We love, love, love the Hampton Inn! The rooms are clean and beautiful with wonderfully comfortable beds. My husbands favorite is the great breakfast buffet included. I appreciate having a workout center. We are definitely fans!

TV channels totally inadequate and remote control didn't work properly. Had issue with access card on outside door that had to be resolved. May stay at La Quinta next time for comparison. Not dissatisfied, just not too impressed.

My stay was ok, it could have been better if the thermostat in the room was working properly. Hot tub outside is now a flower bed and the breakfast was a disappointment.

Nice & comfortable. Clean, quiet. The fact that it has a regular thermostat rather than a wall a/c unit made it much more comfortable than most hotels in this price range. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. My only suggestion would be to mark the entrance better - coming in at night it was difficult to figure out where to turn in, so I made wrong turns […] into two different parking lots before calling the desk on my cell to find out where to turn in (at the "Conference Center" sign, not the "Hampton" sign). Room was clean, good location right off 1-75, staff was friendly. Right next to a Gander Mountain. Only "negative" (very small point) - we stayed on the third floor and the hallway outside of the rooms was very warm. I assume the AC wasn't working, so probably won't apply on any other day.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE staying at Hampton Inns. We have never had a bad experience in any one of them. We've never had any problems with Hampton Inn. This is no exception. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was polite. They had a good breakfast as far as hotel buffets go--eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc. We stopped here overnight with the kids on our way home from Florida trip and we would use this hotel again in the future.

We stopped here en route to Florida, and it was wonderful. Very comfy beds, clean room and the HOT breakfast was awesome, and started early so we could get on road. Would stay again for sure.

We find Hampton the best in its class and stay when we find a good price. Everything is just little more upscale. We stayed in a Fairfield the next night at about the same price and were greatly disappointed.

Stopped here on our way to Orlando. Modern decor, clean rooms. Loved the breakfast area. Great coffee and breakfast! Would definitely choose this hotel again.

We drive from Michigan to Disney almost every year. This hotel was very clearn and fit our needs very well. In the past we have stayed in some pretty bad places but this hotel was very clean and we had two rooms. We were very happy with the hotel and how clean and well taken care of it was. I stayed here for a wedding at the conference center. I wish they would have given a better deal for the wedding party so the whole wedding party could have stayed here but otherwise my stay was very positive. The breakfast was very good. The front desk personnel were polite and helpful.

Great stop over location if traveling to Florida from the Illinois. Eat at Cheddars right across the street. You won't be disappointed after a long day's drive.

Being a Hilton honors member means nothing to this staff! We had a room that had a mattress with urine stains. My wife was disgusted and will never lodge at a Hampton Inn again.

Everything was pleasant about our stay. We stopped overnight on our way to Disney World. The complementary breakfast the next morning was the type of food expected, but it helped us get on the road with a full stomach. Thanks for a good experience Hampton Inn!

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, BUT the box platforms that the mattresses sit on were totally loose on both beds and with every movement we had wood rubbing and creaking all night. We also had a room on the expressway side of the hotel. Had I known how loud it would be, I would have asked to be on the other side of the hotel. Normally […] I never hear the refriderator in the room, but this one was loud. Everytime I was just falling asleep, it would click on so loud that it startled me.....so I had a snoring husband on the left, loud refrigerator in front of me and semi trucks zooming past on the right and creaking wood with every movement underneath me. I finally got up and unplugged the refridg and the semi noise when down some in the middle of the night, but at 6:30 it started back up again. So if you stay here 1) don't take a snoring husband, 2) unplug the refridg, 2) ask for a room on the other side of the freeway, and, 4)check the beds before you get settled in. Läs mer

The over all stay was fine . i have only one huge suggestio.. All of the Hiltom hotels that i have stayed in use the nylon covered comfortors on the beds and they look very nice. However, they do not allow for natural air flow through this material and one gets hot when sleeping under them. If your company would consider a change i would suggest a material […] that breaths, like cotton , wool, or linen each a natural fibers . The cotton would easly be cleaned in a washer and it's strong and durable. Otherwise, i would suggest a cotton blanket provided under the comforter so your guest could use it. this would certainly allow for a more comfortable night sleep at least for this guest.
