We stayed at this hotel only one (1) night which was our loss; what a great hotel! As a family of four we booked a Double Double Executive Room which was great and very comfortable for all four of us. Two big double beds. We also had access to the Executive lounge which was very convenient and good for us with 2 kids. NIce and calm atmosphere. Good […] breakfast too. Parking was pricy but convenient in the hotel garage. But most of all we were so impressed by the art deco design and the feeling we got! Very nice! Vi hade tur att bli uppgraderade och fick tillgång till executive lounge med frukost, dricka, kakor osv. Mycket trevligt, proffsig personal och fint rymligt rum. Mycket bra med concierge service som hjälpte med att rekommendera restauranger.

Hotellet var enligt förväntningar. Man har mycket personal och god standard. Man är mån om sina gäster utan att överdriva. Helt klart står kunden i centrum.. Ett trevligt alternariv till vanlig frukost är att istället betala fast pris för hela vistelsen och ha tillgång till snacks och fika från tidig morgon till sen kväll. Mycket bra service - särskilt om man har tillgång till executive lounge. Detta var ovärderligt för en småbarnsfamilj - alltid tillgång till mellanmål, mat och dryck. Parc Monceau alldeles i närheten kan rekommenderas för barnfamiljer eller andra som vill ha lekplats eller någonstans att koppla av eller springa av sig.

Good hotel with great service and good location. The only problem was with the breakfast that we had payed for in advance but upon arrival we were told it wasn't prepaid. Luckily it was solved but it's not the perfect beginning of a vacation.

Hotellet var super! Jättefint och lyxigt (vilket märkets inte minst på priserna i restaurangen...). Som sagt, jag och min man reste till Paris en weekend med vår 1-åring. Det var inga problem med barn på hotellet! På rummet fanns vattenkokare att värma hennes mat och en liten plats i minibaren "for your personal use" vilket är toppen när man har med […] sig mat till en liten! Fantastiskt läge, lätt att ta sig runt ifrån hotellet. Tog oss ca fem min att komma till Champs-Élysées. Hotell rummet var fint men det var inte särskilt stort. Personalen var jätte trevlig och hjälpsamma. Roomservice var sjukt bra, jätte go mat och snabb service. Men ett stort minus till frukosten. Var sjukt dyrt och inte alls särskilt imponerande. […] Så min rekomendation om frukost är att istället ta ett mysigt cafe i närheten.. Slutgiltligen detta är ett hotell som jag själv hade kunnat komma tillbaka till men tror nästa gång blir ett område som är lite "billigare" =) kanske lite mer mys i marais området.. Min pojkvän och jag spenderade två nätter här. Det var en angenäm upplevelse. Personalen i både restaurang och reception var underbart trevliga. Frukosten var helt kanon! Fantastiskt utbud! Det lilla negativa var att med standarden i åtanke var det lite fläckigt med skitiga bestick på rummet. Hotellet rekommenderas starkt!

Good hotel with good location. Champs E ca 10 min, and shopping (Printems, G Lafayette) 10 min. Close to park for jogging. Quiet area, but then nothing interesting in the immediate vicinity. Gym OK, breakfast very good! If you book for e.g. a weekend a good idea is to book an executive room which gives you access to the lounge where you can relax with […] a snack and a glass after the day and before the evening. Upon check-in the clerk at reception told me that we had a king room not an Executive King room. After I said that I had confirmation from Hotels.com for an Executive King room, the reception clerk accompanied me to the business center where I showed the clerk my email confirmation for the Executive King room and I took a photo of the confirmation on […] the computer screen to show the guest services manager who said that I was lying about the Executive King reservation. After we returned to the reception desk, the woman guest service manager came out and insisted that I did not have a reservation for an Executive room. Even after I showed the woman guest service manager the photo on my phone of the reservations AND the reception desk clerk told the manager in my presence that he had seen the email, the woman guest service manager insisted that I show her the email confirmation. I told her that i had never been treated like that ever in any 5 star hotel, and asked her "after you see proof yourself that I paid for an Executive King Room what are you going to do to make up for what you are doing?" after obtaining proof from Hotels.com, her excuse was that "we changed our computer system 2 days ago." We were not given an upgrade or dinner comp or anything, to make up for her rude and incompetent behavior. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Läs mer

For a 5 star hotel ? No turn down, had a cup of tea at 3.30pm no one collected dirty cups. Some building work going on above our room started drilling at 8am still not stopped when I checked out at 12. When I checked out no one asked me if everything was ok with my stay which is poor customer service. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were well maintained though the cleaner didn't make up the soft bed on a daily basis. Overall the service was good and we were fortunate to be upgraded and had full use of the Executive Club lounge which was excellent and the staff both helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and quite sound-proof. The hotel has a restaurant serving breakfas/lunch/dinner, but breakfast is only buffet, so it gets expensive. You're better off grabing an orange juice/coffee/muffin at the nearby Starbuck. I was displeased with my stay this time around. The only reason I booked was because I had a better stay once before and I was traveling with my American family who could not have stayed in a smaller, quaint, european hotel. This is a spacious hotel, but it neglects details. We had a junior suite with a pull out bed and once the bed was pulled out there […] was a funny smell in the room the entire time. The furniture just seemed old and unkept. The previous trip I stayed in a suite as well, but because it was on the executive floor, the room was nicer. This shows inconsistency in management and was not worth the price. However, the breakfast staff went out of there way to go to the supermarket to buy my family our morning fruits such as bananas that were not available, so I was very pleased. The hotel was fine and in a decent location but was not as good as the web site pictures suggested. Also irritating to be charged E25 per person to use the SPA which is just a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. It never tells you on Hotels.com that the spa is not included - that is the second time in 2 trips that has happened! Also booked a superior room […] but reckoned we got the basic. The staff were very polite and helpful, I have been treated worse in my own country. I would stay there again, although there are plenty of nice hotels in the area but for ease of choosing again, I will use this hotel. Excellent, food great, service well done, not cheap but Paris is all the same!

Hotel was in a great location just a short walk from the champs des élysées, the rooms where modern, clean and very comfortable, the hotel in its self was amazing and the staff where helpful when we needed, the only downside was it was very pricey for anything in the hotel an there was no discount for parking.

Lovely decoration in the entrance lobby, bar and well maintained. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The room was for a five star hotel quite basic. Also we were informed that to use the gym and sauna there is an additional cost of £24 which I thought was unreasonable and we were not informed prior to our stay. On the whole a nice hotel.

The hotel is located approx. 15-20 min of easy walk from Champs Ellyses in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. I had a standard king bed room facing the courtyard (garden with Christmas decorations, still up). The room was good size, (for Paris) well maintained and very clean. This hotel is a former Hilton and changed names recently hence many of the […] taxi drivers know the place as the Hilton Arc de Triumph. I would not rate the hotel in the luxury category but is a good 4+ star hotel (for the standard room). The downstairs restaurant is great however I found it a little overpriced. If you want a drink or dinner (until midnight) there is adjacent to the hotel the Birdie which I found to have good food/drinks and half prices. Keep in mind that online booking price on the hotel site (without middle men) was twice the booking price of Expedia . If you are looking to be in a quiet area, have a good quality of sleep and still be within walking distance to the Champs Ellyses; this is the place. If you prefer to be in the middle of the night life when you step out of the hotel then look for something else. Läs mer

Walking distance to centre of Paris, less than 10mins to Arc d'Triumphe made this a great location for a sightseeing weekend. Snow gave the hotel a Christmas feel which added to the romance. Excessive prices meant we did not make use of hotel bar or restaurants but staff very polite and efficient. Room was spotless but no wifi.

The location of this hotel is second to none - on the doorstep of Champs Elysees. We have always stayed at this hotel in our visits to Paris due to the excellent service and location. Nice hotel but really expensive internet, even at the lobby (8.95 euros/hour). I guess it'd be attractive for clients to offer free internet at least at the lobby.
