Room clean,TV remote didn't work but was replaced quickly. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, exercise equpment were great. Don't go for the breakfast. Bacon razor thin, scrambled eggs tasted like they were powdered. Staff very pleasant. Hotel right across from airport--restaurants and mall close by.

The hotel was ok. Conveniently located near the airport. Rooms are spacious and bed confortable. Breakfast is avergare, wih eggs, breads, yogurt, cereals. too bad the pancake grill was not working.

Hotel was very close to airport. A bonus. Don't stay when sports teams are there, we had issues all night long, and the police were called.

Close to airport and Warden Galleria. It is tucked in the industrial area so surrounding doesn't look too pleasant. The room itself was okay. Floor / washroom tiles show wear and usage.

Rooms were fine. Halls a little dreary. Overall the hotel was clean, friendly, comfortable and close to airport and Walden Galleria. We could hear the planes overhead...but it was not loud enough to be annoying or cause loss of sleep. Breakfast buffet was included and was tasty with pancakes, eggs, bacon, yogourt, cereal etc. The only fruit offered […] was bananas....a fruit salad or some variety of fruit would make a lovely addition. Room was clean and comfortable, but a bit less than expected for a relatively pricey "executive" suite. The bathroom had no fan and the shower was pulling out from the wall, making it impossible to adjust to the right height. The breakfast buffet was exactly as described in numerous negative reviews on Expedia, with limited selection and a crowded setup. […] It also ends too early, at 10 a.m., especially on weekends, which seemed to be confirmed by the fact there were no empty tables when we arrived at 9:50. We wound up taking the food back to our room, with its lone chair! However, the most surprising and disappointing part of our stay was the lack of parking. We and several other guests were forced to park on the road in front of the hotel, ignoring numerous No Parking Anytime signs. The desk clerk seemed annoyed when I checked to make sure it was OK to park there overnight, despite the fact no mention of the parking shortage was made at check-in. Läs mer

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Buffalo. The location was great for shopping which is why we were there. Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful and the breakfast that was included in the stay was awesome! The only negatives were that the beds weren't great, and the noise from planes (airport is right across the street).

Staffs were very helpful with quick check in, after we arrived on a late snowy night at 1 am. Everything such as entrance, breakfast area, guest room, bed and pillow are comfortable and clean. We stayed for two days to shop and get away, we asked for a king size bed which we received. What we found out was that rooms with king size beds get a shower and ones with two queens get the combo Shower/tub. As my wife prefers a bath this was disappointing as we were not made aware of this fact.

Great Hotel, I was there just for the day to visit Niagara falls, the hotel shuttle is awesome and the staff are lovely. The room was very spacious and clean but the best part is the airport shuttle and the service of the staff.

Friends and I stayed here on a Saturday night for a cross-border shopping trip. The hotel was clean, modern, close to Walden Galleria, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Noise from the airport was not an issue at all. The breakfast in the morning had more of a selection than I expected […] and was pretty good (bagels, muffins, scrambled eggs, cereal, yogurt, etc.). The free parking and wi-fi was also a bonus. We recently stayed at this hotel over the long Thanksgiving weekend. The first two nights were fine. The second two were dreadful! This is not a very big hotel, but there appeared to be plenty of parking for the number of rooms. I'm not sure what the problem was, but we had to park our car out on the street one night and then the next morning we had […] to wait in breakfast line for 15 min just to toast a bagel. The hot food items were all gone. No place to sit either. My thought is that not everyone in that breakfast line and parked in the parking line were registered guests. We were just overnight guests on a shopping weekend. We find this a good location for all the malls. Just a short distance to all of them in the Buffalo area. We arrived around 8:00pm check in was no problem. Large comfy kingsize bed. I like the fact that you can open the window (even if it's only 5 ") its fresh air. The hotel is difficult to get to as it is on a "side road" which is not signed well and appears to be the entrance to an industrial building. Once we arrived, it was a wonderful place to stay. Large room, very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Great value for your money.

Was not familiar with the area but this was Not a bad hotel for the money. Would stay again especially for the complimentary breakfast. There was construction going on behind the hotel which made it hard to sleep in but the great attitude of the staff made up for it.

This appears to be an older holiday inn express, but it's pretty well maintained and comfortable. The location is convenient, near the airport. Staff were very helpful and friendly. For the price we paid, we were pleased with the hotel.

plastic sheets on the bed, stains on the furniture, loud fan going off at all times during the night. Won't ever go back to this place. Rather sleep in my car, even in Buffalo!
