Litet och mysigt hotel med en innergård med uppvärmd pool/bubbelpool. Väldigt nära huvudgatan Downtown med shopping och restauranger. Bra parkerings möjligheter. Vi fick ett rätt mörkt rum i hörndelen av hotellet, lite trist. Annars rent och fräscht hotel.

Ett alldeles lagomt trevligt litet hotell i mysiga Palm Springs. Nära till "the village" med restaruanger och små affärer. Ca 10-15 minuters gångväg till centrala Palm Springs. Hotellet har nyrenoverade rum och en liten utomhus pool + jacuzzi. Rekommenderas varmt!

Vi bodde här i tvådagar i juli. Mycket rent och välstädat och trevlig personal. Ganska stor simbassäng och bubbelpool vilket är viktigt när vädret är så varmt som det är. Ganska nära till centrum eftersom hela Palm Springs på det hela taget är ganska litet. Under högsäsong kan parkeringsutrymmet vara begränsat men man kan parkera på gatorna runt omkring, […] detta verkar vara ett gemensamt problem för alla hotell i närheten. Läs mer

The good...nice rooms, nice courtyards. The bad...very thin walls, bathroom fixtures loose, Internet access very slow and unuseable. Overall an ok place to stay.

Everything was awesome with the exception of the batheoom plumbing. Shower woulnd stay hot and the toilet took an hour to refill its tank. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful though we didn't have time to enjoy the pool. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops; we would definitely stay again.

Our room is great. The open area with 2 spa pools is awesome. But... the staff at the reception checking us in are not very friendly. We have people interrupting the check in process because they can't find a parking lot. We took the last one. The wifi is very slow too.

I love the hotel but they need to change the shower heads. I have stayed there probably 50 times and each room I stay in the shower heads suck. The rooms are great, grounds are great, pools and jacuzzis are great. Please just buy new shower heads for all the rooms. Not a huge update and will be well worth it. Another frustration is parking. Many times […] there are more cars than places to park. The hotel gives a parking pass for each room but sadly there just aren't enough parking spaces at the hotel. Third but not least is the fact that they insist on making a credit card hold per room. Many times I make one reservation for 2 or 3 rooms. I only have 1 reservation number for all rooms because I book all rooms at once but they insist on swiping my card for each room. That is extremely frustrating because it puts 3 separate holds of $100.00 on my credit card, holding more money than necessary on my card. All rooms are paid with the same card, incidentals should be guaranteed with the same card but just once. I think that is fair. It is frustrating because it sometimes takes a week or more for the hold to fall away. They never seem to be in a rush to remove the hold after departure. Happy but frustrated... Läs mer

King suite would be great for an extended stay. We only stayed one night, wish it was longer. Very quiet, peaceful, pools and landscape were beautiful. Will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very short stay as it was just a quick overnight trip from AZ to LA and this was a good inbetween location. We weren't there long, but had a great experience when we arrived and actually wished we could have stayed longer. It's a really neat small hotel. It was a great place for the two nights I was in town on business! The internet connection worked impeccable which is great considering I can barely do my work on any Hilton hotel internet connection. The people at the front desk were VERY nice and personable. Checking in was a breeze and the rooms were very well done. I loved that my second story room […] had its own personal staircase. Room was pretty nice and clean for the price I paid with my own balcony. Microwave and fridge worked great, though there wasn't a lot of plugs to charge your phone, laptop, camera, etc. The sink got clogged easily but no problem with water pressure or hot water. Only down side was the parking. Awful. The place wasn't even completely booked and I was lucky to get a spot close to the hotel after 6 pm when everyone else was in. And the biggest parking lot (about 20 spaces) was split in half with an adjacent hotel where they would tow you in a heart beat if you accidentally park there so beware. Getting in and out of the hotel's parking lot could be a pain at certain times of the day given into on a heavily congested street but I was surprised how quiet the place was. Even with people staying out late and being very noisy at the pool outside my window, the room was pretty soundproof giving you a quiet night's sleep! Highly Recommend!! Läs mer

7 Springs is in walking distance of downtown, and in a good neighborhood. Rooms are large, and beds are comfortable and long enough for tall people. The shower head is taller than in most places, but still a little low if you're over six foot. Parking on site is free, but limited. Additional parking on side streets is available. First and foremost, it should never take 40 minutes to check into a hotel. I stood in line with three guests in front of me. At that time, there was only one person working the front desk. She did not call for back up. Twenty five minutes later, a second person (Oscar) comes in and calls me up to check me in. I made arrangements thru hotels.com, so […] my room was pre-paid. One would think that would simplify the check in process. Not so. I don't know if he is new, but he kept me waiting for another 15 to 20 minutes because he made some kind of mistake in the process. I asked him if there was a problem because honestly, why would it take so long. By this time, the other agent had checked in two other guests, so if I had been waited on by her instead of Oscar, I would have been well on my way. I booked this hotel online for Stagecoach music fest. It was cheap and a good location. I was nervous when we pulled up and saw the very classic '60s look to the outside. We were afraid it was going to be old and outdated. Before we even got to our room we were floored by the ambience. It was old school meets new school, throwback chìc. We had a bit of a problem on Thursday night as there was a group of people using a karaoke machine that was extremely loud. We were concerned we wouldn't be able to get any sleep so we spoke to Oscar at the front desk. He accommodated us the best he could and changed our rooms without question. Thanks to him we were able to continue enjoying our vacation. […] We've stayed at this hotel for the last three years and have never encountered such an incident and were quite disappointed that this occurred. We were most impressed with Oscar and how he immediately dealt with our concern. As always it is a pleasure to deal with Luz and Carolyn is a great addition to your team. The grounds and our room were impeccable! Our room had recently been remodeled and there was not an extra drop of paint or wild grout to be found. The bed was to die for. The hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bedding and pillows were some of the best we've ever had in our lodging experience. Another plus is the hotel is within walking distance to restaurants. Overall great experience and would definitely return.

My fiancée and I had just spent 3 days camping at Coachella Festival. What a great time but we were completely over the heat, dust and portable facilities. We decided to find a hotel. We found 7 Springs and booked while walking back to the car. We arrived at about 10pm. When we entered the lobby we were immediately happy with the retro decor. There […] was another guest checking in ahead of us. As she was grilling the front desk guy about pretty much everything. I couldn't help but notice how well he handled her up tight personality with such professionalism and patience. After he took care of her every need, he even went as far as going outside to her car to direct her how to park it! I mean come on lady!!! You drove her!!! You can't park your car on your own. Anyways, after he took care of her. O.R. introduced himself to us and apologized to us for the delay. He checked us in quickly and also upgraded or room from a double queen to a king w/ jacuzzi. He totally didn't have to do that but he wanted us to enjoy or sleep. The grounds of this renovated motel/hotel are so clean, green. The pool is opened until 12am and heated! Because it is enclosed from the street it is very quiet. Our room was fantastic!!! It even had a kitchen!! I think we would have been happy in any room at 7 Springs but thanks to O.R. our stay was elevated! Thanks again, we'll be back next year. Läs mer

The hotel itself is walkable to town, and the property is in good condition overall. I would stay again, if it weren't for the militant attitude of the staff with regard to strictly adhering to their internal policies. Clearly following their policies, without any hint of flexibility trumps customer service every time. In asking for a late check out […] to 2 p.m. I was told that it would cost me 125 dollars! Then, "Anything after 1pm carries a half night room charge, and anything after 3pm, a full night room charge". I said, "OK, we will be out by 1pm then", and the reply was, "Sir, I cannot grant you that either, you MUST be out by check out time of 12 pm, without exception". They actually seem happy and excited to inform you of their inability to help you on any level......in asking the night desk about an ice bucket, a very rude reply, of "There is one in your room, go find it" - It did turn out to be there, hidden in a tiny closet on top of the also hidden refrigerator......but overall, the staff are incredibly rude, even when they are smiling and pretending to be curteous! We arrived at the hotel after a much longer day on the road than expected (Los Angeles traffic) and had a little confusion over our room (we didn't think that we had enough room for our daughter). However, it was pointed out that we had a bed settee and were just missing the extra bedding and towels. We were all tired so went to bed but the next day […] all was wonderful again and the hotel and surroundings took on a different light. My wife never got to apologise to the night manager for being a bit grumpy on our arrival so hopefully he will see this review. This is an excellent hotel in a nice quiet location with a lovely diner just round the corner. It's about a mile walk to downtown but it gives you an excuse to stretch your legs and enjoy the sun. The hotel staff were very pleasant and attentive. The rooms and public areas were clean and spacious. I especially liked the pool area as it was so quiet and the humming birds were an added bonus.
