Hotell Beachtree Villas - Kissimmee

I went down there with 6 people in my group, and I didn't think it was bad at all. The place you register is not in the same place as the villa but it wasn't very far. We got registered quick, the staff was nice, and I had my villa by 4pm. My only drawbacks were that 1) we were put on the bottom so we heard too much stomping upstairs, 2) the door needed […] painted, and 3) there was not a drain by the front door, so when it stormed, we had to wade through 6 inches of water. Good value. Close to stores, restaurants, parks. Pool was a bit small but the kids had a good time regardless. Bed in master suite a bit uncomfortable but other beds were fine. It Is a place to sleep. Not the best neighborhood, but still not to far to drive to the attractions. No place to sit on the outside of apartment. Plenty of space inside, but a bit dark, few lamps and dark interior. Nice but small and deep pool in the area. Not for kids or no swimmers. We will find something else next time.

the hotel room/condo was nice and roomy, the only problem we experienced was the mattresses were all very firm. Also the office to the hotel was in a residential neighborhood, so when we tried to check in at 11 pm, we found ourselves lost looking for a hotel not a house. We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very close to grocery stores. The bedrooms were a little small, but the kitchen and living room were very large. It would have been better if they had a blanket for each of the beds. We could only find five blankets and we needed six. Other than that we enjoyed the place.

The rental was nice sized but it had a musty smell and the carpet needed to be replaced. The toilet in the master bath was constantly flushing on its own. The neighbors decided to move in at 2a.m. and were noisy while doing so. Over all it was an ok experience might rent again.

Not so sure about this place. Last time we stayed near Disney, we stayed at the Emerald Island Resort (which they had on-site office mgmt). The A/C must shut off at night so you wake up hot in the middle of the night. The place was worn (the tub in the Master bath needed to be re-surfaced, there was a hole in the tile in the hall bath, the beds are […] too low to the ground (uncomfortable), the kitchen counters needed to be replaced (for the purpose of liability). this was a wonderful way to enjoy a relaxing "one tank trip" for the weekend with the family. We have small children so the rooms were spacious and convenient. loved the playground and the pool! great family vacation!!

It was very spacious for my family of 5. I will like to recommend that you change the mattreses. I left florida aching all over. Also, you should have a welcome packet that includes a small packet of washing detergent, coffee and filter dishwashing liquid. nice,big and roomy. not a resort but nice and quiet, 10 am check out is a hour too early.

We stayed with our two small children and two grandparents. We had a 3 BDRM condo and it had plenty of space for all of us. Also, the drive to the Disney Parks was a very quick one - especially with some tips from the condo main office staff. We were very happy with our choice

only negative thing, the manager is kind of hard headed. doesn't compromise. They charged us ridiculous amount after checkout because of some minor details and plus they had a late cheeckout fee of 35 dollars and there checkout is on 10 am well if u have a family with lil kids on vacation they tend to sleep past 10, just hope they look into that unless […] thats there way of making money Läs mer

We were 5 adults and 2 children in a roomy three bed room vila, spacious and near everything that is offered for the tourists in Florida. Check out time needs to be closer to noon for the money paid. Everyone enjoyed the villa stay.

Great price, a bit further than any usual villa we had previously stayed at. The villa was very clean, however, the mattresses are in desperate needs of changing, and the pillows were hard as sandbags. We bought pillows the next morning in Walmart. No sponge in the kitchen and no soap in the powder room. There is no after-hours recourse in case of emergencies or crucial maintenance requirements. For after-hours arrivals, this is disastrous -- my party usually arrives during after-hours. The reservation, specifically, was for a 3-bedroom apartment, but one of the bedrooms was locked and unavailable on Friday night when we arrived. Members of the party […] had to sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room -- it was not comfortable. The A/C was bad upon arrival and stopped working completely by the second day. I reported the situation during registration the following day. I was told that a technician had just checked the unit, but that someone would come again. They may have. I cannot be certain because we spend very few of the day hours in the apartment. The second evening the A/C unit seemed to run weakly, but by morning it was definitely not working again. By the time we came home from the Disney parks and dinner, we could no longer reach anyone at Beachtree Villas and there was no air whatsoever coming out of the vents in the apartment. We spent a terrible last uncomfortable night. I will not be returning to Beachtree Villas. There are other rental providers in the vicinity which for just a few more dollars a night provide nighttime service. The entire situation and all the inconvenience might have been avoided if we had been given the option to move to a different unit. Läs mer

We stayed in a 3BR condo on quick notice over a weekend. The rates were great, especailly for a 3BR condo. I imagine weekly rates are even better. The condo was very clean. Beds were a little soft for my liking, but surprisingly I slept very well. Had one issue with a toliet backing up, but a plunger was avaialbe and the situation was quickly remedied. We […] are use to staying in hotels so remember when renting a condo, bring you own tolietries (all of them including toliet paper and other paper products). Roomy.Good location.Very quiet. We love it. However, I found carpet was dirty, and master bedroom mattress was very soft.

We stayed at the Beach Tree Villa's - They were very comfortable, convenient and a safe place to stay for all. The pool was area was very clean and everyone that worked in the lodge was very nice. The Tennis Courts were also really great. When we checked in the Customer Service that we received was excellent. We were given maps of Florida, coupons […] & brochures to every place that we were interested in. The Customer Service Rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. He really made us feel welcome. loved everything about this place, very close to disney world. would definately stay there again. only thing i didnt like was the early ck out, 10am, but since everything was great and no problems i cant complain about that.

The rooms were clean. It was in a nice area. Good location to all parks. However the furniture was very uncomfortable, the hide a way bed had no support, it went to the floor when my nine year old got in it. The beds were real stiff, I could not get comfortable. The dishwasher was falling apart and missing pieces. The linen needs to be replaced. The […] tvs are outdated so no gaming systems will connect to them. We got exactly what was advertised. The room was spacious we had 8 people with so that was very important. The room was very clean not a bug to be found. Upon checking in the gentleman was very helpful and friendly. Everything we needed was there except a cookie sheet (not a big deal) there was a ample supply of toilet paper, paper towles, dishwasher […] soap etc. to get us started. WE were hoping to have a room that was clean, decent, and spacious to rest our exhausted bodies after our long days at the theme parks and thats what we got. 作り、雰囲気、広さ、設備・・・・・ どれをとってもコストフォーパフォーマンス最高です！！ 近くにレストランもたくさんあり２４時間スーパーもあります。 ディズニーにもすぐ（１０分くらい）です。 でも事務所の場所と宿泊棟は車で２～５分くらい離れてますし、その時々で場所も変わります。しかも、事務所のＯＰＥＮ時間や曜日、それ以外の時の鍵の受け取り等考えると英語ができ、運転もＯＫ，地図見るのも得意くらいの最低要素ありますね（笑） 一度慣れてしまえばいいですけどね。 どちらにしても、出発前に日本のオフィスとその辺の確認が必要なホテルです。

Me reservaron y cobraron 2 villas y solo utilice 1; a pesar de haber reclamado, pues el error no fue mio, la reservacion confirmada decia "1 villa con 2 habitaciones" y me facturaron 2 villas con 3 habitaciones cada 1 y eramos solamente 4 personas. Tuve que pagar el doble de lo que valia por un error en la reserva del hotel y no aceptaron explicaciones […] aunque presente pruebas de que el error no era mio. Läs mer
