice, coffe, tea, hot chocolate, bread, muffins, yoghurt, butter, jam, honey etc. You could also heat hot water in your hotelroom and there were complimentary instant coffee and tea. Everything was fresh and clean, it felt new and modern. Internet wasn't free though, that is probably the only thing we didn't like. Det enda negativa att säga om hotellet är att det ligger en bit från centrum. Tunnelbanan ligger ca100 meter från hotellet, på 20 minuter är man nere på Oxford street. Hotellet är välskött: helt och rent. Frukostbuffén har stort urval och personalen är trevlig. Ett mycket prisvärt hotell!

Hotellet är väldigt mycket bättre än jag förväntade mig. Eftersom det var billigt trodde jag att det inte skulle hålla så hög standard. Det är rent och servicen är bra. Bra hotell nära tunnelbana. Rent och snyggt. Förhållandevis bra frukost:-) Matsalen var i minsta laget så kom i tid:-) Trevlig personal.

Overall very good, hotel is conveneiently located near underground. Only suggestion hotel could use some change in breakfast - it was same breakfast menu for all 7 days

To far away and TUBE not working.. Had to use bus service took much longer to get into town.

It's a Holiday Inn Express, so there's no restaurant, but there was a bar (which we didn't use). Staff were helpful and had selection of local takeaway menus there and ordered for us, calling the room when the delivery guy brought our pizza. Good buffet style breakfast with lots to choose from both hot and cold. Decent enough room, clean and comfortable, […] internet £5 for 24hrs (not too bad), the small car park is a bit of a free for all and £10 a day which seems a lot, but by London prices isn't too bad (just make sure you don't arrive/get back too late). Location is excellent though (straight off of A40), easy to get into and out from. Backs on to North Acton tube station which is on boundary of zones 2 & 3. Hotel also not too far from the Kew Bridge Steam Museum which is the only place in London with running steam trains (only really worth going to on the weekends though as that's when the engines are running and the cafe is open). Would always advise contacting them or checking the website before visiting, great place though. Will definitely use this one again as on balance it worked out pretty well for us, just needs a bit of planning ahead with the evening meal and parking. Läs mer

We chose this hotel because we needed to be in the area. The hotel is better inside than outside - reasonably clean and comfortable, with most of the essentials in place. Excellent value for money not far from central London by tube. Breakfast is very ordinary though - better pay less and have a croissant in a coffee shop somewhere.

The Holiday Inn was very comfortable yet quite a distance from prime locations. Easily a 30-45 minute trip to the city, though only minutes from Notting Hill and the best place of all, Shepherd's Bush. Not much is around the hotel except a Tesco Express, a gas station, a car wash and a pub across the street. The breakfast buffet was astonishing and […] yummy: eggs, sausage, beans, and more! Internet is a problem: it's 5 lbs. a day, though you can go to the pub across the street for free internet. The hotel is right next to a tube stop and bus stop, so that's good. The service was exquisite thanks to Chris and Sheeka, though beware of this other Indian girl - she's cheap! But Chris, Sheeka and the others will give you directions and help with bus/tube stops. Situated on the Central Line (I believe, well it was the red line lol) you literally get off the train and the hotel is right there on the hill. Not far at all from London. Before while I was reading hotel reviews I worried about the distance from the airport and the distance from London, never again will I fear! You take the tube from Heathrow to […] get to the hotel and you take the tube to get to London, easy as pie. The time it takes is probably 30 minutes, but they go by so fast it didn't seem to matter. The room was decent, we booked the full size bed with a pull-out couch. The television was fun. Didn't pay for their wifi, you can find wifi zones in London itself. No complaints with the room. The staff were ok. No raves or grumbling complaints. Though, I'm sure if you needed them for something they would've helped out. The only time I asked them for something was if there was a laundromat nearby, of course she wouldn't tell me yes so I asked the guys at the pub and they knew there was one close by. The surrounding area is nice, as well. I loved the fact there was this pub right there on the corner. Had the nicest people working inside! We were really excited, being new to the U.K. to eat in a real pub haha. There is also a laundromat close-by, probably 10-15min walking that is easy to find. Hi, We've stayed in the Holiday inn Express Park Royal Hotel for 9 Nights - and we can't complain much... for the realistic price we paid we recieved a great room - not very equipped - no valt or small refridgrator, but sufficient if your looking for a place to put your head down at night . This hotel is a good one whit clean rooms nice staff and a nice breakfast. Is is just a minute walk from central line station north acton, very nice!

Hotel was on the central tube line and very convenient for getting into townHotel was excellent Good breakfast.I did order a twin room and thety only had a double but apart from that it was good but not as near to wembley arena as the literature states.

The staff at the hotel (in particular Sarah) were fantastic and provided excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and roomy. It was easy to get in and out of London city on the tube, which was a two minute walk away. Would stay here again.

We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express at the weekend as we had tickets to see The Wizard of Oz. The hotel is on the Central line so within 15 minutes we were there. Room was lovely and clean, hotel was in a quiet spot. The shop next door was great for sweets and drinks for the journey home and the tube station was behind the hotel - perfect! Very well run hotel. The room was very well maintained, modern and clean.The service staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was vey satisfying. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends when they come over to London. The location is VERY convenient to the North Acton tube stop, and the tube station is very well maintained, with a very nice garden at the entrance. The room was typically small, but roomy enough for the two of us to move around. An iron was provided, but not an ironing board. Strange... The hotel exceeded my expectations, the check in and check out were quick and effecient, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. Polite and courteous staff but a little too cozy with taxi operators....paid 36 pounds for a ride that would have cost me 24 pounds....very conveniently located to a train station (tube) and located in a safe area.

Booked this hotel when going to see Take That at Wembely, as advertised as being very close. Was not that close at all, and not good enough areas for three girls to walk through. However, hotel staff very friendly and helpful, especially the chap who gave us a transport plan to get to the concert. I stayed at the hotel for one night. about 2 min walk from tube station which was brilliant. There was major building work going on opposite the hotel but the noise wasnt too noticable and not the hotels fault. There was a broken light in our room and some bits looked like that hadnt been dusted in a while but apart from that i was impressed. There was a long queue when i went for breakfast and the reason being that it looked as it there was only one member of staff clearing the tables and bringing new food out. We had to wait 5 mins for cutlery then when we got that some of the hot food had all been eaten so we had to wait another 5 mins for the food to come out whilst the other hot food that we did have on our plate got a bit cold! Saying that it was a very nice breakfast so i whether its like that every day or whether it was just that day they were short staffed i dont know. This is a perfect option for the budget concious traveller. The hotel is modern, clean and bright. Request the side closest to the train line for quietness because the windows will block all the noise. The buffet breakfast is perfect to get the day going with a selection of cooked dishes as well as cereals, toast and croissants. The station is only […] a 3 minute walk and the line takes you directly to the heart of London in about 30 or 40 minutes if you need to change along the way. The staff are super friendly and obliging. My only point for improvement is the bed - the matress was a bit hard to my liking but I've had worse. Five stars from me. Läs mer

A comfortable stay with a well prepared and presented breakfast. Very conveniently situated just outside London. Within walking distance of the Central line service.

We stayed here so that we could access the tube easily for the Royal Wedding the parking food service and welcome we received were all excellent.The tube is less than a minute from the hotel and although the breakfast was basic we really enjoyed our stay. We were in London for the Royal Wedding and stayed two nights. We couldn't fault our accommodation. The location was fantastic, we got off the tube and the hotel was in sight of the station (although there was no noise). The breakfast (eggs & sausage) were lovely and the staff were very accommodating. We will definately be going back.

We stayed for 2 nights and one thing I can recommend to upcoming guests, the convience of it especially to the metro station which is just 2 minutes walk, supermarket, italian restaurant, cafe and local pub is just opposite the hotel. will surely want to visit this hotel if even I come to london again....

Very handy for the Central Line Tube Station if going into London or going to watch QPR. Nice clean Hotel and Staff friendly. Room was very clean and well appointed.

It was nice to stay at this great hotel for two nights. The underground station is next to the hotel, the area is safe and not far away from the city centre. It really worths the money we paid. Strongly suggested, especially if you travel from London Heathrow. It is just 20 min by taxi from Heathrow.

The staff at check in could not do enough for us, letting us know about travel disruptions and even looking up specialist shops for us when we asked, location is ok, but there is nothing to do near by but convienient to get to city centre Breakfast and room were ok Bed was lovely and comfy

Good Points Easy excess to Subway. Friendly hotel staff. Bad Points Rooms are small by Holiday Inn standard. No fridge/mini bar in the room. Extremely poor selection of TV programs in the room. With nothing much in the neighbourhood you won't want to be spending much time in the room.
