Personalen är mycket vänlig och hjälpsam, läget är bra, vi är nöjda med det mesta... Priset är dock högt, men det är ju Venedig...

Ett stenkast från flygbusshållplatsen med vacker utsikt över Canale Grande ligger detta charmiga lilla hotell. Vårt rum, ett hörnrum med utsikt åt två håll - dels över järnvägsstationens framsida (inte så fult som det låter - mest bara en funkislåda), dels över en av stadens många broar - var rent (nya lakan och handdukar varje dag) och nyrenoverat. […] Personalen osedvanligt glad och tillmötesgående. Litet famijärt hotell med mycket trevlig personal. Nära till bussterminal, järnvägsstation och vattenbussarna. Ganska långt från Markusplatsen och andra sevärdheter men då det finns mycket att se i Venedig gör det inget då det finns mycket att se på vandringen dit.

A very nice hotel with a perfect location by the Grand Canal and a short walk from both the bus and train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable rooms (we had a room with a view of the Grand Canal) and breakfast included. Look no further:-)

Vi fick gratis uppgradering från trebäddsrum till en svit. Mycket tillmötesgående personal, med familjär och genuint serviceinriktad attityd. Hotellets läge perfekt, både vid ankomst med flygbuss eller med tåg. Dessutom är det alltid lätt att hitta till hotellet för nya Venedig-besökare med närhet till stor central vaporetto-station. A very nice hotel located in central Venice. The staff was extremly helpful ( an incident with a lost purse ) and gave us recommendations to a few great restaurants in the surrounding area. The room was beutiful and very tidy. The beds are firm but that's how we prefer them. We truly recommend this hotel!

Läget, nära buss, tåg och vaporetto, minimerar slåpandet på bagage. Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal. My family and I stayed here for 3 nights, May 4-7, 2013. We agreed it was the best service of any hotel we have been to, and we travel a lot. We were upgraded to a lovely suite and the staff was so helpful with tour arrangements, restaurants, etc. a true gem!

A limited breakfast selection but very attentive and caring staff. Lovely room but tv fairly useless as the only english stations were news channels. I didn't sleep on our last night because the hotel bar was so noisey, this was especially frustrating as I had an early flight to catch. We decided to upgrade (for a fee) to a superior room that overlooked the Grand Canal. The room was large, well kept and had Murano glass light fixtures. Breakfast was very good with good variety. Room was beautifully decorated in keeping with Venetian style, great view of the Grand Canal . Location was spot on if like me you don't want to be right on top of the main attractions but close enough to enjoy stroll. Great location near bus to airport and vaporetto to everywhere in Venice. Staff goes above and beyond to respond to requests. Breakfast is a treat and the choice of coffee, capuchino, or expresso is a nice touch. Would return to Venice just to stay there again.

We upgraded ourselves to a bigger and newer room on arrival. The room is extremely beautiful with nice furniture. The toilet is huge with two wash basin and 2 bidets. The staff are very attentive. They will ask if we know what to do for the day and how to go around Venice. The location is good as it is easily accessible from the car park and station. The hotel staff were all very friendly and spoke excellent English. We had an upgrade to a 'suite' a hundred yards from the main hotel. This had a bedroom, lounge area, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen had tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, dishwasher and 2 hotplates. […] However there was no equipment with which to cook. There were plates, cups and saucers, spoons and forks. This was a great pity as we found amazing markets in Venice and would ahve liked to be able to cook a meal. Also hot water was unreliable. It was also necessary to walk to teh hotel for breakfast, which wouldn't have been pleasant in inclement weather. Breakfast was plentiful and good standard. My wife and I stayed here in Jan. 2013 we had a great view from the top floor, it's a beautiful hotel, the hotel staff was excellent and the location is very convenient to everything would love to stay here again if we come back to Venice.

The location and ambiance were spectacular! The staff, breakfast and accommodations were beyond expectations. We had a brief stay and would like to have stayed longer, but kept moving. We probably tried to put too many people in a room, but they took our requests and were lovely.

Very good location, easy walk from the train station and a little bit away from the highly tourist areas. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. All spoke wonderful English and had great suggestions for things to do in Venice. Wonderful included breakfast. Had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend the hotel to a friend.

The hotel is very easy to locate as it's just opposite of the train station. Hotel staff are mostly very friendly and helpful. The coffee lady is very helpful and was kind enough to ask to refill our cappuccino once she saw we are half way done. We spent two days at the hotel before a cruise and wanted to find a comfortable, reasonably priced hotel that was well located. This hotel is a little gem. Located on the Grand Canal directly across from the train station. The staff is amazingly helpful and knowing only about three words of Italian was not a problem at all. From the moment we arrived […] we were provided with a map and helpful information for getting around the City, finding a place to eat and more. The room, while relatively small, was more than adequate, comfortable and immaculately clean. The little bar area near the front desk has a few tables and is a quiet place where you can use the free WiFi and have a drink. The breakfast, included with the price of the room, is very nice. There is also a free boat ride to the glass factory that stops in front of the hotel in the morning. When we left, the staff also helped us arrange transport to the cruise terminal. Service and location of this hotel was great, especially the price for a hotel right across from the train station and the water-taxi station. Easy to get to from the airport by taking the airport shuttle bus. Staffs were helpful, speak fluent English. Breakfast was good. Standard rooms were small as it is common in Europe. We stayed in an newly remodeled […] room which was down the street from the main hotel building. If you do not mind to be away from the lobby and walk down a narrow street, this is a good deal. However, be aware that this new section do not have an elevator, you have to carry your luggages up the floors. Wi-Fi are free in all rooms. The hotel is within walking distance to Dodge's palace, St. Marks Square and the shopping districts. We took the water taxi in the morning to Dodges Palace and walked back after dinner. The hotel staff could not have been more welcoming. We were a party of 9 and we were slightly concerned about the amount of rain and floods that Venice was having but the hotel had emailed us to let us know it was 'a picturesque high tide' and that we would enjoy splashing around in our rubber boots.
