Fungerar mycker bra med WC och dusch i korridorer, det är aldrig kö och de städas i princip hela tiden. Mycket prisvärt hotell. Det enda minuset är möjligen att sängarna är något hårda.

Extremt sköna sängar, har aldrig sovot så bra någonsin!!! Sänglamporna satt väldigt högt upp så man fick vara gymnast när man skulle släcka för kvällen!! Läget var perfekt, egentligen nära till allt! Flera tunnebanestationer nära hotellet!! Ganska tyst för att vara mitt i en storstad! Gratis internet och sällan kö till datorerna! Perfekt! "4 Points by Sheraton - Suveränt!"
Har varit i New York ett antal gånger och alltid bott på hostels. Men sen jag hittade den här pärlan så kommer jag aldrig mer göra det. Det blev inte många kronor dyrare att bo på 4 points, men så himla mycket bättre! Det här håller en riktigt bra standard med superfräscht rum. I rummet vi bodde i fanns platt-tv, kaffekokare/kaffe och te, saftybox, […] toalett med badkar. Gott om förvaringsutrymme, god värme som man reglerar själv, bra städning dagligen med nya sängkläder, handdukar och schampo etc. Allt inkluderat. Ja just ja, en gratis vattenflaska varje dag oxå. Frukost ingick inte, men finns på hotellet och man beställer från en meny. Även restaurang och bar, men de testade vi aldrig. Frukost köpte vi istället på Whole Food som ligger ca 50 m från hotellet, alla som varit på whole food vet att det är riktigt bra mat där och att allt finns. Tunnelbanestationer inom 5 min gång (på 23:e). Time Squere (om man nu vill dit) kan man gå till på typ 10 min. Annars är det ju riktigt bra shopping på Union Square på 23:e, ca 10 min gång. Jag kan i ärlighetens namn inte komma på något dåligt med det här stället... förutom möjligen då att frukosten inte var inkluderad. Läs merVerifierad gästrecension

"Great location, medium quality"
The location was handy to many of the areas we were scheduled for a weekend wedding. Probably would be good for visiting art galleries. The staff ws friendly and petty well-trained, but the property needs an upgrade. Scuffed furniture, rattly elevator. A little tired, but a good value for the money.Verifierad gästrecension

We chose for price and location and are very pleased with the value we received. The room was small but as expected, and reasonably comfortable. Clean but tiny room. My wife had to sleep with our son cause we would not fit in the same bed. This is Manhattan. You will surely pay the price for the location. Was able to get an early check in on a Friday in March! Got a clean & big room for the city. Just wish we had normal size pillows on beds. I THOUGHT THE STAFF TRIED VERY HARD TO ACCOMODATE US. I WANTED A LUGGAGE RACK TO PUT MY SUITCASE ON BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY SO THEY BROUGHT UP SOMETHING ELSE WHICH WORKED BUT I THINK THERE SHOULD BE LUGGAGE RACKS IN THE ROOM. Shocked at the poor quality of the accommodations. Will not choose this hotel again, period. Parking lot was full and had to drive to two other locations to find availability and then argue with the garage attendant to get the hotel's advertised rate. The location is convenient, 20mins walk to Time Square and close to all major attractions. "False pictures of view. Was no view!"
I was very disappointed with this hotel for valentines day. I specifically wanted an open city view, not a view of the building across the street. The pictures shown were certainly a false representation and none of the rooms could possibly have had the views shown as it was boxed in by other bigger buildings. "BAD CHOICE"
This hotel was in need of an upgrade. Bathroom tiles had mold, lights did not work, door lock was broken, rug was filthy. I woke up at 4:30 when 2 drunks opened my door with their key, they did not get in because of the upper lock. When I called the desk all he said was "sorry about that"...... "Nice weekend getaway hotel"
My son and I had an opportunity to grab a four day weekend in New York and picked a Four Points hotel because of the inexpensive yet reliable quality that the brand offers. We had a nice small room that was tidy, and offered the basics (clean washroom, fresh linens, etc.) The main benefits were the location (central to subways, various neighbourhood […] restaurants, within walking distance of Times Square, Madison Square Gardens), and reasonable price. The staff were very pleasant, and the only down side to the weekend was the sounds of doors closing in the hallway overnight - which was more a function of a light sleeper (me) rather than a complaint about the hotel per se. The room was adequate by NYC standards. Nice place to sleep but not much else. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were horrible. The location is perfect and the hotel staff is really nice except for one lady who checked me in at the front desk. We came to NYC to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We were married in Central Park last year. We stayed at the Sheraton in Times Square last year, but wanted a little change in pace to explore Chelsea, Soho, etc. without fighting the Christmas crowds to get outside of Times Square.
