Great location and very clean; We had great service on Friday and Saturday, but Sunday was a little lax as there weren't enough people on staff for breakfast - several members didn't get much for breakfast. Rooms very clean!

What can I say... just your typical Garden Inn experience. Great room, great stay. Garden Inns never disappoint.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. We arrived late and the attendant was very prompt and friendly, recognizing we had a little one with us that was tired. The location was perfect given where our appointment was the next day. For our quick visit, it was nice.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The room was very comfortable with the exception of the heat. I had the thermostat at the lowest level and the room was still too warm. I was unable to sleep comfortably due to this issue.

Hotel was clean, including the rooms. My only complaint was the outlets in the bathroom didn't work, so that was kind of irritating for getting ready. Otherwise, friendly staff and easy drive to downtown.

This hotel, while centrally located in the northern suburbs of Indianapolis, is quietly located - outside of an office complex, nothing is immediately adjacent. Grocery stores and coffee shops are about 2-3 minutes' drive away. Parking was convenient to the hotel, and an overhang in front of the door was great for loading and unloading during rain. […] Staff at the hotel were great, and made the stay better. The room featured a king bed and a pull-out couch, both of which were comfortable. WiFi was spotty, but functional. Plenty of outlets in the room, though concentrated around the desk. Indoor pool was warm and inviting. There wasn't much noise from neighboring rooms, even on a full weekend, which is a sign of good construction. Läs mer

Stayed 10 nights. Room had mini-fridge & microwave, but no freezer (which probably would have required a full fridge). Since this isn't technically an extended stay hotel, I made due. Free morning coffee but no included breakfast. The hotel restaurant was pretty good though. I didn't use the pool or spa facilities. The business center was decent. Carmel […] doesn't have the best water, but the hotel did what it could to minimize the effect. Location is excellent for downtown Carmel. The hotel staff were the best! For the price, this one's hard to beat. I'll use them again. Läs mer

The hotel staff was very nice. The room was not the cleanest I have ever stayed in, but the bed and pillows were comfortable. I would just like to warn future guests that the parlor rooms with two beds advertise that they are queen beds - they are not - they are double. When we called this to the attention of the front desk they say oh yeah the website […] has been wrong for two years. Totally unacceptable - if you expect 2 queen beds - you are very disappointed with 2 doubles. Läs mer

I had chosen this hotel initially because of its location to the surgery center where I needed to be early in the morning. I returned because of its location, friendleness of its employees and it is very quiet.

This stay was a standard in the industry. Nothing to write home about. Not one to have issues but carpet in rooms seemed a bit sticky and breakfast at restaurant was slow.

This stay was everything I expected, a hotel as it should be. It is a business hotel mainly, but I stayed here for a motorsprorts event for three days two years in a row and intend to stay here again if available.

I liked this hotel. Great location, near a highway. it was a little difficult to find because I traveled at night. This is not a well lit area at night. Small turn off based on my google directions. Near grocery store...this was great!

The Hilton Garden, a good place that is out of the norm with great staff and helpful people everywhere. The room was very clean. The new mattress was a dream to sleep in. The food was delicious.

Visiting Indy for a birth in the family, and I made a big boo-boo on the booking dates. I was off by a week and thought for sure I'd be charged plus have to get another hotel on the correct weekend. The hotels.com rep got on the phone with the hotel manager and worked out a solution for us! Very nice hotel and was convenient to the dr office and the shopping mall that we were going to. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Will stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. The only drawbacks were the beds were difficult to change settings, never did get it done. Also, there is no breakfast included with the room rates.

I was in town for surgery and the staff at The Hilton Garden Inn was very pleasant and checked to make sure I had everything I needed and checked in on me after my surgery to see if they could make me more comfortable in any way. The staff at this hotel were second to none. They were very attentive, courteous and helpful. Everything was clean and within a short walk to the Meijer store and eateries. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall hotel was very clean, and was a great experience.

The containers that had the warm food in them for breakfast are to far back. It's hard to scoop out from the dining room side. Need to be out further. Your bed rating was excellent. Like choosing the firmness. Overall a great stay. Thank You

The staff are tops....Great knowledge of your needs and Clean. The adjustable beds are to die for and the size of the rooms are perfect. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who loves personal service.

We stayed here on race weekend and found it very nice. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and it's location worked well for the race.

The hotel was very clean and the maintenance I requested was completed before I returned back to my room later in the day. Staff were very friendly, helpful and actually appeared to enjoy their job. The bed was very comfortable to the point it did not take me long to fall asleep and wake up refreshed. Getting around town was easy with the interstate […] right next to the hotel but was not noisy. At our ages we've finally decided that staying with the kids just doesn't work for us any more. All their bedrooms and bathrooms (read with shower) are either upstairs or in the basement. We don't do stairs! We found the Hilton Garden Inn in Carmel, Indiana which is close to 3 out of 4 of our kids and we've stayed there twice now. Was like coming home […] the second time - we had the very same room as the first time. And, the staff remembered us and was so courteous and helpful. We'll be back. Läs mer

When we arrived at the hotel, they forgot to put towels in our room. They were VERY apologetic and gave us two complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience.

Good location. Some rooms noisy with blowers for heat and air conditioning. For allergy sufferers, down pillows and pet-friendly policies are a problem. Excellent staff which are highly responsive to clients. Would stay again..

When I went ot Hotels.com and saw the pictures of this hotel and read about the amenities- I was very excited about going to stay there. When I got there, I was sorely disappointed. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, even though there is a control attached to change the firmness or softness of either side of the bed. The bed clothes were worn, so […] they weren't soft anymore, and the duvet covers that housed the comforters on top of each bed was lumpy and uncomfortable to pull atop you at bedtime. Another thing, that I thought was really 'odd', was the curtains didn't cover the large window. The sheers covered the window only. That meant at night the lights outside were flooding into our room, making it difficult to sleep. The area around the pool was wet and 'greasy'. It was very slippery. I almost fell 4 times within 2 minutes of walking into the pool room. I went to the front desk and told the clerk there. She brought a yellow plastic sign and put it on top of the slick floor, but she didn't do anything to clean up the greasy film on the floor that made it so slick. I've stayed in many hotels through the years, but this one has to be the worst I've ever stayed in. The hotel 'powers that be' are in desperate need of re-thinking what it would be like to actually be the guest there. Staff was very helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. Could not of asked for a better place to stay! We were there for a basketball tournment and will stay at this hotel every time we are back in this area!
