Mycket bra läge med övernattning innan gränsen till Canada och nära Syracuse. Nära till North Greater mall i korsning väg 481 och 31. Vänlig personal och bra frukost. Området kändes säker. Enda minuset att många matställen stängde kl. 22.00 på en måndag.

Jättebra hotel. Det började med att jag berättade om min långa resa från sverige då fick jag snacks och dricka. Första natten var det något oljud troligen någon fläkt. Jag tog upp problemet på morgonen och någon timme senare var det fixat. Sedan kom det upp en låda med complimentary från hotellet p.g.a olägenheten. Stora rum med HD tv i bägge rummen och en stor härlig frukostbuffe.

"Exactly as advertised"
We stayed at this hotel to attend a graduation at Syracuse University, it is reasonably priced and pretty close. It is an industrial park that appears to be dying. The hotel beds seemed a little worn out to us but it was fairly clean and the staff were attentive and helpful. All in all, it was a good experience.Verifierad gästrecension

Nice hotel but there were no towels at the pool and I had 4 11 yr olds swimming. Went to front desk was told we are out of towels they are in the dryer. Waited 1/2 hr for 2 towels was told that's all she had the rest were still in the dryer. Next AM toilet plugged. Kind of inconvenient with 5 people in the room. Called & asked for help. Was told maintenance […] didn't come until 1 pm. I asked for a plunger. Was told there was only one available & someone in another room used it & they didn't have one to let me use. "Enjoyed stay though pool was Dirty!!"
Very nice staff, wasnt bothered in Am from housekeeping,plentiful breakfast (when not busy) My only complaint would be that my entire family was looking forward to swimming since we enjoy our own pool in the summer. Went down to check if the pool was busy. Noone was in int probably because it was filthy. Very cloudy and dirt all over the bottom. "Family winter vacation"
The hotel was very accommodating. It is very near to Syracuse airport. Not too many restaurants close by. Stayed there to go skiing at Greek peak. The distance worked out nicely. Also visited Destiny mall which is close by. The free breakfast was usual but was hot and well- stocked. The indoor pool looked clean and warm but my girls didn't go in. "Two night stay"
The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. 4 pillows for each bed was also a plus. Computers were available for guest use, and wireless internet throughout. The breakfast was great with an assortment of hot and cold items; eggs, sausage, waffles,bagels, toast, danish, juice, cereal, etc. In-room fridges were large. We didn't take advantage […] of the pool but it looked very nice. The location was easy to get to, and close to a variety of restaurants, convenience stores, and drugstores. "Great stay"
Girl at the desk was great and very up beat and helpful when we asked about dining . Pool and hot tub was clean and a great touch. Heater in room was a little annoying turning on and off but not a big issue as most motel rooms are the same. The last nice touch was a free breakfast. Belgian Waffles Yum ! "Close to the turnpike with big rooms but dated"
We stayed here twice actually. The rooms were large so we could comfortably set up the pack n play for our daughter. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms however were a bit dated - older carpeting, furnishings, etc. The first time we stayed, the room was relatively clean but our second room was not. Service is key in this business and their service was splendid, from front desk to EVERY associate we encountered. Kudos to the staff... "room for the night"
Stayed here because it was the only available room for parents weekend at Oswego College. Arrived at the Hotel about 11pm and did not see anyone at the reception desk. After looking around and looking over the counter, I finally saw the clerk at a desk in the corner studying. Thought it would be nice and clean, but our room was far from that. The curtains […] were ripped, the refrigerator was filthy, the toilet bole handle stuck which led to running water, and there was deb-re and plenty of dust behind the night stand between the beds. The continental breakfast was horrible except if you like watery microwaved eggs. I would not stay here. Remember to book your stay in The Oswego Best Western in September for the family weekend. Came to see races at Oswego Speedway and spend the next day shopping at Carousel Mall. Hotel is well maintained. Two floors of rooms. Room with king-size bed was spacious, clean and well maintained. "never again"
The rooms were old, no desks, 17" tube TV, has not been updated since the 90's...no restaurants close by, I have better fitness equipment at my home than they do in there "GYM" , sorry never again will I stay there.Verifierad gästrecension
