I wouldn't advised my dog to stay there. The place smelled like cat. There was no heat or hot water. The customer service was horrible. The owner were very disrespectable. VERY DIRTY I WILL NEVER STAY AT THE PLACE AGAIN. I WISH WE COULD GET OWN MONEY BACK. WHAT A DREADFUL PLACE. PEOPLE WERE SITTING ON THE STEPS SMOKING AND SELLING DRUGS. THE WHOLE PLACE SMELL LIKE POT. WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT THE BREAKFAST SO WE MISSED THAT, MAYBE WE WERE LUCKY.

It is a cheap motel (cheap by AC standards). You get what you pay for! Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and secure. And the location is great! I was very satisfied.

I had trouble locating this hotel, because they had CHANGED the name to Day's Inn and was NOT longer the Travel-Lodge. Please be certain that when making reservations, your information is correct, this way your customers do NOT go crazy looking for a hotel with another name.

The staff was great. They let us check in WAY early which was super helpful! The hotel was nice for the money. The only actual complaint I would have is that they do not have bath towels. There ARE towels in the bathroom, but they are small hand towels. So i would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone and will stay there again, myself. Very close to A.C. Boardwalk. I was going to a show at the Trump Taj and it was only about one block up from there so it was very convenient. If u only need a room to sleep in, it's half the price as staying in the casino so it worked out for me. Nothing extraordinary about anything there. This place was god-awful...so much so we didn't even sleepover. Instead after our concert we drove the hour home. After spending hundreds on the concert tickets we thought we would save money on the hotel room. Dried vomit on the walkway to the room as we checked in at 10PM (it was cleaned up the next morning). Room is shabby, linens looked dirty in the sunlight the next day, beds werent the worst I have slept on. All in all not bad for a Motel in AC, but I think the price was a bit high for the quality. Cheaper hotel of you don't feel like spending for one of the resorts. Nothing special,but had everything as promised. Newer LCD TV and mini fridge. Fixtures were outdated but clean. Door is thin and can hear street noise. Very close to boardwalk. Worth it for me.

I was reluctant to stay here because it involves walking in AC. However, its close proximity to the Taj means it's well lit with a lot of foot traffic even at 4 or 5 AM so I never felt unsafe. The traffic however also means there is noise well into the night and if you can't sleep through that, it's probably not the place for you.

Feel like partying in Atlantic City, but don't want to pay ridiculous amounts of money on a room that you are probably only going to be pre-gaming, sleeping, and perhaps doing one or two "other" things in. Why bother wasting hundreds and hundreds of dollars on one of the high-profile hotels when you could spend your night here and save a few hundred […] dollars; then, you would be able to spend a considerably greater amount of money on drinking, gambling, clubbing, or doing whatever else may entice your curiosity. For the price I payed here, I cannot complain. I reserved my room over the phone with Expedia, got to the hotel, and was handed my key within a couple of minutes. Before I knew it, I was drinking in the room, partying at the Harrah's pool party, and returning to the Travelodge. They even extended our checkout time from 11:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. to give us more time to prepare for our departure. Great hotel. Friendly employees. Save money. Overall: Convenient. Läs mer

I am not a hotel snob at all. A clean place to sleep is all I need... you will not get this here. The room was gross. I was afraid I was going to end up bringing home bedbugs or something. The towels in the bathroom were not clean. Not only did they look dingy, they smelled as if they had been used. It was disgusting. Staying at the Travel Lodge was great, if you don't plan on spending your vacation in your room. This place is cheap and its only a block off the boardwalk. Its also situated at the very end of the board walk right across the street from the Trump Taj Mahal, and the Resorts casinos. You can't beat the location. There weren't any extra bells and whistles […] with this hotel. Just a place to lay your head between trips to casinos. It was clean except for the stain on the floor. They checked me in way early at 1130 we got there at 1030 gave him our number and he called us when the room was ready. They also let us check out late after a late night on the boardwalk. This hotel is very raggedy, nothing is up to date. It has no curb appeal and sticks out like an eye sore. We didn't mind as much though since we only slept there. AC has a great night life. We spent the Memorial wknd there and was out most of the time. It was the most reasonable place with the best location. We were able to park right in front of our […] room and walked all over. You honestly can't beat the convienence as far as location, we walked to the House of Blues, the outlet, boardwalk, etc. The neighborhood gets a bit creepy at night, so be on the alert. If you are on a budget or plan to be out most of the time and just looking for a place to rest your head this is it...if you are looking for room service, spa like atmosphere and lavish decor... run as fast as you can from Travelodge. Not the prettiest motel, however it looked as if they are upgrading room by room. it was convienent to the boardwalk, adjacent to resorts and the taj. unless you are on the boardwalk, Atlantic City is just not the place where you would want to be walking the side streets. they probably only have smoking rooms at this place, so we purchased […] a can of airfreshener and sprayed away all weekend. it was a place to crash at the end of the day, some place to park your car. At check in the guy barely spoke english and a young kid actually handed my the room cards, he couldn't have been more than 14. when we got to the room we had to go back out to the office to get some toilet paper...this place was fine if you don't have high expectations.
