Detta hotell är mycket trevligt . Hyfsat centralt i waikiki . Det ända som var dåligt var att det inte hadde kylskåp på rummet .

Ska man bo i Waikiki så är detta ett bra hotell. Bra läge, nära stranden och affärer och restauranger. Däremot så är frukosten enligt svenska mått mätt, inte upp till standard.

The hotel was very clean and well put together. The only thing wrong in my room was the outlet for a lamp but that wasn't a problem at all. Staff was very friendly. It was awesome that you could book your tours right down in the lobby. It was extremley convienant. The hotel breakfeast was very nice and filling. Its about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the […] beach so there is no need to rent a car. Its very close to all the shops. I had a great trip and will probably stay here again on my next visit. Läs mer

If your facing the river side/mountain view, that is the loudest part of town. The neighborhood leaves alot to be desired but overall I'd give it a 3.66 stars. The staff was great, the building and neighborhood was a different story.

This is a very comfortable, convenient hotel in Waikiki overlooking the Ali Wai canal. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Easy arrangements for all attractions. Good breakfast service; absolutely no complaints.

Overall this is a great hotel. It is in a great location, about a 10 minute walk to Waikiki beach (which is perfect, nice and quiet, not nearly as touristy, yet a short walk away). It is also close to all major roads and highways which is convenient to get to the airport, north shore, Pearl Harbor, etc. The rooms were big and clean. Service was excellent. […] Valet parking was very convenient, but it was pricey. It was $25 per day. We went to a resort in Maui after Honolulu, and they included parking in their resort fee. The hotel is only a short walk from the main Waikiki shopping area, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so-so, without a lot of healthy choices, but on the plus side, it's included with the room charge. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and neat. On the down side, however, the sink drain could not be closed (and […] when forced closed, could not be opened) and the room appeared to have been retro-fitted to squeeze one more room than the original design called for. This resulted in some odd and inconvenient angles, such as having to reach around a corner to unlatch the balcony sliding door, or to access the closet. Nice place to stay. Free hot breakfast. Close enough to Waikiki Beach without being right on the main strip.

The hotel floor is very low. It is very noisy in the evening. Motor sound, music in the car passby and sound of wind can hear clearly. The lobby is clean but very small as well as the swimming pool. Types of food for breakfast are little.

Our room was extremely noisy. Couldnt sleep as the windows seemed too thin for the immediat environment. Could loudly ear cars, garbage truck, wind. Air conditioning was not operating properly. We stayed for 8 nights during the middle of December. This hotel was picked for it's Tripadviser rating, price, breakfast and free wifi. Unfortunately the wifi in our room kept cutting out. They offered to move us but we'd already unpacked. The breakfast was not special and you had to get in early or they'd run out. The staff were always lovely though […] and while I'd probably stay closer to the beach next time (it is a good 10 minute walk to Waikiki Beach) this hotel was very well represented. The evening and early morning noise was a turn off as well as our view of a "hostel" across the road. The Coconut is a fantastic little hotel tucked just a few blocks from the best spot in Waikiki. Though not adjacent to the beach, it is in a prime location just up the road from the Royal Hawaiian Shopping center, and mere 5-10 minute stroll to the sandy shores proper. A wonderful boutique style aesthetic makes it stand out a great deal from the competition, […] stylish, well kept, and attractive. We recently stayed in Hawaii for our honeymoon and chose this hotel for the two nights before flying home. It was a very pleasant surprise to have excellent value and wonderful staff. Out of all the hotels we stayed in, this is the one that made us feel like they wanted us to be there. We stayed here for a few nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms comfortable. The only slight negative was that the air con was very loud and the noise from the main road even louder which made sleeping slightly difficult. We stayed for three nights and beds were not made and towels were not replaced on the 2nd day. The garbage can was not cleaned out as well on the 2nd day. All other amenities were good including the breakfast. The room was spacious. The location was quite convenient for the 3 places we were visiting. Overall good value.

We stayed here for our last 2 nights in Hawaii thinking any old bed will do,pity we didn't have longer to enjoy the hotel, we didn't expect to have 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies a sitting room with a flat screen tv and the comfiest bed in the world! The front of house staff were lovely and there were complimentary teas, coffees and water throughout the day, […] plus a continental breakfast which we missed cos of the afore mentioned comfy bed! The hotel is off the main strip which is good as you don't get the noise but within walking distance of everything you need. The only down side and this is getting a bit picky is the size of the pool, it is really small, but then again you don't come to Hawaii to swim in a pool ;) If we ever stay in Waikiki again this will be the first on our list. If you don't care about being on the sea and want a reasonably priced alternative, this hotel is for you. Just blocks from shopping and the sea. Great breakfast s included. Staff very accommodating and concierge is present to help with tours.

We were pleased with the Best Western, it is not a resort style hotel so don't expect to spend a lot of time there. It is the choice to make if, like us, you're out and about and just want a convenient place to stay thats comfortable and value for money.

We were sight-seeing and the location was excellent. But, if one is in Honolulu for the beach, the beach is a 10-15 minute walk. we were in room 908 and it seemed to me that the "8" room on each floor war the best. And the higher the better. Service was excellent. the comp breakfast was very good (I liked the waffle machine). Go and enjoy.

Recent renovations can't hide that this building was constructed over 40 years ago and it shows. While the staff was friendly enough, I called after I departed about some items left behind and there was no follow up despite promises to email or call. The location is close enough for a short walk to Waikiki, but the pool is a joke, tucked in a courtyard […] and super small. Too many options in Honolulu to choose this one, go on to the next choice. The only complaint we have is the bathroom was very small. All other aspects of the hotel were very good.

I spent 4 days in this hotel during a business trip on March 2011. They gave me a room on the top floor overlooking the mountains. You can tell this hotel has been renovated recently but the doors (entry and balcony) and air conditioning system have not. It was windy and the door to the balcony was producing a rattling noise day and night. Similarly […] the AC unit inserted in the wall was old and its compressor regularly was making a horrible noise. The doors and windows are not soundproof and the hotel is adjacent to the Ala Wai Blvd. Even on the 10th floor with the windows and door closed you can hear trucks and noisy cars. All this made for an unpleasant stay. It was very difficult to sleep being constantly woken up by one noise or another even with ear plugs. Breakfast is OK but has nothing special. Service is slightly below average. Some staff members are very nice while other don't even acknowledge your presence. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and I know I will never be back. Läs mer

I have never seen a hotel staff say "yes" as much as this one. They bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. The hotel has fewer than 80 rooms so after staying a week and eating breakfast with many of the same people it felt like home. The unlimited lemonade, lemon water and pineapple tea added a nice touch. The free computers and printing were […] fantastic as many of the other hotels charge their guests for this service. I would only ask that yogurt be made a permanent part of breakfast and that our room could be made up before late afternoon. Talked to the general manager with a promise of a response in 30 minutes. We liked to store one piece of luggage until we return in a week, saving us the trouble of lugging unnecessary belongings while hopping other Hawaiian islands. Staff was very good, but location was extremely noisy...road noise, many loud motorcycles, street light next to hotel causes lots of stops and starts. Breakfast was minimal...no fruit or hot food. Just waffles, coffee, etc.

Very good experience. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly, especially the front desk. Continental breakfast had fairly good selections to start the day. Room was small but adequate and very clean. Good location. No complaints. Would not hesitate to go back to this hotel and recommend to friends.

The staff and the hotel accommodations were first class in respects. I wholdheartedly recommend this hotel for a Hawaii visit.

this is a very well maintained hotel, excellent decor and very clean. the location is good as well. I will stay there again on my next visit. The hotel staff was excellent, except for the Sunday afternoon valet, young man lacked customer service skills.

our stay at the best western coconut was wonderful. the suite had tons of room to relax. even though it was a little ways to the beach, this is now the only place i will stay in waikiki!

The hotel is a great location and walking distance to the beach. The staff provided excellent support and the rooms were great.

Most guests were of senior citizen age, still the place was well kept and the service was awesome. Leonevi and Crystal (spelling?) were really friendly and attentive. Check-in is at 3p, unless you do early check-in.

My husband and I were pleasantly suprised by this hotel. Being a Bestwestern we didn't have high hopes. But the staff, room, and amenities were excellent. We would definately stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. *their pool is tiny...but the beach is just down the road a ways.

This hotel is a small boutique hotel so don't expect anything flash. The room we had was very clean but there are 2 negatives the air conditioning was so noisy we had to turn it off and there was a lot of noise coming from the street which woke us up in the early hours of the morning every night. This place is located near, but not directly on the busiest part of Waikiki. It was within walking distance of several resturants and shopping. Staff here was very friendly and helpful. Good $ value in my opinion.

Very courteous and professional, I would definitely stay here again for my vacation in Waikiki.

The rooms were much better than I expected, and it seemed like the entire hotel was recently refurbished (think elegant-chic). Also, the hotel is located within walking distance to all the 'action' in Waikiki. Marry this with the fact that the rooms are reasonably priced (considering this is Waikiki), and it is easy to conclude that the hotel is just […] perfect! This hotel was better than what we expected for the $$. This was our first visit to Waikiki, looking to travel on a budget. This hotel was perfect. The room was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in, including the spotless microwave. The bed was big, comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful, kind and efficient. Wasn't sure what to expect with […] the Continental breakfast, but it was delicious and different items each morning with items such as fresh fruit (pineapple, oranges, and apples), cereal, Belgium waffle makers, and danishes/cinnamon rolls, etc. It was very nice having the business center avaliable 24 hours a day to find directions or check email. The hotel is located within a short walking distance of many high-end shops, restaurants and most importantly, the beach. If you are looking for a nice, clean, affordable hotel in Waikiki and do not mind being slightly off the "main drag", I would highly recommend this hotel. Läs mer

The front desk staff was awesome. LeAnn gave great tips for the best use of our time. Housekeeping staff was very friendly. Rooms are SMALL, but fine. It was pretty clean really.
