Snyggt och prydligt hotell med fina rum. Området är kanske inte Paris mysigaste, men tunnelbanan ligger inte så långt borta.

Väldigt bra hotell för familjer Vi hade 2 rum med gemensam dörr. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell!

Hotellet är trevligt och bra, men läget är lite avsides. Det ligger 23 minuter med metro från de mest centrala delarna av Paris. Åker man med barn och inte har bil med sig är läget inte det bästa.

Om man någon gång bott på ett hotell som tillhör Novotel-kedjan så vet man på ett ungefär hur hotellet, rummen, atmosfären och servicen är. Novotel Paris Porte d'italie är ett hotell som på ytan ser ut som ett Novotel men det är bara ytan. Som boende på hotellet befinner man sig i ett kaos. Personalen är oengagerad och otrevlig. Under de 4 nätter […] vi bodde på hotellet så var frukosten ett kaos. Som mest fick vi vänta i 20 minuter för ett bord. Väl framme vid bordet fanns inga koppar eller bestick. Efter en stunds tjatande fick vi koppar men servitrisen berättade att det fanns inga rena skedar. När vi frågade hur man skulle kunna äta yoghurt mm utan sked så sa hon bara förlåt och gick iväg. Helt okej för en övernattning, blev trångt flera dagar för fyra. Barnens bäddsoffa mycket obekväm, tom dottern på 10 år klagade över ryggvärk. Fick dela handdukar 3 till 4 personer.

Sämsta service inriktade personal. Om man jobbar på hotell branschen bör man åtminstonde kunna engelska. Inga tydliga skyltar vad det gäller kväll inpasering. Ingen information om att en extra tax avgift per natt å person tillkommer vid utchecking - vilket bör informeras vid inchecking. Handfatet behövdes rensas, då vattnet tog lång tid att rinna ner […] i avloppetsröret. Ingen almänt information i rummet så allt behövdes frågas i receptionen å med deras engelska var det inte så lätt. Trotts tidigare kontakt med hotellet om önskemål att ha 2 rum bredvid varandra, icke rökare så får man rummen på olika plan å ena för rökare, vilket luktade så rökig i rummet. Är man ute efter billig sovplats nära Metro, så funkar det. I närheten finns det en billig konditori där man för halva hotelletsfrukostpris får istället en stor sandwidsh, dricka å valfritt dessert/bakverk. Så gott!! Läs mer

Billigt, rent och snyggt hotell med några minuters promenad till metron. Åker vi till Paris igen med familjen bokar vi utan att tveka detta hotell igen.

Ett bra och fräscht hotell i södra utkanten av Paris. Att det inte ligger centralt är dock inga problem eftersom metron ligger nära. Frukostbuffén var toppen men det var tråkigt att personalen inte berättade förrän vid utchekning att den inte ingick i hotellrummet. Vid utcheckning fick vi även reda på att vi var tvungna att betala en viss avgift/skatt […] för att vi hade bott där. Sammantaget ett bra hotell och jag skulle absolut bo där igen! Läs mer

Efter att ha bott fem nätter på hotellet kan jag konstatera att det är ett prisvärt alternativ till de mer centralt belägna hotellen .Hotellet låg endast några hundra meter från Tunnelbanan så man kunde lätt ta sig till olika delar av Paris. Tunnelbanan är ett mycket bra , billigt och enkelt sätt att färdas på. Hotellet var rent och snyggt och man prioriterar […] miljötänkande. Bra Hotell med fräsha rum och en fin frukostbuffé. Mycket servivevänlig personal vid frukosten, men den var sämre på kvällen då vi åt middag en kväll. Garage i källaren, 13 Euro per natt för en bil får väl ses som rätt ok. Hotellet ligger ett par hundra meter från den närmsta Metronstation som sedan tar en snabbt in till centrum. it was good, rooms were clean, staff were friendly enough. was quite close to the nearest metro, the kremlin-bicectre. it was next to the freeway but it wasnt too load and didnt really impact on the stay! would definately stay there again if i came back to paris! MERCI!

Great stay and very helpful. Little disappointing that the taxi that was booked for us by the hotel staff cost €80 (it was a 12 seater) but the 4 seater on the way back only cost €8.

Good: bathroom was nice, hair drier, fridge and safelock included . Bad: bed and sofa bed were old and not very good condition . PremierIn's beds much better than this. I expected it better than PremierIn's but not the case.

Easy to find (big lit sign, just next to Preipherique) - fine to walk to from tram stop/metro at Place d'Italie. The room was huge, even had a sofa. I spent a relaxing evening watching France has Got Talent enjoying a delicious omlett and apple tart (room service).

Service was very poor, we booked a triple occupancy room but found room only set up for two upon arrival (i.e., 2 x towels, cups etc). Despite making them aware of this they continually set the room up for two people every time room was serviced.

How this hotel could be rated a 4-star still baffles me. We got no help with our luggage and trying to get my 10-month old son, my mother and our suitcases to our room was not very easy. Next, it is one thing to have worn carpets and entirely another to have both worn and very dirty carpets with lots of stains. A few of the ceiling tiles in our room […] were falling. The lighting in the rooms and hallway was also very poor, dark and eerie. The staff during breakfast were robot-like with no smiles, banging plates and simply not helpful. The situation was so bad that we asked for the manager and gave him the feedback right away. The breakfast itself was OK with a variety however the horrible carpet and dirt on the walls simply made the food unappetizing. The internet was very slow. The staff at the front desk were a bit friendly and exhibited some customer service when we needed directions or had questions. The safe in our room did not work and the front desk manager came to our room to assess the situation. He immediately offered to switch our room which was a positive thing. We had no trouble accessing the tourist attractions and we did not feel unsafe when returning home at night.The hotel is walking distance from the Porte D'Italie metro stop on the Line 7. If you are looking for a 4-star hotel this is definitely not the one. This hotel needs a remodel. The staff could also learn a thing or two about customer service. I will not recommend this facility. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I dealt with Oliver at the desk, whose English was much better than my French. Lobby is bright, clean, modern. The room was a bit out-of-date. I saw it was built in 2004. Seems to have gone through a lot in 8 years. Bed was alright - nothing special. The pillows were thin - next to no padding. I was able to find […] one in the cabinet with considerably more support. The hotel IS right next to a major thoroughfare, but the noise didn't really bother, and we're not city folk. I've certainly stayed in louder hotels, which were more centrally located, and therefore had more disruptive "street" noise, as opposed to the din of the expressway outside this place. We didn't try the restaurant, but I had a very good espresso one morning. The Porte d'Italie metro stop is the closest. Not a bad walk, and my two kids (6 & 9) handled it with little problem. One thing we ran into, which I suspect is prevalent elsewhere in Paris, was the lack of taxis at the hotel. We could either call for one, which then adds 10 Euros to the cost of the taxt ride, or walk to the metro station, and grab one at the taxi stand. Once we went to the taxi stand, where there were four empty taxis parked with no drivers. So we waited 5 or 10 minutes, and thought we'd be better off calling, when one finally came. On the same major road as the metro stop, there are a number of places to eat and shop, including a very US-style mall within walking distance. Läs mer

The Hotel is easy to reach, just off the Peripherique, and for our scope was conveniently positioned (Bercy), easy to commute in and out of town, Metro is 5 min. brisk walk away. However service was relaxed and slow, i.e. it took 30 min. to get a toilet paper roll, as there wasn't one in the room... Breakfast was horrible, and pricey, really very poor, […] stale bread, liquid, under cooked eggs, little choice. Wifi did not work, ever during our 4 day stay, had to pay for external service. Parking, boy it is tight!! and comes at a very high price of 17EUR per night. Hotel however is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly, and i would not rule this hotel out for future stays, it is very reasonably priced for Paris. Do check you have all essentials, and take my word, have breakfast somewhere else, plenty of choice in Paris... Läs mer

My husband, myself and our five children stayed at this hotel. We had two rooms. They were not connecting as we requested but they were side by side which was fine. The rooms were clean and nice and a good size. The bathrooms were also very nice. Even though we were very early, the front staff was able to let us check-in to one of our rooms at 11:30am […] which was so wonderful because we were tired from travelling. The young lady who checked us in, also gave our children toys which they enjoyed! The only negative comment that I have is that the hallway was dimly lit, which for safety reasons was a concern. the room was large and comfortable for a family of four (age 7 and 5 children) - room was ready for sleeping when we arrived and sofa bed already made up. lovely bathroom. Down side - only 2 news channel in english- all else in french. Breakfast was hit and miss on whether it was hot or cold- mainly cold mushrooms and egg. Bring your own toaster as […] you will be there forever when it decided to work. Otherwise a nice selection. Playstation and internet access that was free was a surprise extra and kids loved it. although located to a very busy carriage way- no noise could be heard and we could see the effiel tower out the window and the beam it produces at night- so overall a very good price compared to other hotels we had looked out. I have great admiration to Novotel hotels but not this one. Firstly, the location if very far - at the edge of southern Paris. Metro station is very far and has only one access route. There is no bus that ply this road and taxi is very seldom. The road from the Metro to the Hotel at night is dark and gives you goosebumps. Now for the room. I do not […] like the arrangement of the toilet and the bathroom. They separated the toilet from the bathroom and you need to go out of the bathroom just to use the toilet. There is no water in the facet. Furthermore, the AC was not working well. We tried to asked the receptionist how to adjust the AC, they just replied set the Honeywell control panel to -5 and fan 3. The result? We spent two nights in a very hot room. We have to open the windows so that the cooler breeze would at least make the place liveable. Going back here? Thank you but no thanks! Läs mer
